If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Drive from NJ after having the appointment for 2 weeks and sending a pic of my insurance. Once there, they tell me to sit down and after 40 min of waiting for my turn, they tell me they can’t take me because I’m out of network. I showed them my insurance from NJ 2 weeks prior and they confirmed my appointment. I paid the tunnel, missed work, and paid parking. Also, they didn’t ask for vaccine information and their staff is extremely unprofessional. They only have one doctor so even with appointment, you’d have yo wait a long time. 0/5 stars would not recommend, would not come again.

Dr. Timothy Wongs attitude towards me has changed negatively the last 2 times I visited his office. Ive done nothing to offend him. He raised his voice at me and addressed my concerns in a rude tone as if I was annoying him. Before I was even done talking, he got up to open his office door and invited me out. The questions I asked him were all reasonable and important for my well-being, but apparently I was wasting his time and was too anxious for no reason. I waited almost an hour in the waiting room to see him, and I didnt even get 5 full minutes with him before being rushed out. Now I have to live my daily life with my struggling symptoms because I was not treated with professionalism and courtesy.

Doctor is great and thorough. The wait times are horrible, hours. I was the only one in the office and didn’t get seen for over an hour. They told me they were trying to figure out insurance but they never told me that. I just sat there waiting with no idea what was going on. The front staff seems easily confused and they charged me $500 more than they were supposed to, claiming it was my deductible which they didn’t send to the insurance. My deductible had already been satisfied. They didn’t even acknowledge it. I had to call them to get the money back.

The doctor is very nice and warm, but his receptionist is different especially the one thats across from the restroom. Her attitude is so rude. I had to get my colonoscopy result. My appointment was at 3:30pm and I had been waiting until 4:20pm. Then I went to ask how much longer I had to wait for, and she said I had to wait at least 30 minutes more. However, there were 3 more people waiting in front of me to see the doctor. I could not wait any longer and just left. What kind of service is this??

Let me begin with Dr.Wong. Hes actually an excellent doctor. He covered my issues in detail, point by point. Very caring and on point. Hes made sure I understand why he would be concerned and why not. However, the reason for the 2 stars is the staff, and it can only get worst. Very unorganized and unprofessional, to put it mildly. Needs more seasonal staff and better customer service!!

Dr. Wong has been my familys G.I. specialist for years and he is the best!!!! We have been to him for all our colonoscopies and gastrointestinal issues and have referred our family and friends to him (all with glowing reviews and satisfaction). His office may be busy at times but this is due to his popularity among his many satisfied patients and his careful treatment and consideration for them. I would highly recommend him!!!

They are never on time with their appointments. The wait is always an hour or more, even when you were fasting for 10 hours before.
