I want to tell You, that i have been excited about it ever since the beginning of getting A Reading Glasses. MK2 treat me good, They offer me wide range of Eye Glasses Selection, it was tough to have to picked one, yes ... all of them is that good. My reading glasses is Healthy to wear, and Confident to put on, it feels great to wear too, i can tell that it was made of Good Material. Also, come with a case, and lens wipe cloth, They are good made too. Also, good thing about it is i dont need another time looking for them outhere in the market. They are good to go. Ive gone everywhere from mom and pop shops to large chains in multiple states, but after 11 years of searching, I was never able to find glasses that fit me -- until I came to MK2 Optical. There was no wait time, plenty of safety precautions taken, and amazingly friendly and knowledgable staff with a lovely selection of frames. Ive never had a more positive experience glasses shopping.Kevin, in particular, provided me with excellent service. I came in not knowing anything other than that I wanted glasses that fit me better than the Ray-Bans I had purchased a year ago at a Lenscrafters in Midtown. When I came back from my exam (quick and efficient!), he had a tray of glasses in a variety of styles that I genuinely liked all ready to go. I was extremely impressed with his ability to intuit the aesthetic I preferred from the little information I provided him. He also patiently and kindly answered all of my questions, provided extremely courteous and professional service, and clearly explained why my previous glasses didnt fit. He even adjusted my Ray-Bans for me (for free!) despite not purchasing them at MK2 so I wouldnt have to go out the door with ill-fitting glasses until I could pick up my new set. Not only that, but after I explained I needed the glasses as soon as possible, Kevin expedited the process to only a 4 business day turnaround.Cant recommend MK2 enough (especially if youre looking for Asian-fit glasses)! 1st time customers at MK at their Forest Hills location. I highly recommend this location and its staff. We went for my sons eye check up, rx lenses and frame. We were attended by Andrew Y. He is polite and knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy. Im glad we made the switch from our former eye station from across the street of MK.

Wow! Such a nice family run Business. :) I went in with my mother and sister to get their glasses tightened and they helped us immediately. SOOO many options of glasses frames- you wont be unsatisfied. Love them!

Dr. Liu was okay and gave me useful tips but not all the info I needed. She neglected to tell me that I need to see a specialist for my eye dryness. She told me to schedule a second appointment with her, which I later learned was unnecessary.I had to reschedule my second appointment twice which was really easy.The doctor I saw the second time was very, very informative, but kept commenting that I shouldnt use a certain medication because Im a woman of child-bearing age. I had already made it clear that that is not a concern for me and Im not having children at any time in the future.Its unprofessional to keep implying that a person who has a uterus has the responsibility to keep their uterus ready for child-bearing. Its not her business when and where I have children, or even if I physically have the ability. Its an old-school kind of sexism that you dont want to hear at an optometrist of all places. It felt like a TV show written about the 1950s.She was also condescending and I couldnt get my questions in. She assumed I dont understand how radiators dry the skin and body out, for example.This is surprisingly one of my better experiences with eye doctors but ultimately not a good one. I wouldnt recommend this place highly to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They spent time showing me the frames, explaining my insurance benefits, helping me select features, and processing all the paperwork. When I went to pick up my glasses, they also offered me a free gift since they were running a promotion at that time. This is my new go to place for glasses for my entire family.

Wait 40 minutes past appointment time, they said the doctor is still at another ‘store’.I do eye exam and get new glasses every year, the same insurance, their interpretations is completely different than others, triple the cost if I get glasses there

Great store for glasses and sun glasses, accepts a lot of insurance plans. I especially love their collection of glasses with narrow nose bridge and the ones with extra nub. I usually cant find ones that fit my face in other major chains. They have their own collection now and you can get designer looks in very budget friendly prices. They do carry name brands like Gucci, Burberry, Oliver People as well. Awesome customer service too, I must have tried on quite a few, the guy just patiently waits for me to make my decision. High marks all around!
