The staff was very nice and professional. The place is very clean. I had the SMILE procedure done and it was very fast and painless. I just wish I was more properly prepared for the procedure such as to what to expect after the SMILE, if there would be any side effects, and how long it takes to be fully recover, but that might be because I have an over-the-phone consultation instead of an in-person consultation.

Had Lasik last week and it was the best/fastest experience you could ever imagine. Dont hesitate and just get it done. You dont feel anything and the office was so clean and staff was so friendly. No brainer

After 30 years of wearing glasses and contacts with quite a strong prescription, I can now see perfectly without them. (Its been almost a year since my procedure and I still cant believe it!) I finally decided to get corrective surgery earlier this year. I partly chose MLC because they offer the SMILE procedure. Little did I know that the staff and surgeon would be awesome as well. It was one of the easiest and best things I’ve ever done. The procedure was communicated clearly, every step before and during. The doctor was so down to earth and inviting. Just had my procedure recently. It was amazing. The staffs and doctors were welcoming and very professional. I had the SMILE procedure and it was painless and so far no side effects or complications. Been wearing glasses and contacts for 15 years. Im so happy I did the procedure.

Im optimistic to think that the other staff members were more accommodating but when I was setting up my initial consultation and operation the person that spoke to me wasnt very pleasant. I felt like I was almost bothering her by asking questions. I asked for an address to be sure the one on Google was the right location and she just sent me a screenshot from Google as if to insinuate I could have also just searched on Google. Based on my first interaction I was hesitant to continue with Manhattan Lasik so I cancelled my procedure and had my treatment done at a different Lasik center. The other center also had better reviews (also more reviews) and I was pleased with the outcome. Hopefully Manhattan Lasik will have better representatives that handle new patients. This is an intimating procedure for most people especially since its not covered by insurance so I would think theyd have more pleasant staff.

Really beautiful facility, they saw me quickly, and Dr. B was wonderful! I just had my follow up appointment and now have 20/20 vision. Something I have not had since I was a small child!Cheers to a miracle of modern science and to the staff and doctors at MLC!

Excellent service from initial virtual consultation to actual surgery. I was able to get my surgery done th were same day as my in person consultation. The staff and doctors were very helpful and gave good information. They provided very great post OP care and ensured my prescription was available before I left their office. I had the Relex SMILE procedure done and it was completely painless and took less than 30 mins. Any irritation was gone after a few hours past the operation. After months of looking for the best surgeons to perform my laser eye surgery, I felt the most confident in choosing Manhattan Lasik Center. I went in for a consultation back in Spring 2019 and managed to talk myself out of getting laser surgery because of fear. I had the SMILE procedure with Dr. Buchsbaum and it went really well! Writing this review to help others because honestly I was a nervous wreck going for this surgery. Dr.B was excellent, very patient with me and calm, highly recommend him. The procedure went well and I felt no pain or discomfort following my surgery. In the days after the surgery I experienced some blurriness and called Dr. B who got back to me ASAP and explained its normal but he had me come in to check me out so Id feel assured. I called again a few days later on a different question and he got back to me within the hour. Really great that he actually cares about his patients and goes out of his way for them before, during, and after the surgery!! The next day, after the SMILE procedure, I could see 20/20 with mild blurriness from my eyes healing/adjusting but the drops they give you really help with this, I also had no pain I felt great. Its been 1.5 weeks and all is well with my vision, cant believe I can see! Im thrilled with the results and highly recommend this procedure with Dr.B. BTW my vision was -4.25, -5.00 and I had relatively thin corneas, LASIK was not an option for me but SMILE was- in case thats useful info for someone out there, good luck!

I had LeRex SMILE and the result was incredible beyond my expectation. The procedure was just 30sec for each eye without any pain. Right after the procedure , I couldn’t keep my eyes open and the sight was still cloudy. I couldn’t stop crying for next 3 hours but the condition started getting better and better after that. On the next day my eyesight was perfectly clear without any discomfort or itching. I’ve worn contact lens for 15 years and my eyesight had been becoming worse and worse by years. My last prescription was -4.00(left) / -3.50(right). Now I can see better than when I was wearing contact lens for sure, I don’t even remember the time when I could see well this much in my life. I’ve never expected my eyes to see so clear without wearing anything, but now I can see even the distance without relying on anything. One of the time that I feel really happy is when I fall asleep while watching TV without worrying about taking off contact lens! I’m 100% happy with this result and decision that I made to have this procedure. The clinic has some payment options so you don’t have to pay everything at once. Doctor Mark Buchsbaum was absolutely amazing. Walked me through the whole process. No rush. Double and triple checked my eyes before performing the procedure. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants this procedure done. It was painless. Only thing I felt was very mild pressure. Had some blurriness after and a weird sensation like a speck of dust was in my eye. The blurriness cleared up a bit after a nap. And by the next day the discomfort was gone.

I got the relax smile procedure last December with Dr. Niksarli. Everyone at the center was very helpful and comforting. The recovery process was quick and painless. I have noticed no negative side effects (dry eye, halo around lights at night). I have 15/20 vision a year later. Best decision I’ve ever made.

Not a very good place to do eye-surgery.This place will exam your eyes with eye drops that blur your eyes for 2-3 hours. After the appointment, you can not see streets clearly and even cellphone.The Asian manager who is in charge of the pricing is a turn off of the visit. The website promotion costs $3000 and he determines and quotes prices from 5,000 to 8,000 dollars based on your appearance and financial background.I’m glad I didn’t do the procedure here.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a medical facility from the day of the consultation to the actual surgery. Nicole thoroughly explained my options on the day of the consultation & was in touch with me throughout the whole process (including checking in to see how I was feeling.) Her communication is above & beyond & she is so friendly & welcoming. On the day of the surgery, I first saw the Tech, Ty, who was also so friendly & we were conversing like we were old friends. He also was very knowledgeable & makes you feel comfortable even though you’re about to get surgery on your freakin’ eyes!!! Next comes Dr. Niksarli. I’ll be honest, I made a preconceived notion of what kind of personality he would have based on the fact that he is the leader in SMILE (the procedure I opted for) in NYC and he’s awesome at what he does. So naturally, I assumed his “bedside manner” would be subpar and he would be one of those standoffish doctors that know they’re good and just want to get one patient in & out. WAS I EVER SO WRONG!!! He is not just an amazing doctor but he has a wonderful personality, so wonderful that he was so patient with the multiple questions I had and during the surgery when I asked what was happening he literally explained what he was doing at that moment and what I would be seeing. As I said, I asked a lotttt of questions (I was that annoying kid who wanted to know why things happened. - I should note I’m in a profession where I ask a lot of questions so it all worked out lol). Anyway, back to Doc. I was truly amazed at how friendly he was and when I said something to the nature of how amazing it must be to be a leader in his field he simply said his job is to make people happy, which I just loved. Look, getting eye surgery is not something to decide lightly. Yes, it costs money but it is an investment that is well worth it and if you are considering it I 100% recommend you get your procedure done here. I researched many places and saw many reviews how people spoke to the doctor for five seconds then were in the room for surgery. That doesn’t happen here. Dr. Niksarli is attentive, present, obviously talented, cares about his work, and cares about his patients even though he only meets them a couple of times. I am so glad I chose MLC and I’d like to clarify, I did choose SMILE but even when I was deciding btwn that and LASIK I had one other option with a place that said they would do it less than MLC, but I still went with MLC bc I just had a feeling and I was so right (pats self on back). As for pre/post surgery, Virginia helped me & was also so sweet and friendly. We were talking and laughing which was quite a relief bc I was laying there uncertain about what I would feel. It was such a relief to have someone so warm and kind right before you have your procedure done. As for the procedures, do your research but I chose SMILE bc I wanted less down time and liked what I read upon my research. They do not push you to do this one over LASIK and will let you know which you are a candidate for. I felt zero pain during the procedure. On the way home there was some burning and tearing (normal post surgery) and the damn sun was setting so it made it worse but listen to them and go to sleep when you go home and don’t wake up until morning and you will wake up like a new person. The next day ZERO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT. Use the medicines they prescribe to avoid any issues. I got my surgery 5 days ago and I’ve had less pain, tearing, itching, etc. than I’ve had the last 25 years of wearing contacts AND I CAN SEEEEE!! Went for my follow-up today with Dr. Niksarli and everything is great and again, he was so personable and friendly. If you are still reading this, stop immediately and go make your consultation or surgery and I promise you won’t be disappointed. The entire team is wonderful and I am so happy I trusted MLC with such an important decision.

*2 days after smile procedure review, will update if necessary*Straightforward, fast, easy, and now have 20/20. Had Dr. Niksarli and he was calm and cool the whole tome. Couldnt really ask for more. I initially called them for lasik but they explained the SMILE procedure and I decided to go for that instead. They were upfront about the cost, had 1k discount deal, and financing options. Although they forgot to tell me to apply online first, we managed to do that before the surgery.Actual procedure was fast but felt weird. Didnt actually feel much but your eye going cloudy for a bit is not something I think I will forget. Took probably 5 minutes total but felt longer than that. Luckily, the doctor helped me relax the whole time with his voice.I had my procedure later in the day so I just napped as my wife drove us home and then put in the eye drops and slept for the night. Woke up with only a little irritation, more in left eye which had astigmatism, but cleared up as I put in eye drops. Started really recognizing how well I could see as the day went on and am amazed now.

Very bad experience, did my eye surgery and two years and a half later I am not seen well. I decided to contact them again because i was told the surgery is supposed to last minimum 10 years and that I would have warranty if anything happens with my vision before that lapse of time, now i called they said i have to pay almost 2000 dollars. Furthermore, the receptionist , “Virginia” was so disrespectful, she is not professional at all.

The staff forgot I was in the waiting room and were closing up. My eyes were dilated. Dr Niksarli realized I was there as he was walking out with his jacket and did my consultation in the waiting room.Pay attention to the negative reviews, not just the positive ones. You only have one set of eyes. Also, don’t be the last patient of the day, they will forget about you.

I was referred to Manhattan Lasik Center by a friend. So glad to chose this location. They have an excellent and very genuine staff that keeps you really at ease. Friendly and professional. The facility is state of the art. The doctors and staff really step you through the procedure and help keep you very relaxing, as for the procedure itself quick and over before you know it! Dr. Buchsbaum was absolutely fantastic - I cold not have found a better person to perform the SMILE procedure. When they say its a painless procedure, they arent kidding - it was absolutely pain free. My eyes were sensitive to light for the first 3-4 hours after the surgery; but, after that point, the sensitivity started to decrease and I was able to start seeing comfortably. When I woke up the next day, zero pain, zero irritation; and at my follow up, I had 20/20 vision.I cannot say enough good things about this group - Dr. B is highly recommended. Helena was terrific too - both were extremely comforting throughout the 10-minute procedure. Dr. B actually explained what was going on as he was performing the procedure - really put my mind at ease.Life changing place!

I had -3.75 vision I had blades lasik done here 5 years ago and have had severe light sensitivity issues and severe dry eye I can’t drive without tints due to complications and have to always use sunglasses and special eye drops, I am now talking with lawyers to hopefully sue. Please do yourself a favor and research better places. I hope this review saves at least one person from pain and suffering then it was worth my time writing.

Our whole family went through vision correction at Manhattan Lasik Center (MLC) in the last 3 months. First, my daughter did SMILE. She had a quick recovery. It was a life changing experience for her. Her great experience helped my husband and I to go through SMILE and PRK with Dr Niksarli. We are impressed by Dr. Niksalris skill and dedication. Dr. Niksalrli spent time with us and cleared our queries from the initial consultation, till post surgery care. This was a very different experience than what we had at the other Lasik Centers. At other Lasik centers we did not get to see or talk to doctors/surgeons in the initial consultations so we were left with many questions. Dr Niksalri worked with us over a couple of visits through the questions and satisfied all our technical /scientific queries. There was excellent followup for each one of us after the surgeries. Dr NIksalri is very ably supported by the Staff. They were very nice and helped us guide through the process, and were very prompt in responding to our requests.We chose MLC because we wanted the best, and we are very happy about the results.

I am so impressed by the quality of care at this center. I had been contemplating corrective vision surgery for years. Several people recommended to me that I look into Manhattan Lasik center. The office is clean and comforting. The staff are all so incredibly knowledgeable, kind and caring. They walked me through the process and my surgical options and took their time answering all of my questions. They made sure I felt completely comfortable and supported. Doctor Niksarli took a lot of time to screen and test my eyes to make sure I was a good candidate for the procedure. I was so impressed by SMILE but unfortunately did not qualify for that because of the shape of my cornea. We decided to go with PRK (advanced surface treatment also known as photo-refractive keratectomy). It was the most conservative option for me. I was prepared for the slower recovery time and discomfort. I was still very nervous so the doctor had me watch another patients surgery. That helped me see what would happen for me. I went in for surgery the next day. It went so smoothly and the entire staff made me feel so cared for. That day and the next day as I recovered I found it helpful to darken my apartment and not look at screens and sit with my eyes closed with a timer for my eye drops. The third day I found myself in great discomfort and pain. I had a follow up appointment with Doctor Buchsbaum and he reassured me that it was normal and that later that day I would turn a corner and the pain would pass. He examined my eyes and they were on track. And exactly like doctor Buchsbaum told me, the pain passed that evening and I was much more comfortable. Since the follow up appointment my vision has been more and more clear each day. I am one week post operation and I can see nearly perfectly. I am told this will take several more weeks to fine tune. I am overall so pleased with the process and feel so supported by Doctor Niksarli, Doctor Buchsbaum and the incredibly kind talented technicians and office staff at Manhattan Lasik Center.

I got my eyes laser-beamed here about 7 months ago. I opted for the SMILE procedure as the name sounded cool.I was watching TV in early December at 11:30am and saw an ad for Manhattan Lasik. I figured, what the hell, Ill go get a consultation. By 12:30pm I was in the waiting room. By sunset I had 20/20 vision.I have experienced no side-effects from the procedure. No dry eyes. No issues. No nothing. I can see without any corrective lenses and can buy off-the-shelf sunglasses!I go back on a regular basis for their scheduled complimentary checkups. I’m in and out in 10 minutes. Everybody there remembers me—I’m not just a number to them.The procedure isn’t cheap. My vision was particularly bad—I couldn’t even walk down the sidewalk without my glasses. Ty, who’s job it is to work with folks on pricing, went over the options and hooked me up with no interest financing. I believe some insurances might help with costs—Ty will know the answer for your particular situation.Price various with correction amount/procedure type so don’t let other reviews here scare you. I cannot believe how easy this entire process has been. I am one day post-op from the SMILE procedure and I CAN SEE!!!!! Wow, Totally Cold salesman, shows no respect. Thai also lied about the pricing details and will try to get you to pay the highest price possible. Thai is very focused on running your credit card! Avoid him if possible. I can not believe they hired such a person. Hold out and negotiate a lower price!

Dr Kevork Niksarli and his staff are absolutely amazing!!!!!!!. My mother received her lasik eye surgery from the same doctor and office over 20 years ago and she still has perfect vision. The procedure is quick, painless. You will have perfect vision the following morning after the surgery. If you are ever considering lasik eye surgery, go to Manhattan lasik center. Absolutely great work. If I could give Dr Kevork Niksarli one thousand stars, I would, because he deserves it. Most Trustworthy doctor you will ever meet.

I have been wearing glasses as long as I can remember. I inquired about LASIK at a different location a few years ago, but didnt feel comfortable with the staff, and was told I wouldnt be a good candidate for LASIK since I have a scar on one of my eyes. Given that were in quarantine mode, I figured Id revisit the idea and gave Manhattan Lasik Center a call, especially after hearing about the ReLex Smile procedure. I had a virtual consultation(6/25/2020) and it went really well, and I scheduled an appointment to come in and talk to the doctor and potentially get the surgery the next week.7/2/2020 At the office, the process was simple. I actually filled out the forms ahead of time so all I needed to do was sign in. They did the usual eye exams and checked for additional things like cornea thickness, intra-ocular pressure, etc. The doctor determined I was a good candidate and was ready to do the surgery. I was super nervous so I wanted to ask some questions, especially after doing a lot of research about the pros and cons of laser eye surgery in general, and the different types of procedures. Dr. Niksarli patiently listened to my nervous rambling and made me feel more at ease, and even let me observe a surgery through the observation window in the office. At that point I figured I might as well dig up the courage and go through with it. After sorting out the payment, I got a Valium and sat around for a few minutes so it could kick in. I was then escorted to the surgery room, and put into a cap and given a stuffed animal to squeeze. My eyes were numbed and cleaned with eyedrops, and before I knew it the laser was positioned over my eye and the surgery was underway, which was ABSOLUTELY PAIN-FREE. I felt nothing the entire time. Approximately 10 minutes later, I had new sight. I was given eye drops and a prescription for steroidal and inflammatory eyedrops, and was sent on my way, with smiles from everyone in the office. I could see much better than before, but it was like I was in a misty room. My eyes were a little sensitive to light on the way home(they give you some glasses and a Tylenol pm), but I didnt feel any real pain or discomfort. I got a bite to eat when I was home, and then knocked out for about 4 hours. I braced myself for pain when I woke up, but besides a slight gritty feeling in my eyes, I felt great. The misty feeling cleared up as well and I was able to see about 97% as good as with my glasses or contacts. I sat around playing video games and watching tv for the evening with no problem. The next day I went for my follow-up, and was given a clear bill of health.Its been a couple more days and I have no pain, great eyesight, and no complaints. The only issue Ive had so far was a little dry eye, but thats also due to the air conditioner being on in my apartment.I definitely want to thank the entire staff at Manhattan Lasik Center, for the great care, and for their patience and family like atmosphere. It will sound cliche, but my only regret is not doing this sooner. I highly recommend anybody who is eligible to do ReLex Smile at Manhattan Lasik Center with Dr. Niksarli.My key takeaways are:- Do your research. Read others experiences through yelp, reddit, etc. This will give you an idea of what youre in for, and manage expectations- Watch laser eye surgeries on youtube. Its hard if youre squeamish, I know, but it will give you an understanding of what will be happening to you(and they are all completely painless)- Read about the complications. Although these operations are VERY safe, and the doctor is EXTREMELY good at what he does, its important to understand and accept what might go wrong in the very rare event- Speak up to the doctor. I wrote out a list of concerns I had and he answered all of them completely and confidently.- Be prepared to invest. Laser Eye Surgery is NOT cheap, but you will gain an immeasurable improvement to your quality of life.- Be patient. Post surgery you will need to give yourself time to heal.

This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. The surgery day @ the Manhattan location, the Doctor had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there.The gentleman at the front desk and the doctor that took my initial information at the Edison NJ location were terrific, the ladies at the Manhattan center too made me feel like I was the first patient of the day. I loved visiting the Paramus NJ location for my post op follow up, they always treated me with respect and made me feel welcome.

Staff is great but Im about a week out from surgery and still cant see with my left eye. Completely blurry like I forgot to put my contacts in type of blurriness. Right eye seems to be doing well.Update: about 4 months out... Still following up and Dr. B has been great. Left eye is still lagging behind the right but was told it can take up to 6 months to fully recover due to the level of my astigmatism.

Got Lasik last night. Today woke up seeing better than I ever have in my life. Staff was friendly and helpful. Post operation I had a hard time opening my eyes and was extremely sensitive to light, short term pain for long term gain. I would recommend bringing a friend or family to help pick up eye drops from the pharmacy and getting home. Make sure you clear your schedule for the remainder of the day and when they say go home and go to sleep, definitely listen. These things of course come if you got Lasik anywhere but I have no negative comments about this place for sure! Dr. Niksarli is the man!

Seeing alot of negative comments about the price so wanted leave my own review. I did the SMILE procedure about half a year ago and i am still SO happy with my vision. I chose the pricier procedure (SMILE), but I had only had dry eyes for about a week and now have 20/20 vision. Zero problems. My friends who opted for LASIK, the more inexpensive procedure told me they suffered months of dry eyes/vision changes. Any online search will show you that SMILE is $2000-$3000 PER eye. I wouldnt consider the price they give you here a ripoff considering it is a newer, less invasive procedure and it really changes your life

This is a great facility to use for Lasik. They are friendly and easy-going. Their prices are reasonable and they work with your schedule.I recently had a medical issue with my eye and I was certain it may have been caused by the Lasik Surgery I had done 4 years ago. Luckily, it was not that. However, the Lasik Center was very kind to reach out to me and make sure that my vision has come back and they did state that I am covered through them for 10 years from the date of surgery, which was great to know!

Over the last decade I was kind of apprehensive about having my vision corrected. I was referred to this place from a friend at work, who spoke very highly of the quality and professionalism. She had done Lasik. I finally did mine yesterday. I qualified for the ReLEX SMILE procedure. It Was so easy and painless. The most minimally invasive and the quickest healing time. I was able to see as soon as three hours after the procedure and with much better clarity around 5 to 6 hours after the procedure. I am extremely happy with the outcome and also Dr. Mark Buchsbaum and Dr. Niksarlis expertise. This morning I woke up and my vision is restored. I am going in This afternoon for my follow up. Very happy with the results so far, and it is said that the vision will even be getting better within the next week or two. Fantastic experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about it or on the fence about it. Just do it, you will not regret it. 5 stars all day.PS. For the two weeks leading up to my appointment I was not nervous at all, but the day of my procedure I felt nervous and anxious. Dont worry, they will give you something to take that edge off if you need it and it really really helps.

I recently had lasik at Manhattan Lasik Center.On the day of my procedure I was greeted by Thai and within 15 minutes I was in his office and my credit card payment was processed. Shortly after that I was placed in a waiting area and given a valium. About an hour and a half later my measurements were re-taken and about an hour and a half after that I met the doctor who went over the procedure. About 45 minutes later I finally had the procedure done. All in I was in the office for about 5 hours and had about 45 minutes of interaction with the staff during that entire time period. I was not provided updates to why it was taken so long. Why Manhattan Lasik bring us in 4 hours before they are ready to start the surgery is beyond me.I do have to say that the doctor was very nice, patient, and answered all of my questions. The surgery went well and I am thankful for that. I felt the doctor was very professional and was able to connect with him.On the medical side I felt like I was treated very well however on the customer service side I felt that once Manhattan Lasik Center had my money I was no longer as important to them. Id recommend them as long as you dont mind unnecessarily sitting in the waiting room for quite some time.

I went in only thinking I’d get a consultation, because like many of you, my eyesight wasn’t the best, I saw the procedure being done on a patient and it was amazing and quick! So I decided to go for it seeing the $2,995 price when I googled Lasik eye surgery. Then the Thai man walked me into his office and gave me a price that was MUCH higher than the price I saw online. He told me that the price online was for a different procedure. I honestly feel as tho I got ripped off. The total came out to almost $5,000. Other than false advertising of the price, the doctors and technicians there were extremely helpful and friendly and I can truly say I’m happy with the results!

I had my surgery (PKU) at Manhattan Lasik Center, but prior to my surgery i had my consult in New Jersey and they were all nice. However, after my consult I still had a lot of questions I had forgotten to asked, was doubtful and was thinking not to have the surgery. I was very worried about how this will affect my eyes, recovery time and when I return back to work. Few months later, I decided to contact the consultant in New Jersey to ask more questions and some how I ended up with Rima S, a consultant that was in Manhattan Lasik center. Rima gave me the time I needed to ask any questions and concerns I had, that was causing me doubt. She answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and was very knowledgeable about the procedure. I felt so much better after speaking to her and thank her very much. I consider her to be, in my opinion, a very valuable asset to Manhattan Lasik Center. I continue to do my follow-ups at the manhattan center because the staff, including the doctors are pleasant and nice. Also, I can say that the waiting period is very short. Theyre professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and charismatic.I had the Zeiss VisuMax Lasik procedure done. The procedure itself was less then 15 minutes and the recovery process was quick and painless. By the following day my sight improved significantly. I initially submitted my application for a free consultation at their competition but after reading more reviews I decided to switch to Manhattan Lasik Center, plus the competition would not stop calling/emailing and even texting me for about 2 weeks which I cant tolerate. The whole experience was great, the stuff was nice and friendly. Doctors were patient and very experienced. The accountant offer me a really good deal. My sight is so much better now and will be even sharper since PRK full recovery takes longer. I definitely would recommend them to everyone.

Had my Lasik surgery here about three years ago and loved it. I was a candidate for the Lasek procedure which requires three to four days of recovery but it was well worth it. After a lifetime of using glasses and contacts, another three days was well worth it. like i said i am three years removed from the surgery and it was the best decision i have ever made. Dr. B made me feel comfortable and confident and the staff was very nice and professional. I would recommend this Center to anyone considering Lasik surgery.

After I wouldnt let them sell me their most expensive package, Manhattan Lasik Eye Center messed up my eyes, instructed me to use eye drops that further worsened my eyes, and then shoved me out the door for me to deal with it on my own. Now I need to have surgery again and am going to have to pay thousands of dollars to someone else because theres no way I trust them to touch my eyes again. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. All they care about is money.

I did my Lasik 2014 September. I was seeing 20 20but last 2 months I am barely seeing far. everything is blur. So I contacted some management people who took really good care of me with free of charge. I am really grateful to them for everything theyve done for me. I am seeing much better now. thank you.

I decided to get LASIK as I was convinced by my sisters and mom and because I was tired of wearing contacts. The procedure was exactly what everyone said it would be: fast and painless. The entire staff was extremely professional and helpful. Before the procedure, Doctor Buchsbaum walked me through what I should expect and he also explained it while the procedure was going on. What I didnt expect was that feeling of being able to see so clear and so fast. It’s surreal. I feel I have HD 4K vision lol. For anyone considering to get LASIK, GET IT DONE. The worst part is that hour after surgery. One hour of discomfort is absolutely worth it!! Thanks to Virginia, Brad and Dr Buchsbaum for making it a great experience.

Had the worst experience at any doctors office. Their financial coordinator THAI is a very rude guy. He do not give any respect to the customer. Plus they gave me a price higher than their advertised price . I have no eye issues and my vision is not too bad either. And when I Told him about the advertised price he bluntly said DON’T DO IT THEN.Never going back again. They are a rip off , so stay away as possible.

I opted for the ReLex Smile procedure .Was wearing contacts and glasses for over 40 years.Had the procedure with Monovision since I was using that for contacts.Next day follow up I had 20/20 vision.Unbelievable2 week follow up and everything is going well.Highly recommended.UpdateIts been over 3 months.Still cant believe I can see without glasses or contacts.

All the doctors were great--even when I had follow-up issues that required near daily appointments, they were never abrasive about me coming in and always made sure I was getting the medical care that I needed in a prompt fashion. I thought they were very well tailored for busy business people too.

Everyone is great here. I had the surgery back in February and am so glad I did. The procedure takes maybe 10 minutes and I woke the next morning and could see. I have had no issues. So worth the money. Wish I had done it years ago.

The staff has been great before, during and after my surgery. Had PRK on December 10th and could see a bit better right afterward. They patiently answered all my questions during my many calls before and after the surgery. Cant believe how good my vision is after being -6.5. Nerve wracking to trust your vision to someone, but they came highly recommended from a dentist I know. Highly recommend this office!

My lasik surgery came out amazing with little to no recovery time, no post surgery complications, and most importantly perfect vision (better than 20/20). I suffered with a high myopia (-6.00 in both eyes) and had been wearing glasses/contacts for over 20 years. Dr. Niksarli was able to correct my vision easily. Knowledgeable staff who was able to answer all of my questions and they were flexible with my schedule. They have a clean, state of the art faculty as well. Dr. Niksarli is one of the best ophthalmologists in the NY area. Highly recommended.

I came specifically from Switzerland to get LASIK surgery by Dr Niksarli. I was referred by a friend. The procedure was really easy and fast, painless and comfortable. All the steps were explained by Dr Niksarli which made the procedure even more relaxing.I was able to see 20/20 the next day of the procedure. It was like day and night, the difference is amazing. I went in with very high myopia, -7/25 both eyes. I had the SMILE procedure, which has a longer visual recovery time, so I still have some issues with starbursts and trouble focusing in dim lighting, but these improve every day, and other than that, I have 20/20 vision. I do not regret my decision in the least. I had Dr. Niksarli. He is a nice doctor, kind and easy to talk to.

Wow- what an amazing thing to do to be able to see 20/20! I was so nervous about the procedure and Dr. B was patient, and walked me through every detail so I knew what was going on and didnt freak out. I didnt feel any pain at all and the whole procedure was done in about 20 minutes with a break in between. I have been putting off having Lasik for years but I wish I had done this sooner knowing now that it was painless and that I could go back to work the next morning! They walk you through which procedure your eyes would be eligible for so it can range with the recovery time. I had no pain in the middle of the night when I had to keep my eyes closed after the procedure and now just need eye drops after sleeping since my eyes are a little dry which the doctor said improves over the first few months. Its only been 4 weeks so far and I am SOOO happy I did this for myself!!
