I really don’t want to giving the 1 star before I saying this. I’ve bought glasses here at least twice. Because I love the style and brand story. But today I have Very bad experience with this store!!! I came here to fix my glasses. I tell the lady one of the staff who was working there. I tell her what I need to fix it by the part. Before she took my glasses she tell me it’s only need $10–$15 to replace new nosepads, I say ok no problem. After a few mins she shows and tell me my glasses is broken... Also said I need to pay $150 then replace the new front part to me...I know it’s unfortunately and nobody wants to happened. But before I bring my glasses still could use nothing broken at all! Just need to fix or add something on it...not even like that broken. If I pay that $150 why don’t I just go buy a new pair? I really feel disappointed by this accident actually I’ll never back with this store anymore!!!

Today the stem flew off my eyeglasses in front of the Moscot store inChelsea Market.The associate was more than willing to help... he went above and beyond‼️ My only regret is that I did not get the name if this gracious man. He I s generous, gracious, stylish .. I hope Moscot recognizes you‼️

Employees had great input and sense of style. Very aesthetically pleasing store located in the heart of Chelsea Market, a major tourist area in Manhattan.

Found this place while walking thru the Chelsea Market and glad we did. Great selection of frames and Eric, the gentleman who helped us, could not have been more knowledgable and extremely helpful. Insured the frames fit, looked good, and we purchased two pairs! Treated us as friends, not customers. Definitely will be going back again.
