It’s no accident that Dr. Heck and the staff at UES Endo have such rave reviews. Who would have ever thought I’d come out of an endodontist office feeling so energized! Dr. Heck is phenomenal. She explains everything very clearly, is honest and clearly loves her job. The office space itself has a fun, creative vibe and the staff is attentive, friendly and professional. I can’t say enough about this group! HIGHLY recommended!

Getting a root canal is never fun. The staff at UES Endodontist were truly amazing. The office was super clean. The admin staff was very warm and accommodating. It’s impossible to overstate the quality of my experience with Dr. Hanna Heck. She an exceptional professional—knowledgeable, articulate, reassuring, warm, and pleasant. As someone who has never had a dental procedure, I was quite apprehensive. But Dr. Heck’s clear explanations, timely and thoughtful questions, and command of the process allayed my concerns and engendered confidence that I was in the right hands. Who’d have thought a root canal could have been a positive experience?

At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, I genuinely cant imagine having a better experience during such a trying time. Dr. Hecks mastery as an endodontist is unsurprising, but her patience, compassion, and empathy make her absolutely peerless. Dr. Heck managed to keep my squirmy little girl still in the chair for hours with her humor and soothing voice, while she worked tirelessly on her teeth. I was pleasantly surprised that she got the entire job done in one sitting so we didnt have to return. We went to several pediatric endodontists before finding Dr. Heck, and there is no question she is the only endodontist we will be seeing moving forward (although we are hoping to stay out of any dental chair for a while!)

Struggled with poor teeth genetics and have had countless procedures done on my teeth. When my family dentist informed me of my root canal, he recommended Dr. Heck to me. Of all the procedures Ive had done on my teeth, this one, although scariest, was by far the easiest and most comfortable one Ive had. The team here was very supportive and reassuring!

I have a LOT of dental anxiety, after a childhood of major dental work (13 baby teeth pulled, oral surgery, and 4 years of braces among other things) and due to some resistance/quick metabolism of certain anesthesia medications. Visiting a dentist for me is not very routine, and have chosen to live with pain many times because of my fears and anxiety.I needed a root canal and decided to try and seek out a practice that would listen to my concerns and help me through it, and Dr Hanna Heck (and her associates) at UES Endodontists was INSTRUMENTAL in taking wonderful care of me. I felt fairly comfortable the whole time I was in the chair (which is saying a LOT for me) and she did amazing work. Here I am 24 hours later in no pain and feeling so thrilled. I had the best night of sleep in months last night, and I so appreciate Dr. Heck for her kind chair-side manner and professional work!I would leave 6 stars if I could!

I had a surprise dental abscess that left me needing quick and specialized treatment: the dreaded root canal. Dr. Heck and her team helped me through the entire process and then referred me to get the crown done at the same facility. This place has amazing staff and makes the process easy!

I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist especially if its for a surgery, but the staff at UES Endodontists made me feel so comfortable and the offices are so nice. I had dental work I had been avoiding getting for way to long but the procedure was so quick and painless, I experienced barely any discomfort which is saying a lot for me. If youre considereing coming here you definitely should!

Dr. Hanna Heck worked on me at NYC Park Smiles, which I guess she is affiliated with. She was so kind to get me in right away and took care of me immediately. She is obviously very good at what she does and has such a pleasant, calm demeanor and she is so friendly and polite. She asked me to pick a Spotify station before we got started! Nice touch!She was great about explaining everything she was doing and the reasons for it, but more importantly i was about as comfortable as could be despite having a million different instruments going in and out of my mouth. She kept checking in on me to make sure i was comfortable, all the while informing me what steps were coming up next.I hope i don’t have to have another root canal, but it honestly wasn’t so bad and i’ll definitely look up Dr. Heck for the next one. Definitely go to her if you’re in the market. You’ll be in really good hands.

You never want to hear that you need a root canal, but when it happens this is the place to go. I was in tremendous pain and ended up having to have two root canals done on the same day. Dr. Tran put me at ease letting me know I was in charge of the procedure - she would move at my pace. The procedure was so painless that I almost fell asleep. An hour and a half after coming in I was out of the chair and on my way to work - completely pain free!

Dr. Tran makes dreaded root canals an enjoyable experience and does excellent work. As a general practice dentist in Colorado if I’m even in need of another root canal I will fly to Dr. Tran because of the quality of dentistry she performs and her excellent bedside manner. She completed my root canal 3 years ago and I have not had any issues with the tooth since. The only complaint I have is I cannot refer my patients to her due to distance.

Dr. Tran is fantastic! She is meticulous with her work and makes you feel very comfortable that you are getting the best quality of care possible. The office is also high tech, they do everything with a microscope!

Super knowledgeable and competent doctor. Puts you right at ease, root canal was no big deal. Only place to go if you need a root canal.
