This review is not for the doctor but his staff. I was referred to Dr. Martorella by my previous endocrinologist who had recently closed his practice. I was told that my medical file would be transferred over to his office and I would be able to continue my visits with Dr. Martorella seamlessly.When I called the office to help me resolve an insurance issue, I was told I would receive a call back. I waited for that call for a month. I then had to follow up personally a second time and was told that they could not help me with my issue. Instead of offering me any solutions they were quick to rush me off the phone and it was clear that my business was not appreciated. Dr. Martorella may be a wonderful doctor but I wouldnt know thanks to his staff. I was so disappointed with the service I received over the phone that I did not make an appointment and will be looking for a different doctor all together.

World-class physician and gentleman. Dr. Martorella is kind, compassionate, insightful and smart. He is genuinely interested in the overall well-being of his patients, and thoughtfully listens to and addresses all symptoms and concerns. He also answers any questions both during the visit and after, and methodically follows up with test results within two-three days. He even does the blood-draws himself, and theres never any pain or subsequent bruising. Finally, Dr. Martorella is unfailingly respectful and considerate, and Im always struck by how he personally escorts his patients to and from his office. I consider myself so fortunate to have been referred to him and know I am in good hands.

Dr. Martorella is the best doctor I have ever gone to. I was sick for 6 mos, had seen countless specialists (including other endocrinologists) and had so many tests performed. I will forever be grateful to him and his diagnosis because over the last 3 mos he has given me back my life...something I didnt think would ever happen. On top of being the greatest doctor, he is a truly nice man. Thank you SO much Dr. M!!

A great endocrinologist, even greater person. Dr Martorella is the quintessential great bedside manner physician.I have a very difficult autoimmune case of Hashimotos hypothyroidism, and he has never wavered in his support of my care and well-being for a moment.He is willing to look critically outside the box for solutions and confers with my other physicians.I have absolutely no hesitation in referring him.

I used to have a brain tumor macroadenoma today I dont have that no more because dr. Andrew mortorella these was on the pituitary gland it was Im blessed I meant the doctor I highly recommend it he is the best ! Thank you doctor I will never forget you !
