I agree with the previous post. The doctor is great. But her office staff is rude and argumentative. I hope the management will take a look at this and retrain their office staff to deal with patients in a respectful manner.

Dr. Kuo is a wonderful physician. Back in 2015, she performed a right adrenalectomy on me to remove an adrenal adenoma that had been causing me to have extremely elevated and uncontrolled blood pressure. All went well with the surgery and recovery. Now, Im am back to seeing Dr. Kuo, this time virtually thus far, for possible issues with my left adrenal gland. She is informative, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. Her demeanor and patient skills are very calming during a time that could otherwise be quite stressful. I have complete confidence in my continued care with Dr. Kuo and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone with issues that fall within her practice area.

My appointment with Dr Kuo was a televisit, so convenient because I live two hours outside the city. Dr Kuo appeared knowledgeable and kind, ordered test and wrote a great letter to my PCP. I look forward to her operating on my parathyroid.

I have not met Dr.Kuo, but her scheduling secretaries are VERY argumentative and RUDE. They missed spelled my name and scheduled my appointment the wrong day. I feel like her pricing is misleading too. I was scheduled for an appointment for an RFA on my left thyroid. Her price is $3500, but meeting her to discuss the surgery is an additional $800 then the follow up appointments are $800 each. In addition to my travel---more expenses. Thankfully by eating 38+ fruits and vegetables per day my goiter shrunk in size significantly to where it is barely visible. There should be an option of half star. I gave it one star because initially I was attracted to the price of $3500 out of pocket expense.

Dr, Kuo is the best. She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable with your treatment plan. I also loved the fact that she personally called to follow-up after the procedure to see how I was feeling. Nobody better than Dr. Kuo.

Great doctor. Office staff nice and friendly! Dr. Kuo has been keeping an eye on my nodule which she suggested that if it grew we would need to remove it. I’m soon to have surgery since it has grown for the past years. I highly recommend her. She explains in detail what and how the procedure will be.

Dr. Jennifer Kuo is very professional, conscientious, knowledgeable and a very caring surgeon. She explains medical term in words that you will understand, and will patiently review all procedures of the surgery to be done. She’s one of the best.

Everyone at office are friendly and accommodating. The girls at the front desk, the nurse, the medical assistant, are all friendly and conversation was nice with all.Dr. Kuo is very knowledgeable, listens and answers all questions. Dr. Kuo was extremely knowledgeable about my parathyroid condition and very helpful in explaining how she would approach the upcoming surgery. She did an ultrasound during the consultation and was very re-assuring about the procedure.

From the moment she entered the practice to when she left the office, she was treated very professionally and courteously. Each staff member was fantastic, but most importantly, Dr. Kuo was the VERY BEST. Very patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased to be a patient of this wonderful doctor.

Dr. Kuo is a very courteous and knowledgable surgeon. I recently had my thyroid removed due to a malignant tumor, and Dr. Kuo and her staff were great throughout the process from start to finish. I never spent more than 15 minutes in the waiting room, and the office provides self-checkin and the ability to pay your co-pay upfront, which I appreciate. Dr. Kuo and her nurse were both super helpful and answered all of my questions both before and after surgery. When I had specific concerns about my incision after surgery her nurse asked me to email a photo so I didnt have to come into the office. Surgery is never easy, but Dr. Kuo is trustworthy and experienced.
