Very quick friendly service. Completely painless lab draws. Was in and out within 10 minutes of my appointment time.

I was sent there to get blood work from the clinic across the hall, I checked in and sat down all before 5pm their closing time. There were only 2 people in the waiting room, me and another person The manager/ supervisor comes in at 4:59 and closes the door, she then tells another employee to kick me out because she is not taking another new patient, the employee refused to do it. So she came and told me I had to leave because it is closed and she is only taking 1 more patient even though I was already checked in, I explain it was an emergency and she told me “every patient has an emergency but we are closed”. I’m only giving it 1 star for that employee who knew it was wrong to kick a patient out once there were checked in and waiting in the waiting room. There were 3 employees there that I saw and two patients, there was no reason why she couldn’t take me. Very unprofessional on behalf of that supervisor.

I found the place to be unprofessional!! Loud talking and music . One attendant jabbed a needle into my arm so much that I screamed!! Never have I had that experience! Another person called in to help left me with a black mark in her attempt to place the band on my arm!! It was just awful ! I was finally helped by a man who very expertly drew the needed blood! Supervision is definitely needed at this site!

Service is slow and inefficient. Maybe they are understaffed but doesnt explain the rudeness when I asked if the wait was going to be much longer. Corporate obviously doesnt read reviews or visit their locations undercover. If ever there was a need for an overhaul of systems and best practices this is a perfect example. Be prepared to wait !

Website doesnt allow you to book appts for this location. Calling their phone line doesnt allow you to make appts. Absolutely no way to get in contact with this Quest location. Seems to line up with everyone elses terrible experience here.

Been waiting here since 8am.place opens @9am.they only have one lady here working which I dont understand why with a waiting room full of people. the nurse is picking & choosing who to take in.btw I have a 9am appointment and its almost 11am.and Im here only for blood work.this place need better management,and people who are more professional.

Booked an appointment a week out only to be told that they couldnt open my lab form in their system. They assumed Id have the paperwork on me, for whatever reason. I do not understand why no one from their office could not have contacted me prior to my visit to alert me to the issue—this office is clearly rather disorganized.

There is no fax number available in the automated system for providers to fax prescriptions.

Unable to read simple bloodwork instructions, took the lazy route and told me this Location (125th) doesn’t preform this blood test. Just tell your boss you wanted to stay home today especially if your no help to the clients.

Decent wait time to take urine for drug test. HORRIBLE at delivering results to physician. They make you call a number to ask about results. The direct phone number does not allow you to talk to customer service. Came to office to find out I have to call client services. Never again

I walked into the building at 8:00 am sharp. I was only dropping samples. I sat and waited. Finally she said I wasnt in the system and had to input everything. I waited longer. Now its 8:33 and I didnt sign in since I WAS ONLY dropping samples. Now she says I need to sign in and ARGUED that I didnt come in at 8:00. REALLY? Now its 8:45. Im still waiting to DROP SAMPLES

I walked into this location today for a new hire screening. It must have been my lucky day. There was only 3 other people before me. It was easy to check in and of course the process. The rep that helped me was professional and kind. I believe her name was Ginie. The facility was clean and informative. The TV informational loop was great, if my family or I are in need of testing again i will come back! I would sugguest if youre thinking of stopping in, make an appointment online as you may not be as lucky as me today. Your appt will secure your spot.

A convienant clean atmosphere and friendly staff! There is a televised screen w/your first name and last initial w/count down minutes to how much time left to being seen next. Even though I had arrived 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I was seen at the scheduled appointment time on the dot! I will revisit again in the near future for my lab needs!

I came in yesterday for an antibody test. My doctor submitted it but informed me it wasn’t done. Please don’t tell me I have to go in to get it done.

Avoid Quest Diagnostics!! No one ever picks up the phone and the voicemail is always full so you cant even leave one. This is true in all other locations. Worst customer service.
