Great experience from start to finish. Super easy to schedule an appointment online and no wait time when I was there. Renata was lovely and very fast. Highly recommend this Quest location.

We had to bring our 1 year old baby to do blood work, walked in, waited about 15 min and had a very positive experience. Both lab workers were really amazing with the baby, trying to divert his attention while taking his blood sample. I definitely recommend this place for little children and adults.

As far as Quests go, it was completely accessible. They had walk in appointments (be VERY careful not all of them do even if they website says so.) It wasn’t over crowded like the appointment locations. The lobby was open and had plenty of social distancing, but also chairs for duos.And the actual blood draw was so nice. They really took their time to make sure everything was good and explained everything. So so sweet and caring.

It’s surprising to me that this clinic has so many poor reviews (reviewers probably tend to those with bad experiences) though I had a really good experience here, Renata was highly professional, quick, and efficient and I had a walk in appointment which I thought was going to be a much bigger pain than it really was - only a few people in the office and I waited about 20 minutes, which wasn’t so bad, and once I got in I was out quickly, highly recommended!

Called to schedule an appointment, listened to a long recording, pressed 3 to speak to someone to schedule an appointment, got a recording saying the line is busy but I can schedule it on line. The call then disconnected. Didnt even put me on hold to talk to a human being. I call that disgusting customer service.

I had a CBC panel here back on April 30 because my doctor’s office is far from my apartment. The Phlebotomist did not disinfect her hands after typing on the keyboard and swiping my credit card. She wasn’t very attentive either. I felt sharp pain when she injected the needle, and the following day I developed bruises around the venipuncture site. Worse part is that my nerve is damaged, I wasn’t able to extend my left arm for 3 weeks. And now even though I can extend my arm I continue to suffer from numbness on my entire left arm, extending to my left chest. I tried calling Quest, but there’s simply no customer service, no callbacks, no email reply. I will be seeking legal actions if my request remain unattended.

This was my first time at this location. Barely any wait time so it was very convenient (hence 2 stars). As Khrystyna Vasylyshyn mentions in her review, the phlebotomist appeared and sounded like she was of Eastern European origin and didnt seem very focused while drawing my blood. Ive never had any issues when getting my blood drawn at different locations, however, here, I experienced for the first time the same effect as Holly Tsai mentions in her review: the following day my nerve was damaged and I wasn’t able to properly extend my left arm for 3 weeks without feeling pain and numbness either.

A Fax request was sent on 3/21/21 to Quest. They did NOT have it. Two more faxes were sent 4/12/21 from my md’s office at my scheduled Quest appointment. They didn’t get these either... the fax wasn’t working. This has been a negligent fiasco!.

I was taken promptly at the time of my appointment. The staff was cordial, courteous, competent and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would use their services again without hesitation.

Total mess. Booked online, they had no record of it and wanted me to call to clear it up myself while barely being able to communicate more than 2 words at a time. Showed me I was in their system but with no tests pending, so that I could communicate that to whatever 3rd party it is that runs their website. No thank you.

Phlebotomists have to know how to take blood samples without turning my whole hand blue! This happened twice in a row with the same russian background specialist, sorry dont have her name. I did not have this problem with the other lady who works there (I think she might be polish).

Phlebotomists are grumpy and unprofessional. Online only booking without any indication you need a paper copy of your scrip. The lady with me (Elena) insisted I get my doctor to fax it, and said if it doesnt come before 4, too bad. Dont come here.

Ive been here twice and both times it was quick, waiting only about 10mins max. Ive has a slew of bad phlabotonists resulting in panic attacks when I get blood drawn. Elena took care of me both times. Best I have had in 3 years.

They took my blood and never ordered tests so I didnt get my blood test results. Then they tried to tell me it was my fault and asked if I wanted to come back in. Do not come here.
