Enjoy the service, they give free painful bruises you get to live with for a week plus! No sooner am I in the chair hes jabbing me and asks If it hurts yeah it hurts but what am I going to say, no? So you can take it out and stick it in again? He seemed in such a hurry that I kid you not the minute I sat down the needle was in me. Just wanted me in and out like I was a burden to his time. EDIT 4/5 Adding an additional photo to see the wonderful progress my painful bruise has taken. Spoke to a nurse regarding it - said my vessels were absolutely shot from this.

REPLY TO THEIR REPLY: Their customer service is dysfunctional. 3 out of 5 calls were handled by rude, unmotivated staff. Its a bad service to use and looks like a bad place to work as well.Not only this location that I visited, but Quest overall, is an example of collapse. Even for private insurance. This place specifically was dirty and staff was very unfriendly (no eye contact, not even a hi). Then, it took several days to receive my results because they used an old address instead of the updated address in the order. Lastly, they forgot to perform two important tests. Yes, a diagnostic company that forgets to run certain tests. How is this possible? Its a system that is collapsing, even when you are paying. I dont understand how Quest keeps their authorization to operate.

Terrible attitude. Pay for 1 test COVID 19 128 usd and they told me the results will be in 48 hours, but I need it next day, then they told me I need pay new order for other fast test, I did and 24 hours later I don’t have the results. Scam

Went for a blood test ordered by my doctor. Was treated rudely and unsympathetically by an aggressive and harsh woman, who criticized the form filled out by the doctor, my inability to recall the doctors name (it was on the form in her hand, but my memory froze when she treated me harshly), and the discrepancy of panel numbering from one blood test operation to another. It was bordering on the bizarre. Its bad enough to have to get blood work but with the addition of her dramatics, life is too short! Never going back to this office!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Long wait times - and no human to check you in. Waited for an extended period of time, only to be told there was no appointment scheduled for me (which there was). The situation could have been rectified through a simple phone call between the employee and a national number, but no action was taken. Avoid at all costs.

First time I came to this location, I had to wait close to an hour even though I had an appointment. But that’s trivial compared to the next appointment.Today the nurse almost conned me into signing up for a program they call Easy Pay, where you give them the ability to charge your card whatever amount they notify you weeks later. The nurse just pointed at a small sign on the wall with a picture of credit cards on it and said are you familiar with this. I asked her if she meant paying by credit cards - she said yes without further detail. She then swiped my card and told me I’d be charged an unspecified amount in a few weeks. When I asked her if I can consent to the amount before being charged, she just rudely repeated the speech about what an easy pay was, glossing over the key detail - you do NOT get to consent to the exact amount prior to being charged. She cut off my question a few times when I was trying to get to this important detail, and finally agreed to let me cancel that credit card preauthorization that she had tricked me into giving. And then she reprimanded me for having agreed to it first and how the next time if I disagree to it I have to sign a refusal letter to give to her supervisor. I had been going to Quest for years and never been asked to do this. If this is a new program, they should’ve given their patients more details than just a perfunctory pointing at a sign with a picture with credit cards.

I RARELY write reviews but Ive had enough. Why does Quest Diagnostics place an emphasis on scheduling an appointment time, only to have it completely ignored? If walk-ins are given the opportunity to bump patients with appointments well beyond their appointed times, then you may as well save a few million dollars and do away with the pointless digital kiosks, web tools and portals and just leave a clipboard and a pen hanging from a chain. This is the second time (from a second location) that a SCHEDULED, fasting blood draw will have to be reattempted thanks to the inability of Quest staff to properly keep time.

I was at this location today in the morning, arrived at 8:55am. It was only one patient ahead of me. I was called for the blood work a few minutes later by Jay. At 9:15am I left the office. What a great professional he is. Excellent job, Jay!!!Thank you very much!

Just went there for a blood test, the nurse was so uncaring, she did it so quickly- putting the needle straight into my arm, At a speed that almost made me scream, it hurts the most (by significant amount) than all the tests I’ve done in my life! Please ensure the right training is done at this facility

My experience was excellent. I didnt have an appointment, but was seen in 8 minutes! Yes, there was no one at the counter, but there was a sign-in computer, really self explanatory. I will recommend this location to all my friends. Staff was polite, courteous and fast!

Quick prompt service. I went in as a walk in at 3:15PM on a Tuesday and was seen within 10-15mins of checking in at the digital kiosk. The staff is friendly and courteous and explains very clearly what needs to be done. I was in and out in a jiffy.

Took me in right away. I was waiting no more than 30 seconds and the same for my sister. Unsure about the other reviews on here because I had an amazing experience. Very quick, professional, and efficient. I was extremely pleased. I’m happy I ignored the other reviews on here.

If you have to drop off an specimen they put you at the end on the list regardless at what time you arrive, only to drop off something that they don’t even touch but I have to put it in a box that is in the front. Walk ins go at the end of the list you can be first but if an appt person come first they’ll put them before you, even between walks in they chose who to see first and some of them are very rude

Scheduled an appt as I had a short timeline to get to my other appt. Was told even though I had an appt, I had to wait for 4 walks in to be done as they were here first with a nasty attitude. I refuse to give money to a place that does not follow one of their policies and very rude.PS: I have been fasting for 10 hours!! I am NOT interested in waiting for unscheduled people to go ahead when I through the effort of scheduling an appt.

I’ve got a huge and horrible bruise after a blood work at here. I know there’s a chance to have a small bruise after an injection or a blood test, but this one is huge and hurting. I go to checkup regularly, but I haven’t had anything like this before in my entire life. The area started being sore right after the blood work. I have muscle pain on my upper arm since few days later. I feel some fevers around the bruise. It’s getting worse every day. Now, I feel some benumbment on my palm and fingers. I am not sure if its my fault or theirs. Anyway, I won’t go there ever again. Im sharing some pictures.

I had a horrendous experience at this Quest location and after reading the other comments, it seems that Im not the only one. I waited over 50 minutes (with an appointment). The staff member I had the misfortune to finally be called by was extremely rude (she had actually shut the door in my face 20 minutes earlier when I was already waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time), very temperamental and unprofessional to the extent that we got into an altercation and I left. I called Quest customer service to complain and they had the manager at this location contact me directly. The manager was mean and defensive with no customer service conciliation skills whatsoever, so its no surprise that this location is so poorly run.

Came here in January 2018 for a work based preliminary drug screening test. Walked in, electronically signed in. Didnt wait long at all for the doctor, finished business in a matter of minutes and received the results days later. Recommended.

Do Not waste your time going to this location. They purposefully have people waiting. They have horrible customer service and they do not value their customers. I arrived around 11:11/11:15 am for routine blood work. There were 4 people in the waiting room ahead of me. At 12:12pm, I had to get up and leave b/c I had a conference call at 12:30pm. I waited over an hour and still was not seen. They literally took a person every 20 minutes. When I left, the gentleman who arrived before me was also still waiting. I typically dont say this b/c I believe everyone should have a job, but the staff today, 12/14, should either all be terminated or retrained. I ended up going to LabCorp up the street, similar scenario with 3 people waiting ahead of me and I was out of there in 23 minutes! Quest, that was unacceptable.

I went without an appointment at opening hours and did not have to wait. It was a one-man operation but that man was very efficient: he took my info, directed me to a cubicle, drew blood and wished me a good day. By the time I put on my jacket he was already assisting another customer.

While centrally located the staff is categorically surly and unhelpful. They seem more vested in spending time with each other than on servicing clients creating unnecessary wait times not usually associated with the Quest business model.

My boyfriend needed to have a blood test done and his clinic gave him the paperwork to get it done at any of the Quest Diagnostics locations. This one was only 4 blocks away from the clinic so we went over here. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. There were only 3 people in line ahead of my boyfriend when we came in. Entering his information at their check in kiosk took only a minute. And that was the fastest part of the process. With 3 people ahead, the screen on the wall showed that he had a 14 minute wait. After a couple of minutes it switched to 12. 1 person went in, and a minute later the 12 minutes turned to 16. About 3 mins later the 16 switched to 24 minutes. When there was finally 1 person ahead it switched to 23 minutes. I mean, what the... ?? Finally, his name is next on the list and the wait is back at 14 minutes - which is what it was at the beginning! All together we spent almost 50 minutes in the waiting room before they got around to him. After poking him with needles in 5 different places and finally getting it right on the 6th try they took 4 vials of blood. I waited for about 15 minutes for him to come back to the waiting room. We were there for approximately l 1 hr 15 mins. The whole experience was a major disappointment.

This is the second time quest diagnostics messed up with my insurance number (by negligently put in wrong number), and they charge me for the money, i have to go online and call them to correct the insurance number. Make sure you check what they put your insurance number in.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment and arrived to discover that I was classified as a “walk-in.” Over 1.5hrs My wait time went from 34min to 54min because the rest of the staff left for home with the exception of one staff member who is trying to service the remaining 10ppl. That makes no sense. What do you want to bet the one staff member will tell us to come back another time. I would NOT recommend this location. Go anywhere else.

Terrible! Staff is rude and lazy! When I inquired as to why its taking so long to see an attendant; the lady at the front desk said im not talking to you right now and said I should take a seat and wait to be called... that while I had signed in, and the screen had showed me to be next in line (for approx 25 minutes already!)... I would also point out that while their sign shows them to be open from 7:30am, the staff didnt seem to arrive (no patients have been admitted) before 9:30am.
