I made appointment 2 weeks ago they called me twice to even confirm my date and time and they even sent me text messages to confirm i am coming.Now today the day before my appointment they called to apologize that they do not accept my blue cross blue shield insurance through my Job !😡 they had my insurance information for 2 weeks now The day before my appointment i waited and suffered for 2 weeks for nothing and they cancelled!Need to find another place that accepts my insurance!

Dr. Tsynman is simply the best! Words cannot express what a wonderful physician I have. He is kind, brilliant, patient, and an amazing teacher. He has honestly saved my life and I cannot thank him enough. He is thorough and it is obvious that he loves what he does and that comes through in every appointment I have had with him. New York is lucky to have such a gastroenterologist! The best!

I am very happy with this practice, not normally would review this type of practice but I am very happy with there services.

Dr. Tsynman and the staff were friendly, attentive, and super professional. Id come get a colonoscopy here any day. Fortunately, Im not scheduled until five years from now. Yay!

This doctor sucks becoz this doctor is probably just for rich people or who have great insurance plan, he may be a good doctor but for these kinds nd of doctor lives dont matter ... i have been suffering from a problem for years that i think these 2 docs can help me but for these kind of doctors money is more important.... hate u both.
