Iris helped my skin tremendously and gave me my confidence back! I had acne around my chin, forehead, and cheeks. Iris prescribed me a few topical creams from a pharmacy that delivers and my skin started to improve little by little. Now I’m acne free and go for different treatments like microneedling as well as skin cancer checks. Iris is the most professional and courteous medical professional I’ve ever been to and can’t recommend her enough! Also, the office is beautiful and staff is friendly too. Love Russak!!

Dr Doyle is the best dermatologist I have ever met with. She corrected years long skin issues that other dermatologists were not able to properly treat. I have seen Dr. Amanda Doyle for several years for a multitude of reasons.  I cannot recommend her enough. She is thorough, thoughtful, professional, and kind. She is also very effective at communicating treatment options and expectations, including possible risks. Shes personally helped me with everything from skin checks and aesthetics to lymphatic drainage of periorbital edema.  Her conservative approach prevented me from needing a prescription steroid during early pregnancy.  She was also able and willing to help me outside of her normal office hours.  I have recommended her to friends and family who have all had the same experience.

I went to russel dermatology on January 15, my mother has had a bad history of cancer and I wanted to make sure my 30s and my aging process for the future would be healthier than hers. I went to russel seeking to find a life long relationship with a doctor to treat me as I get older. A few months ago what looks like a white head appeared on my chin. She told me it was a new mole and nothing to worry about. She then referred me to an outside surgeon for more skin work which I found odd, the new doctor she told me to see she said would charge me 375$ a mole to remove.I went and did a second opinion and that dr said it was a cyst. I went for a THIRD consultation with Dr. Roth at 280 Park ave, and he confirmed it was not just a cyst but 3 cysts on my chin. He was able to remove them this morning and provided me with an additional 3 different treatments I needed for other skin issues. He felt bad for my misdiagnosis and didn’t charge me to remove the cysts.I won’t recommend Russak go to Roth.

Dr. Doyle has been my dermatologist for years. Between injectables (botox for forehead lines and TMJ/grinding teeth), acne, random bald patches on the back of my head, and procedures to remove lipomas from my arm, I’ve only had great results. Very knowledgeable and communicates clearly. I’ve recommended at least 10 patients to Dr. Doyle and I’ve only gotten positive feedback. Highly recommended.

They have a really aesthetically pleasing office. Its beautiful, really. Today treated my daughter rosacea and they cleared it up. Im forever grateful.

I love Russak Dermatology! I started getting facials with Whitney before my wedding and I loved the results. Since, I see Whitney every three months for a hydrafacial. She really pays attention to the changes in my skin and works with me to treat the areas that need the most attention. If you want beautiful glowing skin this is a great place to start.

I saw Dr. Amanda Doyle at the end of July, and its one of my biggest regrets. It was over something minuscule, a broken blood vessel on my eyelid, which, in hindsight, I shouldve just left alone. I made the suggestion of putting protective goggles on and lifting the lid up when using the laser (after all, when doctors have used lasers on me, they always put the goggles on, even when not treating my face). She literally laughed it off and said she was just going to put gauze over my eyes. Immediately after using the laser, I felt intense pain in my eye. Hours later, when the pain had not subsided, I looked in the mirror and saw my pupil was deformed. I was then diagnosed with Iritis (inflammation of the iris which causes intense pain, redness, pupil deformity, amongst other things). Even though it was treated, unfortunately, I have scarring in my right eye. For the most part, my pupils will never look symmetrical again--and its permanent. My right pupil no longer constricts or dilates properly. I wanted to share this information because people go to this office in the hopes of improving their appearance--I went for a minute issue with my appearance and I have ended up with a permanent eye deformity. My pupils with never look the same. The doctors have told me the only way to address the issue is via surgery to remove the scar tissue, which may lead to cataracts. This is all over a stupid broken blood vessel. I cannot comprehend what was the harm in simply providing me with a pair of protective goggles when you were pointing a laser at my eye. Or just refuse the treatment. Something so simple which was disregarded, and now Im paying the price. Im now embarrassed to look people in the eye. Nice to know Ill be dealing with this issue for the rest of my life because of this doctor. Also, my eyes are light so its very noticeable. This whole matter had taken a toll on my self-esteem. These are my eyes, and I cant believe theyre never going to look the way they did because I went to this office.12/09/2020: Just an update, still treating the eye trying to eliminate the synechiae so my eye can look somewhat back to what it used to be. Probably wont happen though. Also, received an email from Yelp regarding the review I wrote. It seems someone complained about it (wonder who--maybe just a concerned Yelper passing by!!) and I was reminded I could be sued. Someone has a pair. The review stands because its the truth. BTW, noticed there were 17 google reviews before mine never mentioning this doctor but since my review only a few months ago, 6 people raving about her. Interesting.

I went to Russak based on other reviews, and my experience lived up to every review I read. There is no wait time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Iris & Dr. Russak are both phenomenal. They correctly diagnosed my condition and came up with a plan. Every step of the way, they made sure the plan was good with me. Absolutely amazing experience. I wish all doctor offices were like this!

The absolute best. She has helped me with so many things. I actually owe my health to Dr. Russack, and thats really saying something. She has an incredibly vast knowledge of up-to-the-minute Western techniques, studies and treatments, and is also well extremely well versed in nutrition and Eastern medicines. Only a hungry scientific mind, with genuine interest in human health, can be in full command of such a vast array of medical topics. The gift to the patient is in the way she deftly navigates it all to our immediate benefit - and you learn so much along the way. She is the essence of what a modern Dr. should be. I come all the way from Las Vegas. The staff is always accommodating to squeeze me since I often do not know my schedule. The staff is friendly and helpful. And Dr Russak is exceptionally caring and thorough. She treats my skin and suggests treatments that always make me look better. I personally see Iris Looi and have received services by their estheticians, Christina and Meridith. Everyone there is amazing - they are comprehensive in that they take their time with you, acknowledge your medical history, lifestyle, and preferences in order to make a plan thats best for you.
