I have had many great experiences with Flatiron Dermatology. Their office is conveniently located and very clean. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. But best of all -the medical professionals in this office are top notch! Physician Assistant Solarino has a wonderful bedside manner and immediately put me at ease. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this office!

I had a lipoma removed for the first time. My experience was very pleasant, and the people at Flatiron Dermatology were super friendly and professional. Subsequently I did an annual skin check for cancer after, and because I had such a good experiences, I decided to do IPL for my face. Ask for Nick, he’s the best!

I have gone to so many different dermatologist in the city in hopes of removing a keloid scar without surgery but to no avail.I am so happy that I was referred to Cody! In just a matter of a few months I have seen a drastic difference with my keloid. The team is extremely sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend that you check them out.

I was nervous to get Botox for the first time but the PA, Cody, was amazing. He listened to my concerns and he came up with a plan I was comfortable with. He was personable and knowledgeable. I love how my Botox turned out, I will definitely be going back. I would fully recommend Cody and this practice.

Having to pay $70 twice just to have a discussion about my lipoma issue is really disappointing when they could’ve done something about it by removing it and all they told me was to leave it alone and transfer me to a plastic surgeon instead. Poor service and unable to do anything about it.

I love this office, front desk girls are amazing so helpful answered all my questions. When I made the appointment it was so easy. When I came in I was greeted and was seen within a few minutes. I highly recommend this office. The doctor super nice and the PAs are angels and to the point. My favorite dermatologist office I ever been to!!!!!!

I was recommended to Flatiron Derm from a few friends of mine. I had been disappointed by other similar offices charging exorbitant consultation fees (that didnt even go towards you procedure) before finding them. The reception staff was super responsive and booking was a breeze.I ended up getting a consultation with Cody, who was super warm and genuinely seemed interested in helping me with my skin concerns!After my initial consultation Cody formed a really well thought out plan to get my skin where I wanted it to be. I continued going back to him for several months as he monitored the aesthetic progress of my skin.Ultimately I decided to try my first Botox with him and I thought he did a really excellent job. I had literally no bruising whatsoever and it ended up being a lot less than where i had been quoted at similar dermatology offices - so my wallet loved that.My experience at Flatiron Dermatology has been nothing but lovely especially with Cody, and my skin has never looked better. I am smiling but because of my botox I have no visible smile lines.

I came here to see doctor Nicholas Solarino and he is among one of the best doctors I have seen! Very professional and attentative, patient and explain things wells. His treatment is effective and I see the difference. Im amazed by how well he is good at what he is doing!The office is clean and organized. Overall highly recommended!

Dr. Vine is the best! Ive have been seeing her for almost four years. Incredibly intelligent and attentive. She found issues with my blood work that my PC didnt even tell me about! Not only is Dr. Vine an amazing doctor, she is also a wonderful person. Highly recommend.

The good: Dr. Vine is the best, result driven and effective, cordial and genuine, all around a very pleasant person to be around. I would give her 5 star.The bad: Not only is the front desk crew useless, there is zero ownership of fault. I had an appointment at 530, at 550 I was sent to the wrong room to be seen by a PA as opposed to the Dr. I waited weeks to see. Only at 620 was I sent to see Dr. Vine. The front desk did not own this fault and kept saying its someone elses fault. There is no one else. Zero star for front desk.

My last visit was extremely weird. My first encounter with Dr. Ceballos was pleasant which made me request specifically to see her again. She acted very irritable on my second encounter, got angry every time I asked a genuine question, I had a late appointment so I felt she was tired.She queried follicular degeneration and said I would need some corticosteroid injection on my scalp. I trusted her judgement and expertise and said ok. But I needed to know the risk associated especially after being prompted to sign a form which I did.She became clearly furious when I asked for the risk of the procedure. She retorted “what risk?. To which I responded, “Kenalog is a medication so I just want to to know if there are precautionary measures I should take. Also, considering the fact that I had reacted badly to the topical corticosteroid cream “Sernivo Bethamethasone Dipriopionate spray 0.05%” which she prescribed in recent past.Dr. Ceballos then said “I can’t do this procedure anymore, I don’t like doing procedures when patient have concerns” (understandably so).Shortly after, she walked towards the door and said “let me find someone to get the name of the dermatologist at NYU” (she had mentioned sending me to a specialist at NYU earlier). Her assistant also left the room immediately, the procedure kit and medication which had been drawn alongside my chart were lying on the desk. And since nobody said bye or anything about my current or future appointment, I thought they were coming back. I was left on the examination bed for well over 15 minutes until I decided to step out to find out what was going on. Then I realized I had been left in the room and totally forgotten. I saw her in the hallway and asked what was happening, she followed me to the front desk to get a referral to a private Dermatologist in NYU who charges $1300 for consultation.I got this demeaning and unfair treatment just because I asked for the risk of the procedure that was meant to carried out on me. The service wasn’t remotely free and even if it was, everybody deserves a fair treatment.I gave the 2 stars because of my initial encounter and personable front desk staff. Other than that, my rating would be zero!

I was seen for the first time by Physician Assistant Nicholas Solarino & I have to say that he was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! He was attentive, gave me reassurance, very informative, suggested & offered medications that will help to begin my healing process & eased my concerns. I thought I was going t be seen by Dr Vine as she was highly recommended by a patient of hers but I am so pleased to have been treated by Nicholas. This office is so clean & the girls at reception were very pleasant. Im looking forward to my continued treatment! 5 stars for sure!!

Dr. Vine seems good, but really long waits - 50 mins past my appointment time today. Not even an apology from her. We all value our time, but theirs is more valuable as they charge you $30 if you dont cancel an appointment 24h in advance. Not coming back.

Whatever the merits of the doctors the office is disorganized and chaotic.

Hyperhidrosis miracle doc! Dr. Vine has helped change my life. I have horrible hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) on my palms. Its can get very aggressive to the point where my hands look like they have been dipped in water. It has altered more things in my life than I could list here. I have tried countless treatments, therapies, and medications over the past two decades to treat my condition, with nothing have lasting or impactful results. I even explored surgery, but the high risk of compensatory sweating (not to mention the invasive surgery, costs, and no guarantee of long term results) made me decide that surgery wasnt for me. I heard Botox could help treat my condition and figured I would give it a last ditch effort. It can be very hard to find a dermatologist who is skilled in doing Botox for this condition on palms. But I found Dr. Vine! She evaluated my condition, and decided we should try Botox. The front desk was immensely helpful; they were experienced in what was needed to process with insurance to get approval for treatment, and did all the back and forth with the insurance company for me. Pro tip: if you can I recommend writing down all the things youve tried to treat your condition, how it impacts your life, and severity (I even took pictures) before your appointment so that they have all the information they need to push it through with insurance. Anyway, Ive been receiving injections since November and have seen drastic improvement. My palms have been nearly 100% dry all through winter and spring. At WORST my hands might be mildly moist, but not to where it stops me from doing anything or embarrassed to shake hands. Youll hear that the procedure hurts, but if you are bothered by your condition at all, its worth the discomfort for 10 minutes every several months. Dr. Vine does a great job, doing the procedure with care, precision, and expediency. Bonus: shes also super friendly. Some of the reviews are correct that occasionally Ive had to wait awhile to be seen, but that can be expected at most any doctors office (especially the good ones) so I dont find it as a reason to complain. Wait times have never felt out of the ordinary to me, and I find Dr. Vine to be well worth the wait whenever I have to! Plus the front desk staff plays good music :) Thank you Dr. Vine and Flatiron Dermatology!
