Extremely unprofessional and rude encounter with this office. I scheduled a 10:50am appointment for 9/7/21 and arrived at 10:30am to ensure I had enough time to complete any required paperwork as it was to be my first visit with this doctor. 10:50 comes and goes so at 11am I ask the receptionist for an update on when the doc would be ready for me. She let me know he was still with another patient and it would be just a few more minutes. At 11:15am I asked again for a status update. This time I was told that not only was he still with the same patient, there was another patient in front of me. When I let her know my appointment was originally supposed to be for 10:50am, she for the first time mentions it was actually for 11:15am. When I proceeded to show her the multiple text reminders I had received from her office stating 10:50am, she just looked at me and shrugged. Needless to say I will not be visiting this office again and can only assume his 3.8 rating is due to his lackluster front office staff.

Doctor Wee at the Broadway location is awesome! She always makes great suggestions regarding health and beauty and NOBODY else in the city compares in my opinion. I once made the mistake of trying another doctor and hated the results… never again! I also have two former coworkers that go to her for filler and botox and they look very natural. Just book in advance because her schedule tends to fill up fast.

Never have I ever dealt with something like this before. Been trying to refill a prescription for 2 weeks, all they respond is it’s in the works. Then, they don’t even have my birthday right in the system. To top it off i asked to be transferred directly to my specific doctors office and they told me that “they don’t take call.” What??

Had the absolute best experience. Dr. Sue Ann Wee is professional, compassion, and patient. The nurse, and front desk manager were respectful and efficient. Truly recommend them

This is a solid, caring group. My dermatologist, Dr Jane Schneider is terrific. I need to be checked out twice a year usually, so it is important for me to feel there is someone positive and professional there to take care of me.

I’ve always been seen by the physician assistant and never the actually physician I scheduled to seem. Additionally, I was once 12 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment for me. The staff seemed like they were just too lazy to care. Lastly, the physician assistant I did see was very average, nothing special but nothing horrific. Due to the staff’s apathy, I will not be returning.

When I first called the office to confirm my appointment the receptionist was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with me. She needed some information regarding my health insurance and I did not know where to find it. Instead of getting frustrated, she took the time to walk me through the process to find this information and answered all the questions I had. Once in the office everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The check-in process was quick and easy and I did not have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. I Ended up getting a biopsy which I was completely terrified about but the doctors were super patient and gentle. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end all thanks to the great staff at Schweiger Dermatology.

Best service from every angle, staff was more than helpful and friendly all the time, we are on Covid times and the amount of work that they handle staying cool and friendly is more than enough for me, keep the hard work folks.Now my experience with the nurse and doctor was the same, they know their work and that gives me such a confidence.The time that I stayed for my treatment was good enough and I had all my questions answered.

I was surprised and relieved by the level of care I received here. Another different doctor had told me it would cost over $2,000 for a procedure, but when Dr. Heller told me that all I had to pay was the co-pay, I was blown away. He saved me so much money. And this is with the same insurance! To add to that, he actually listened to my questions and answered them clearly. The nurse, Melissa N., was also very sweet, informative and caring. I walked into here feeling nervous and walked out feeling relief. Its a hard feeling to describe and I am grateful for it. I am happy to recommend Dr. Heller and Melissa to anybody who needs care.

I have been a patient here before it became Schweiger as my doctor is Dr Heller. I am one of those blue-eyed blonds who burns when I think about the sun and ignored that fact when I was younger and am now paying the price. Dr. Heller is excellent. He has monitored and, consequently, protected me fover over 10 years. Takes no chances. The office runs pretty much on time which I really appreciate and the staff is great. Never had a problem with insurance because the back-staff knows what they are doing and I certainly cannot say that for other medical offices I have visited.All around very pleased. AND, oh yes, I dont live in NYC anymore, but I travel a considerable distance to see Dr. Heller, a real pain, but worth it. That says a lot.

I LOVE this clinic. The front desk staff is great. I always enjoy visiting with them before and after my appointments. I have had terrible cystic acne my entire life and Dr. Heller is the first dermatologist I have been to who has ever gotten my skin completely acne free. He is a miracle worker. Sometimes there can be a long wait before your appointment but thats because the clinic is pretty busy. They see hundreds of patients a day. 100% worth the wait.

I received great service! Was helped by the receptionist as soon as i arrived. Dr. Heller and his MA Olivia were amazing and thorough in helping me with what i was feeling. I felt cared for and like we would find a solution no matter what. Such a great dermatology experience.

GREAT Experience!I was in and out in 10 minutes. Tracy was helpful, made me feel comfortable and was very professional.The office is beautiful and everyone at the desk was personable and polite.I made my appointment through my Oscar insurance app and it didnt transfer to their reservation system, but they were able to get me in anyways with just a few minutes wait.Will be back in a year for another check up!

I had my first microneedeling treatment yesterday with Dr. Sue Ann Wee. Dr. Wee is incredibly personable and professional. She gave me confidence this treatment would help rejuvenate my skin and help minimize scars. I’m squeamish, but she was patient and understanding. She took her time to make me feel comfortable and handled my face with a gentle touch. I feel like, just a day later, I already appreciate positive results! I Will definitely go back for a few more sessions and highly recommend her to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with this group. I got an biopsy to diagnose a basal cell carcinoma in my scalp. This was done very efficiently and competently by a PA. I was then scheduled for scalp surgery with the very excellent Dr. Nabatian, whom I highly recommend. From now on this group and especially Dr. Nabatian is my choice for any additional care. Hopefully, it will never again be needed, but I unreservedly recommend this practice to anyone who needs skin care.

Very personable and professional front desk. As a new patient, I was able to sign in very quickly and see the doctor with under 10 minute wait time. I didnt see the doctor, I only saw the PA, but she was awesome and had a good bedside manner. I recommend this office.

This was my first time here and my experience was great. My appointment was with Dr. Jane Schneider. She was so kind and wasnt bothered at all by my questions or comments, like so many doctors are these days. The staff was quick and nice with everything too.

Highly recommend Schweiger Dermatology. I have seen PA Santhouse 3 times & and have felt very comfortable and informed every time. She friendly, smiley & chatty - love that. Very good dermatologist, I break out and she accommodates and fits me in for an appointment. I love getting extractions I have managed to keep my skin clear and acne free. Staffs nice and the office is modern. Especially like how quickly I can get in for appointments there! Much longer wait times at other offices.

Dr. Kriegel is the best dermatologist I know. Ive been going to him for annual skin checkups for years and recently had a couple of mohs procedures done by him. Not only is he a true expert in his field, his bedside manners are impeccable. He is extremely knowledgeable and he has a calming and patient demeanor. He was very gentle and understanding of my fears and reservations, and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend him

I was told one time by a PA in the office that I should take an annual exam there and its for free under by insurance anyway. After making sure that I do have a free annual skin exam under my insurance, I made an annual skin screen appointment on Zocdoc.Finally I got a bill saying that I have a outpatient 15 minutes visit to pay. The receptionist also told me that we are dermatology group and there is no free annual skin exam here, when I called them to ask about this bill. They always bill to my deductible, not to annual skin exam. What??? Then who should take responsibility for what that PA told me then??The doctor also diagnosed wrongly about my condition. It should be neurodermatitis, not a scar as the doctor said. I took a injection as the doctor advised but nothing went any better. I have to pay for that useless injection too.I paid the balance in my account anyway. But I will definitely not go there again.

I needed a skin cancer check and called Schweiger. I was fortunate enough to get booked with Dr. Heller. One visit and I was convinced that Dr. Heller would be my dermatologist forever.He was very, very detailed in his examination, explaining all as he proceeded. He provided the prescriptions and instructions for care that I needed and I left Dr. Heller feeling a great sense of relief that I had received such compassionate and complete care. I have been going to Susan Hirsch for 3 years now and have seen aboslutely amazing results!! She is hands down the most caring, friendly, skilled, professional and knowledgable dermatologist out there! I wont see anyone else but her. I highly recommend Susan Hirsch to anyone looking for a top notch dermatologist.

This place is horrible. Which is unfortunate as Dr. Heller is a great doctor. The support staff, nurses, internal processes, etc. ruin it all. Additionally, Schweiger uses a central call center to handle any post appointment calls or needs. The entire model results in bad patient care. The call center staff cant help in any way but only take a message and pass it along to the office. This creates miscommunication and a overall bad experience where you are forced to repeat yourself multiple times. All of this and you will be forced to wait long past your appointment time - most recently mine was close to 90 minutes. A lot of great practices in NYC and this group is not one of them. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

I never write reviews but this terrible experience has earned one. The dermatologist who saw me was rude and inappropriate. I would not suggest this place to anyone dealing with severe lifelong acne, such as myself, or anyone else.

I have gone to dermatologist Dr. Stephen Seibt for years, and I am pleased to say that he embodies all the qualities of what one wants in a physician: friendly, highly knowledgeable, caring, and is a great communicator. You couldnt find a better dermatologist.

Usually I receive better service in this clinic, however, my last two encounter with the front desk has been horrific and unprofessionally. I complained to general manager Ismail, I will check up on this matter again the following week because the woman I spoke today deserves to be addressed for her insensitive and unprofessional public conduct while interacting with patients.From the moment I walked in, the white woman ( with artificially blonde hair), was ready to gossip about me to the other staff. While I explained my situation to other front desk lady, the white woman is busy speaking to medical assistant saying that I am continuously arriving late and that I have had many no shows. She is doing this all while still engaging with another patient. I pay no mind to her, as the other front lady politely greets me and asks me if I can come in another time for TODAY, since I am too late for the appointment I originally scheduled. After she schedules me, she tells me I can sit down, for which I do.Meanwhile, as I am sitting I can hear the white woman NOW telling the lady about me again. All though she tries to whispering it, it is all audible. Not only can I hear this, so can other patients. The white woman tells the other representative that I cannot be seen today and that i should not have been granted another time for today. She continues badmouthing me, saying that I am always late, blah, blah, and how i got an outstanding fee, and how she will talk to me about how i cannot be seen by a doc today.I am sitting there listening, while patiently waiting to be seen hoping that this rude white girl doesnt dishonor the new time slot I was giving. Sure enough, this white girl calls me and tells me I cannot be seen cuz the doc is over booked... I knew she was capping. So i told this girl, okay fine. Ya made me wait but now ya want to dishonor me. Its okay, but I tell this girl she needs to stop talking behind my back and that she needs to be more professional. All she tells me is ok. No apologies, no sympathy, no type of regret. I was astounded.Schweigher needs now needs to address this staff member. There is no reason any patient should treated in manner that I was today. The treatment I received today is simply degrading, unprofessional and insensitive. Not only was my privacy breached (since the front desk representative made no regards to keep my information from being heard by other patients) but I was disregarded as a human being as a whole. I have ears and feelings as well. If a staff members wants to let other staff know about me as patient, please do so in a discreet manner, especially if it is something unpleasant.Again, this is not my first time having to encounter this with Schweiger front desk. Whatever the situation maybe this incident needs to be addressed.It is because of front desk people like this that tarnishes the reputation of the company as a whole. However, my past dermatology visits in this clinic have been awesome, they just need to hire more professional and caring staff that can meet the par of their medical team.

I have the highest regard for many years for Doctors Kriegel and Heller. Dr. Kreigel is an exceptional Mohs surgeon and Dr. Heller is pin-point accurate in his diagnosis. I am currently under the care of Dr. Sue Ann Wee who is caring, competent, and extremely thorough. Dr Wee is detailed in her diagnosis and prescription. Dr. Nabatian recently performed two Mohs surgeries on me and I am very pleased with his skillfulness and patient care.The Medical Assistants are professional and quickly make you comfortable. The reception staff is courteous and are quick to acknowledge you when you are checking-in.The area of improvement is the wait time to see your Doctor which I think is caused by overbooking. I am fortunate to book appointments very early morning and first appointments of the day. However, if I deviate from this schedule, the wait time can be excessively frustrating. WD

OMG Avoid this place at all costs the worst ever I had to wait over an hour of my appointment I said I had a cold and the doctor came in with a mask like I had the bird flu like I was some kind of degenerate with a disease do yourself a favor go somewhere else. never got an apology for the Dr. she came in didnt even HELLO or SORRY just gave me her diagnosis and left! NEVER GO BACK
