Dr. Michelle Park is an amazing dermatologist. She covers all bases medically, listens intently to your concerns and spends time discussing her diagnosis and recommendations with you so that you fully understand and feel comfortable with the course of treatment prescribed. Great results and improvement for my skin so far. Also her staff is very welcoming, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

I have seen Dr. Jaber for a multitude of skin conditions over the last 4 years. He always gives me as much time as I need to ask any questions/answer any questions thoroughly and honestly. He doesn’t rush in and out of the office like other doctors do. Lastly, Dr. Jaber wants the best outcome for his patients and will recommend other places for services that are cheaper and/or more specialized elsewhere even if he can perform them. This shows that he isn’t guided by the money.

Dr. Jaber seemed caring and gave me a diagnosis about my skin problem. He offered me a cream sample that it supposed to help my redness. I trusted him and started using. Normally whatever i will use or take, i would’ve googled it before but i did a huge mistake and just started using it. After second time of use, very next morning, i woke up with horrible face burning. When looked at the mirror, i saw i developed tons of tiny whiteheads on my chin and my face is redder than ever.So i googled it, WHAT A MISTAKE! The cream has the worst reputation, everybody has almost same complaints. I am sure Dr. Jaber prescribed this cream millions of times and i am sure he got same complaints so why he still keep prescribed this cream? I did not even see one good comment about that. Personally, even for the small shopping, before i buy, i read comments about the product and decide after that. I can’t believe that kind of product can prescribed by any doctor.Has been 3 days, my skin looks horrible and i am still awake at 4 am because of burning of my face.I have a good insurance, i did not pay much for appointment. The issue is not money here. For example i am told after use cream, if i see progress, the cream will be prescribed. But when i was on my way back home, i got an message from pharmacy that asking me permission for some insurance authorization. My insurance cover the cream (cream is about $600) but i wanted see progress first. Unfortunately all i see is nights with no sleep and regret. I wouldn’t fool with all 5 stars here. Whatever prescribed or any kind of operation you will have, GOOGLE IT FIRST.So disappointed.

Very disappointed in the lack of knowledge the dermatologist had about Afro-textured hair. She called my locks “braids” and told me they were the cause of my scalp itching and hair thinning, then proceeded to diagnose me without taking my blood to do any other labs. I did alot of research and discovered my scalp had been inflamed, and I switched up my diet and used oil of oregano drops. Itching and thinning stopped almost immediately. But I would’ve loved to have been thoroughly, professionally examined, and this practice could afford to do research as well. On the upside the place was clean and the ladies at the desk were very nice.

Great experience all around!The office staff is friendly and accommodating and made checking in as a new patient fast and efficient. The doctors assistant was very sweet and courteous. Last but not least Dr. Park was attentive, took her time in examining me and listening to my medical history. She gave me a thorough skin screening and pointed out a small bump that had formed on top of a scar. She suggested a biopsy, but was quick to ease my mind, in saying it was just as a precaution.I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care.I highly recommend Washington Square Dermatology and will make Dr. Park my go to dermatologist from now on.

I remember coming to her for my acne and now I don’t even have it anymore. At times I set appointments just to see her and get a refill on my medicine. She’s amazing. Recently went to her for something I thought was a mole and she educated me on what it really was which was a wart. We went non aggressive ways to remove and then we finally got rid of it on my 3rd visit. When I tell you she’s amazing. She’s so informative and very educated on what she does. Let me just start off by saying, I have been to a ton of dermatologist and never have I been able to achieve the results that I have now. Ive had acne from a really young age and I have tried so many different medications. I decided to give Washington Square Dermatology a try which turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Dr. Jaber is so awesome and really takes the time to speak with you and values your opinion. Hes such a sweet person and so are all of his associates. He put me on a specific skin regimen and instantly within 1 month my skin started seeing major changes. 10/10 would recommend if you have problematic acne.

Today was my first time here and I really loved it! people who work here are very friendly and polite, Dr. Susanna Franks is awesome she explained everything that I needed to know about my acne, she asked me some question about it and I loved it. I went to another doctor before and he never asked me anything he just gave me a prescription and that was all! I think you have to know and understand how your acne is, before take any medication.

Im glad to have chosen this place. Friendly, and very succinct. They handled my concerns efficiently. I was even running a little late and they accommodated. The staff from the doctor, assistants, and the reception were kind and warm. They gave me great advice and are very competent. My doctor Michelle Park did an astounding job. I was a little embarrassed at first but she eased my worries by being welcoming. I feel much better in my fight towards healthier skin.

I came here more than a year ago and I just can never forget the experience that happened to me, and realized that if people are nice to you it doesn’t mean you can’t leave an honest negative review since it was a negative experience for me.I saw Dr Susanna and she was super sweet, however, I told her that my skincare routine costs me $300 every 3 months and that it consisted of 5 products, and she was like wow that is so expensive. I’m like yes I know but it’s been working so well for me etc so she said to keep at it.She then recommended I added 2 products to my routine and I was like sure.I have insurance so I only paid the copay for those 2 products.A month later when my insurance sent me the details, I learned that 1 of the products (which didn’t even work by the way) costed my insurance company $650 while the other one around $250 (!!!).Honestly the cost of those products isn’t the problem. The problem was that she told me my 5 products being $300 were expensive and then goes ahead and prescribes me 2 products for around $900 (which don’t even work but that’s not even the issue here).When I brought it up to her (I didn’t say the part where she said my routine was expensive etc, just how I’m shocked by the price of what she prescribed me), she’s like “I know isnt that crazy! In Europe it’s cheaper!” Wait what? That’s not the point here.Yes she’s sweet. I’m sure she’s a great doctor. But it is super important to be transparent with your clients otherwise you will really lose most of them, no matter how great you are. And they definitely lost me.To make it clear why I’m unhappy about this experience: she said my skincare routine was super expensive, and then gives me something 3 times the price (which I didn’t need or ask for since I was happy with my routine). It doesn’t matter that the insurance company paid and not me, what matters is the dishonesty.

I always get the time and attention I need. The doctor always answers my questions. He is thorough.

I am not a person, who relishes a doctors visit, but my experience at the Washington Square Dermatology was absolutely pleasant from start to finish.The receptionist was friendly, helpful and made my first visit to the office (fill out all the paperwork, insurance, payment) as easy and bearable as possible. I had a late afternoon appointment and expected a waiting period, but to my surprise there was none.I was led to the exam room and a physicians aid or nurse took all my information regarding my reason for the visit. Like the receptionist, she was efficient, friendly and welcoming.And last but not least Dr. Park, one of the doctors in New York City, who took time to examine me, ask pertinent questions and discuss my treatment in detail without ever rushing me out the door.She is a true professional, who seems to care about her patients, in a skillful, attentive and warm manner.I left, with a thorough examination and a detailed treatment plan ( which was even written down for me).I can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend Washington Square Dermatology.

The front office is very poorly run. Communication is lacking and they never go above minimum. Sent my RX to a “specialty” pharmacy I’ve never heard of without consulting me about my preferred pharmacy.

I struggled with acne and scaring that no matter what remedies and treatments other doctors recommended it never got better. After coming to Washington dermatology Dr.Park has been perfect.
