Dr Jeon and her staff were attentive, providing detailed explanation of every question I had . I went in to remove some sun spots and Dr Jeon managed to spot tiny BCC spot on my temple via a biopsy she suggested. I really want to thank her for her.

I dont know how to say this without sounding dramatic but I truly believe Dr. Khalil saved my life. This summer I have had the worst of the worse type of bites. Every doctor Ive seen (ER, Clinic, etc.) brushed me off and said these were bed bugs. To add this all up, I went hiking in Bear Mnt. not too long ago and got bit by a tick. I looked up tick bites but didnt think much of it since my body was so consumed with different type of bites. Dr. Khalil recommended to get my blood work done and yup, positive for Lyme. Im just so glad we caught it early. He even went ABOVE and beyond to see the blood test results himself and talked about my cholesterol. Even after treating my Lyme, bites still persisted so Dr. K recommended a biopsy which was painless. It all went away with time however, I am just so grateful for a doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients. I cant recommend him enough. Dont hesitate on booking with Dr. K!

Dont let the convenient scheduling or modest location fool you. Dr. Chien is a current(!) Harvard researcher who is constantly working to bring the latest *proven* treatments to his patients.Ive been a patient of his since long before he opened this practice. He is a genuinely kind person with stellar bedside manner, and a gift for explaining complex medical issues or cutting-edge treatments in simple terms that anyone can understand.If that sounds different from what youre used to from a doctor, give Lumos a try. You wont regret it.

In short, inadequate doctor with horrible front desk people. I saw Dr. Chein.Doctor: ask me to start spironolactone for acne. Been on it for 4 month with no improvement. When I saw him again at 3rd month, without taking a look at my acne or asking anything question, he told me to double the doses for everything he prescribed (pill & cream).Well guess what, it still didn’t work and give me a very fragile stomach that landed me in ER a few weeks ago.Also, I never spend more than 5 mins with him in the office.Front desk: never answer the phone the listed on the website. When I ask for their direct number, the lady at the front desk gave me a attitude that’s shouting “wow you are too much trouble”.Billing: the billing they sent me and the billing statement on their website are not the same. I called the billing department, and it turned out they outsource the billing. Always machine, no answer.I would love to support a fellow Asian doctor’s business, but man you disappointed me.

Worst experience ever! I went in for my 2nd appointment and they ran out of the nitrogen gas for removing a wart. They told me to come back when I am in the area which I never am. I finally came back and have been billed TWICE for the same service.I have tried to get this fixed for months to no avail. Their billing company has contacted them multiple times - no response. I have contacted them multiple times - no response. This was a HUGE inconvenience!

Saw Dr. Chien in February. He took a small sample and sent it to a lab for testing. Got a large, unexpected bill from the lab via their third party billing agency. None of Lumos, the lab or the billing agency can explain it - they all try to direct me to each other. Very annoyed to have to deal with this.

Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable. Great staff.

Office is in a very non-descript place, so I had my doubts. I didnt meet with Dr. Chien, met with the PA- Cindy. Very knowledgeable and explains everything. They do not rush you like other derm places. Gave me an ointment that solves my problem and they also gave me a coupon to use towards my prescription in case my plan didnt cover it. Highly recommended!

I initially visited this Derm office for a consultation in relation to a deal on Groupon for Fraxel Laser, after trekking from BK the Dermatologist tells me they dont actually have Fraxel laser but some other type of laser. The dermatologist seemed nice, the office itself is nice and clean but as per my experience and knowledge they dont really offer Fraxel laser services which is why Im giving two stars only.
