I was seen promptly by a courteous, friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Ginsberg explained what he was doing during the examination and detailed what the next steps would be. I never felt rushed and had time to ask all my questions.

Dr. Ginsberg is incredible! I see him once a year for a skin check and now have started regular visits for fillers. His friendly staff make the visit east and comfortable and my appointments are always in time- very little waiting. I am super happy with the results and pleasantly surprised with how little pain or swelling there is after each procedure. I highly recommend this team for any dermatology concern or otherwise.

I have seen both Dr Ginsberg and Dr Eidelman, and both are absolutely top notch.My recurring appointments for general dermatology are with Dr Ginsberg, and he is seriously awesome. He spends the right amount of time with you, explains everything clearly, and ensures that any questions you have are answered. He also always gives multiple options and provides pros/cons of anything he suggests do that you can make informed decisions about your care.I know many dermatology clinics in the city push branded products and expensive skincare regimens on patients, and this has NEVER happened at Chelsea skin and laser. I have seen them for general dermatology and also for cosmetic procedures, and regardless of why I’m there, they’ve never tried to “sell” me anything. Love them!!

Chelsea Skin & Laser is a clean and friendly place with competent staff.. I wouldn’t look any further than this place. The procedure was pretty gross too. I had to remove a cyst frommy head but the two doctors I saw were cool about it. I even got to hold the weird sac thing that popped out.. Check that off the ol’ bucket list! No seriously, these guys are good and very down to earth which is hard to find in Chelsea nowadays. The scar is barely noticeable and nothing was painful about the procedure or afterwards.

You walk through the door into a fragrant, zen-like hallway, straight to the check-in desk where a gracious, professional staff warmly greets you and escorts you to a private room. There, a skilled nurse aide documents your entire medical history, asks you questions about what you’d like done, and sets everything in place for your meeting with Dr. Eidelman. He is a consummate professional who doesn’t treat you like a 5 year-old, explains the available procedures and what to expect. He is friendly but thoroughly professional, and is an encyclopedia of knowledge about every injectable available. Treatments are caring and as gentle as possible, and you are told what to expect and how to follow up in great detail. This is the place you want to go to. Complete honesty and transparency, no sales pitches...GO, and get beautiful.

I am so offended and disappointed at this place. I went for milia removal. I told the doctor I fear needles to give me one minute to mentally prepare and to advise when he would approach the needle so that I remain still. He responded sarcastically “I’m ready NOW” while I was getting my head comfortable in the pillow. And added “I don’t have a minute, I have other patients plus it looks like your fear for needles is stronger than your desire to remove the milia” I was floored!!!!! At that point I no longer feared the needle but feared him!!! How does a doctor share he does not have a minute to spare while working in someone’s face? Does this mean he was going to rush through the incisions? That truly scared me. I shared my disappointment with him and expressed that if he cannot make a patient comfortable while he is working on their face it is concerning. I lost the $250 and I rather do so than put my face in the hands of someone who has no empathy . He did apologize and at the moment I left it as that because it wasn’t worth it but it truly saddens me that someone would treat their patient that way. I am sure he will read this and all I have to say is that I thought of it 100 times before posting this. I have never rated in my life but I feel that if it is left unsaid there is no lesson to be learned. I do have to say that he is blessed with a very nice staff. His assistant is warm and so his resectionists. I also agree in the cleaning ness of the facility.

I’ve been coming to this practice for 10-15 years before it was super fancy. Have always experienced top notch service that has kept me healthy. As healthcare has become increasingly transactional, this practice has kept patient health and humanity front and center. I saw my regular doctor on the same day for my annual physical right before my dermatology appointment (who I have been seeing longer than this practice) and the difference could not be more stark. My regular doctor’s practice service has gotten worse and more hostile, and this dermatology practice has become more and more empathetic. It’s wonderful to see a medical practice remaining so committed to patient health along all dimensions.

Dr. Eidelman is terrific dermatologist. His office runs like a fine watch. He and his staff has a great bedside manner. To top it all off the office is immaculate both before Covid and during Covid.

Chelsea Skin & Laser is hands down one of the best doctors offices I’ve ever been too. The front desk staff have always been extremely warm and welcoming, the assisting staff have always been super helpful and friendly, and Dr. Ginsberg is AMAZING! He has made me feel extremely comfortable and talks through what he is doing so you’re not caught off guard. It can be nerve racking getting spots checked on your skin and he reassures me and always makes sure my questions are answered. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for a dermatologist!
