Been going to Dr Henry for some time now. She is absolutely wonderful. She listens to your concerns and is thoughtful in her answers. With that in mind, she gives you her best guidance. Her office is very clean and has modern appeal. All her equipment is state of the art. She and her staff are extremely attentive, kind and caring in their service. Dr Henry is my gem of a dermatologist.

I have been going to Dr. Henry for over five years and I think that she is a wonderful and caring dermatologist. For annual screenings, she goes over her patients with painstaking attention to detail that engenders confidence that nothing is being missed. Whether the issues are medical or cosmetic, Dr. Henry accepts a patients concerns as though they are her own. If its important to the patient, its important to her. Dr. Henry is very well spoken and provides quick and effective responses to questions replete with fullsome explanations. As for treating patients, I have been impressed with her steady hands which always seem to hit the mark when operating.If there is one area with which I could quibble, I would like to see shorter office waiting times between arrival and treatment. However, she treats patients so thoroughly and well that it is worth the time. I suspect that once patients are treated by Dr. Henry they rarely switch dermatologists. I know Im not going to do so! I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Henry.

I sing Michelle’s praises whenever the topic of skincare comes up. Besides the fact that she’s best in class, she has one of the BEST bedside manners I’ve experience in a healthcare setting. 20/10 highly recommend.

Dr Henry’s work was SUPERB!! But… there were issues. I had a 45 minute wait before I went to the back & had to wait an additional 20 mins before seeing ANY staff. There was no real patient education , staff had to be reminded of another procedure we had to do and the prescription fulfillment was bungled. My follow up was more of the same. I believe the office is incredibly busy so patient experience has taken a hit. But the doctor was extremely pleasant & her work … well, I’d see her again despite all the annoyances. She’s THAT good.

I had an issue with my insurance needing a referral in order to see her and her front staff were extremely patient and helpful with me. Although my visit was delayed 1.5hr, Dr. Henry still saw me and I wasn’t made to reschedule. Dr. Henry is terrific. So knowledgeable but also very caring and is willing to spend time to explain procedures that might be helpful, but it’s not a big sell. She only suggests things that she thinks will be right or helpful for *you*. I was dealing with hair loss and was quite traumatized but her manner and expertise was so reassuring. Things are getting better now, plus she is advising me on other cosmetic issues as well. But there is absolutely no pressure. And the office is lovely.

She is HORRIBLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER!!! I had silicone injected in to my lips unfortunately & I was trying to find a doctor who can help remove them. Michelle assured me she could. She didn’t know what she was doing as you can see in the photo, she cut off HALF of my lip & then tried referring me to several doctors after the fact because she knows she messed up and she didn’t want to get in trouble to she figured let another doctor deal with it. She’s very argumentative & rude! I don’t recommend this lady!

This was my second time seeing Dr. Henry, but the first time seeing her at this new location. The office was beautiful, clean and comfortable. All Covid-19 precautions were observed. Even though I arrived an hour early (as I was traveling from out of town) the staff was accommodating and friendly (especially my nurse!). The intake forms were entered digitally on an ipad, and took about 6-7 minutes to fill out. The wait to meet with Dr. Henry within my scheduled appointment time was within 5 minutes. I appreciate her being attentive to my concerns and thoroughly explaining the process of the procedure I wanted done. I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Henry for any of your dermatological/cosmetic needs (especially for women of color, such as myself). My only wish is that she would open a location in CT!
