Doctors Charles was very attentive I wish I could say the same about his team; this is the most unprofessional team I’ve ever encountered myself with. First of all I seen doctor charles over 2 months ago and still haven yet to get my prescription because his assistant is so busy to give me a call to discuss about were to send the prescription + the guy who answers the phone (if they ever do) it’s very rude. 2nd I had an appointment witch they have canceled and didn’t have the decency of giving me a call to reschedule instead they sent me and email ( so unprofessional) been wanting over a week for a call back. I will suggest you take your business somewhere else and save yourself some trouble it is just not worth it. If Just icould give this place 0 stars !

I have been to this office in the past and WILL NEVER RETURN. There were no patients upon arrival and I was placed in a room that was not illuminated, awaiting this doctor for exactly 45 minutes. It appeared that he had been on lunch while both he and staff wasted my time. I was very confused and agitated by this appointment. He then entered the room without any type of class, as he did not state his reason for having me wait or even extended an apology. He proceeded to communicate, turning on his lights etc. During the examination process, I had to let him know this was not acceptable however, he stated to me: “I’m here to help you, I’m not the bad guy or the one who did this on your face, calm down.”Clearly, this individual should seek professional help, he did not who I am and should be very thankful I did not take him to The Board.

Dr. Charles bedside manner is exceptional and the improvements that he has made to my skin in a matter of 3 months are nothing short of amazing! The amount of compliments I get about my skin now are insane. He also goes the extra mile to find the most affordable options for treatment. His office is clean and comfortable and his staff is very polite. I am beyond happy with this practice, I have even recommended him to my SVP.

A very well run office-pleasant & efficient. May have just met one of the nicest people ever. Dr. Charles was prompt (!!), soft-spoken, gentle and thorough. I was literally checked from head to toe. I could not ask for a better doctors visit.

Dr. Charles is amazing.He is so sweet and passionate about making your skin loo k the very best it can. His prices are responsible and he doesnt pressure you to purchase products......adore,adore, adore how the regime he gave me helped my skin.

I have been seeing Dr. Charles for years now and have always bee pleased with his manner and his medical care. I saw in Feb for skin cancer surveillance because of my hx of BC and while there he remove a less than tiny pimple from my forehead. He used the tip of a a needle and flicked it off in less than a second. His office billed this as acne surgery and I was balanced billed over $160.00 for it. I guess this is why they insist on keeping a copy of your credit card on file; to make sure they can collect on bogus charges. I followed Dr. Charles from Manhattan to the Bronx and back to Manhattan again, but i wiill never go back to this practice. His billing manager, Miguel, is not nice to interact with. I can only hope that he one day has to deal with someone like himself.
