She is a wonderful, welcoming, non-judgmental dermatologist that is adept at addressing your dermatological concerns! I’ve seen her twice and am very impressed! She consistently has helpful recommendations to address dermatological concerns.

Dr. Quintana is a wonderful doctor and I would highly recommend her! Every time I visit the office, the staff is so friendly and warm- they offer you complimentary water, coffee, tea, etc. They also have always run on time when Ive been there. Dr. Quintana is so thorough, and takes time to listen to all of my concerns, and then suggests the best treatments, for both issues like checking moles to make sure they were healthy, to wrinkle treatments using Dysport- with amazing and natural results!

I have been seeing Dr Quintana for the past 6 years, first for a rash and then adult acne. I have recommended her to my friends and family. She removed a skin cancer from my aunt’s face and you would never know she had anything done.I tried laser hair removal with great results. I’m taking the next step and in two weeks will have my lips done with the latest lip filler called KISS. I’m so excited. I would recommend Dr Quintana highly for anyone with skin problems or for cosmetic procedures. She friendly and professional and lets not even talk about the staff! Here you get treated like Family.

Dr. Quintana is an amazing and thorough doctor! She made me feel very comfortable during my PRP treatment even though I was a bit hesitant at first. I felt very welcomed in her office from when I first walked in to when I left. There was a cosmetic coordinator that even followed up on my procedure to make sure everything went well. I have had a skin condition for years, and visited 3 dermatologist in NYC over the past two years, but none of them was able to treat it.I went to see Dr. Quintana yesterday. She was able to tell immediately what my problem was and how she would treat it.Then she did a test run on my skin... guess what, I saw instant improvement overnight. I am thrilled and sure will schedule appointment to get it completely treated.One more thing, the staff is super friendly. waiting area is very airy with comfortable seating... not to mention complimentary sweets and coffee.Super experience altogether!

Dr. Adelle Quintana is a wonderful dermatologist/cosmetologist. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Dr. Quintana listens and addresses your concerns. I feel very comfortable and trust her opinions and advice. She worked to get me the results I was looking for. She recommended Dysport for the scar looking wrinkle I had on my forehead. It really made it disappear with a natural look. I didn’t want it to be obvious that I had done anything to my forehead. I couldn’t be anymore happier with my results. I had bad experiences with other dermatology offices and I’m glad that I have found Dr. Quintana.I highly recommend her.

Wonderful office with gracious staff. Offering a beverage upon arrival in their comfortable and stylish waiting room. Today I was running late and they kindly automatically put me in for a later time slot, assuring me it was no issue at all. Dr Boker is extremely gentle, knowledgeable, honest and kind. He is not an alarmist and he takes as much time as I need with him answering all my questions about not only my skin, but my childrens, etc. He is one of my favorite doctors of all times across all disciplines. His skin checks are by far the most comprehensive I have ever received which is important for someone fair skinned like me. I have recommended him to numerous friends who also love him and the office.

I had been seeing Dr. Quintana for a little over two years but after a recent and terrible experience, I will never go back again. I went in for an appointment and asked her a question about something cosmetic. She said she could handle my request in her office and then recommended that I make an appointment for a consultation so we could talk more about it. I went in for a consultation, we spoke about the options and I was very clear about which road I wanted to go down. I even asked her what she would do and she agreed with my decision- or so I thought. Apparently we were on different pages, unbeknown to me. However, I left the appointment with a scheduled procedure for a month later. When I came in, she had no idea why I was there. It was like she had a change of heart or was nervous. She began saying that she didn’t know I had planned to come in for the procedure (even though her office booked my appointment before I left the consultation), she needed more time to do it and suggested that I go to a plastic surgeon instead. I sat there flabbergasted. Not knowing what to say, I asked how much this would be at a plastic surgeon. She said she would find out and came back with a post-it with an amount 4x the amount she was charging and four plastic surgeons listed. Then she left. That was it. Luckily I insisted on getting my consultation fee refunded and that’s the only upside to this. I left disappointed, betrayed and defeated.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Quintana for many years, and have nothing but positive things to say about each and every office visit. I recently tried Dysport for the first time. Im so happy with the results! Will definitely continue to use this in the future!

Pros: Dr. Quintana gave the right medications for my dad. They have free juice, coffee and tea stand outside the office.Cons: The wait room was not crowded but we waited for a while. The nurse was thorough but the process felt rushed. We wished we the doctor could have spent more time with my father. The nurse took pictures of my dad but I rather the doctor examine him more exhaustively herself. The doctor gave us two recommendations for dermatologists who could help provide a certain treatment. Those two doctors were unavailable. I asked the nurse to get back to me. I even texted them via Klara but no one responded to me. I found a really good dermatologist and my dad likes the medical help he is receiving there. The receptionist desk could be more warm and welcoming.

I was thrilled with my experience with Dr. Quintana and her office. Upon entry I was treated as if they knew who I was and were most gracious. The office is lovely and a comfortable place to wait, which I did not have to do for more than 5 minutes. Once I was in the examination room, Dr. Quintana appeared within minutes, not like many other Dr. experiences where you first wait in the waiting room and then in the examine room. But the best was dealing with Dr. Quintana herself. She was very thorough both in her examine and in asking me what was of concern. There were two areas that needed a biopsy and they were painless. The office called me with the results within days, not making me call them. In addition, Dr. Quintana didnt rush me out, but stayed to answer a few questions and offered great advice. I will certainly suggest friends and family use Dr. Quintana for there dermatological needs and what is more, I will make it my business to stay current with her on routine check-ups.

Laser all over my face. It zaps away age spots, red capillaries and more. Worth the sting and $$. The results are awesome. Skin looks great. Im very fair skin and no redress afterwards. Which the price you cant beat. Dr. Quintana is very good at what she does. I highly recommend her services. Her staff is very friendly and fantastic.

Great place. Front desk assistants are always courteous and accommodating. They always offer something to drink while you wait.Every time I go, I dont have to wait over 2 minutes. Dr. Quintana was friendly, professional and relatively quick. Her office was very spiffy, clean and modern without being too aseptic or uninviting.I had a minor problem during my visit and once she saw me she handled it quickly and without much fuss. My experience at Dr. Quintanas office today was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional and friendly, from the receptionist, to the woman who discussed my reasons for my visit and medical history with me, to Dr. Quintana herself. All of my issues and questions were addressed. The office was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. There are televisions in the rooms and I was able to watch the Olympics while I waited for the doctor (but the wait time wasnt too long at all). Dr. Quintana was recommended to me and I would highly recommend her to others.

I was referred to Dr. Quintana more than a year ago. First, the girls in the office are always friendly and attentive and the experience is ALWAYS pleasant. Dr. Quintana is easy to talk to, and listens to you. I went there for several out patient procedures and they were explained clearly and I had great results. After reading the review below with one star, I was surprised , since i have never had a negative experience. Sure, some times you have to wait because a surgery took longer, or there was a problem, but this is NYC, sometimes its worth waiting a few minutes past your appointment time ! Trust me... Dr. Quintana is the best dermatologist in New York. I know most of her reviews talk about the swanky office space or great service but its her entire practice that makes her better than anywhere else. I had a suspicious lesion which she removed immediately after asking if I had time to do it right then. It is not often that a doctor is considerate of a patients time! Great doc! Terrible staff!I first got cosmetic treatments from Dr. Quintana about 8 years ago. Her patience, careful examination of the patient and their specific needs, and her artistry is remarkable. She also ensures that her office has enough staff, and it is a beautiful waiting area.However, she has the worst staff! Most offices want you to show up early so that the numbing cream wait time does not slow them down with other patients. In fact, I have had other doctors prescribe it for me so I can apply it before my appointment.Recently, I had a tight window in which I could be seen (1.5 hours), and I arrived 5 minutes early and requested that I receive some numbing cream while waiting. The front desk was very snippy with me, and said that if I was in a rush she would just reschedule me. When I did get brought back to the room about half an hour after appointment time, I requested the numbing cream, which usually takes about 30 minutes to take effect. They put it on, and did not come back. Finally, an hour later (1.5 hours into appt), I had to rush out to make it back to work for an meeting at work.The doctor called me to find out what happened but got my voicemail, and when I tried to call her back, her staff put me on hold and then dropped the call. On a subsequent call, I got passed back and forth to 3 people before I got an appointment 3 weeks out (I would have thought they would try to get me in sooner, but staff was trying to prevent me from speaking with the doctor about my experience). The staff member informed me that she did not work for me and refused to make the appointment initially.In going to Dr. Quintana, I feel I have a personal relationship with her, as most of her patients doubtless do. I requested a call back, but I am certain her staff, trying to hide their bad manners, is not going to pass on the message. It is a shame, because it is hard for both patients to find doctors they trust and for doctors to find good patients. I am deeply disappointed she currently has such terrible staff because it means I lose out on her great services.

Dr. Quintana and staff are absolutely brilliant. I have never had an ok experience there, its always excellent. Dr. Quintana explains everything to you so you can understand it and she makes you feel comfortable with what ever it is you are concerned about or just a regular check up.

Wonderful experience and highly recommend. Dr. Boker was extremely thorough, professional, had a calm manner and addressed all of my concerns/questions.

I loved my whole experience in Dr Quintana’s office. As soon as i walked in i didnt have to wait to be called in to see the doctor. I was offered complementary drinks coffee juice soda sparkling water . The office is super clean and all white very pretty . I went in for a cosmetic procedure i had my lips done & let me tell you dr quintana has amazing hands ! I didnt feel a thing. The nurse lucinda was very nice as well. When dr quintana walked into the room she made sure i was comfortable and explained everything to me about what was to be expected after my procedure . She took her time and made sure i was satisfied with her work . I had heard very good things about her but the experience was definitely wonderful just phenomenal ! I definitely recommend her shes a great doctor .

Nice office friendly staff. Dr Quintana was running late but staff kept me informed and offered drinks while I waited The tv is a nice add in the patient rooms time went quickly

Have been seeing Dr. Quintana for years. Love, love, love her! I always seem to have acne but she usually finds a treatment plan that works for me. Definitely recommended!

Dr. Boker is the BEST IN NYC. He is conservative. Does not want to change who you are. Just fine tune in the most natural way possible.

I really enjoyed both Dr. Quintana and her assistant! They were very helpful, especially when I called back about my prescription. Was also easy to set up an appt with the receptionist. The office is clean and beautiful. My one concern was that it took over 35 minutes past my appt time to actually see the doctor. Other than that I would absolutely recommend them!

Office has a great ambiance. Did not wait past my appointment time. Dr. Quintana is a delight and very knowledgable. My only complaint- Receptionists at the front desk are NOT welcoming at all. Their demeanor is rude, tone is rude and carry a you are bothering me by standing here attitude. Being an office manager for 20 years in this field, youre front desk is your practices first impression. They definitely need to be trained.

Dr. Quintana is the most superb professional. I would go to her over all others. not only is she a knowledgeable doctor but she is well versed in her relations with her patients.
