DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN.. EHAT IM TRYING TO UNDERSTAND IS HOW THEY HAVE A Physician in schools and were supposed to go this clinic for aftercare and theres nobody there that is able to see our children because they are under staff there was no pediatricians onsite my daughter has been coughing constantly inside of the office they kept on telling me that they cannot see me to go to urgent care When your normal doctor is not able to help your child there is a problem Mind you my daughter has these people inside of her school for care and this is my daughters normal doctor. This has truly disgust me my daughter will no longer be going back to this clinic ever again in life... Question how do you have a whole practice and then tell me to go to City MD... So many things that are going on right now Having a reliable doctor is the most important thing especially for your children.. I am a mom 1st before anything and many people feel this way about their children so please make sure you have a reliable doctor before you have to encounter these kind of issues

The staff is amazing, yes the wait is long to see a medical doctor, but trust me its worth it because they are exceptionally thorough with making sure they take care of their patients needs. Some places you go to a doctors office and your out in 5 minutes, that is a red flag. Ive been a patient of their for more than 15 years, the place has change in terms of staff but the quality of care hasnt. They care about the well being of their patients and want to offer the best preventive care as possible. They have case management services, dental, eye and if you are not insured they will work with you to get you insurance or you pay an sliding scale fee. They never turn anyone away.

The only thing they take so long to see you. They don’t even have long lines but they take so long time to see. I had appointment at 3:15 and I checked in at 3 but they call me at 3:55. That’s so disappointing to me. They just kill your time. Also I attached a picture. So you can see how many people are waiting on line.

I went to Ryan nena for the Covid vaccine. It was an experiencethat restored my faith in the goodness and kindness ofpeople. The place was obviously busy yet it was orderlyand the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly—- even theone who had the boring , repetitious job of taking your temperature and asking the questions , did it with a smileand a kind word. The vaccine was given to me by a very efficient and friendly young lady. The most extraordinary one was a mannamed Justin Pisano who checked me — he was very much a people person—-kind and despite the hectic, busy time ,made the effort to deal with me as an individual. He helped get an appointmentfor an elderly neighbor who couldn’t use a computer,he was able to do all the paper work and still be helpfuland caring. He made the experience of getting a vaccinea good one , he is an exceptional human being and helpsmake Ryan Nena a very good place .

We couldn’t have had a better experience. Our appointments were on time, Dr. Martinez was helpful and kind. All the nurses and administrative staff were wonderful. Well done everyone and thank you!

Up front, I agree with a place for providing access to services and resources, at a reasonable rate to those that couldnt otherwise easily obtain them, but... A call the night before, to arrange an x-ray and treatment for fractured hands, seemed like I had an appointment window. Taking the day off from work, I arrived 20 minutes before my rendezvous. Filled out some paperwork, which was put into a computer. Then, I was taken into a room, where they took my blood pressure, awkwardly they did to say the least. Played some shuffling of rooms, and a roulette of denials to requests for procedures I wasnt interested in. Finally, they informed me that they couldnt help me, due to some reason. They advised that I walk into an ER. Upon leaving, they disclosed the bill, in excess of $100. 10 minutes. That is $600/hr. I originally said reasonable but I take that back now. Excuse my humor. Anyways, I mean no harm, just giving a heads up, to the weary travelers that may come along the way, injured and living on the edge, looking for insight, on what to expect, before going in. Selling a network, of unnecessary services and advocating for a mindset of a reliance on such unnecessary things, sort of undermines the entire supposed consensus around this subject, am I right? Come on guys. All in all, the ER wasnt very helpful either, I am healing now. Dont walk in a dreamer, you might be disappointed. XOXO

PROS: super cheapCONS: you get even less than what you pay for.I came twice, 35$ at each visit. Very cheap!I came to have regular blood results. First time the nurse could not draw my blood properly and after trying on both arms she gave up. (notice I have very low body fat and really clear veins, but she was also playing Facebook videos during the blood draw in the office computer). She also needlessly butchered my arm, but luckily I don’t mind needles.Second time, after writing a complaint to the managers, I came back and the doctor insisted not to prescribe blood results to test for calcium and vitamin D because “I have no symptoms”. The doctor also had a hard time understanding the difference between vegan and vegetarian.I did some tests but the app that is supposed to show the results doesn’t seem to work, and the doctor didn’t get back to me after two weeks, so I really have no idea what happened there. These people are probably good if you are really desperate, have no health insurance or money and have a big issue, but not for check ups or prevention. Also, the staff is very unprofessional and rude.

The clinic has been in existence for the past 20+ years providing great medical services without question. All the providers were great at that time. One of the first true walk in clinics which we now have without all the cost associated with the rest.

Scheduled my annual physical. Arrived and was told they cancelled my appointment. No phone call or email letting me know. Rescheduled and came back. Finally had to leave without being seen AGAIN after waiting AN HOUR to see the doctor. I asked the ladies behind the counter what was going on and got nothing but shrugs and attitude. I won’t be going back.

So far, Ive had about a dozen experiences here in the past year (phone calls to schedule appointment, blood tests, doctor visits) and have nothing but good things to say, both about the facility and the staff at Ryan-NENA. This place is a well oiled machine as far as Im concerned and runs better than most private offices Ive been to during other periods of my life.Everyone Ive interacted with--from the front desk receptionist/cashier to the doctors themselves--has been friendly, courteous, and professional. I also love the online patient portal and text/e-mail confirmations of scheduled appointments.Overall, Im extremely impressed.

Communication is not effective there. Big waste of time dealing with the call center. The staff at the location is respectful, but the call center is not helpful. I registered through the call center they mixed the days up and they did not tell me what to bring other than the insurance card. Since when health clinics require a birth certificate?

Went for a moderna booster vaccine and they said that I couldn’t because I had a Johnson &johnson. For a health Center to not be aware of proper guidelines is wrong. Maybe unethical because one has the right to chose which booster they get. Went to a vaccine hub an hour later and got it done without any issue at all. Sad.
