Doctors are fine but there is a lack of follow up and follow through. No reply to messages or it takes weeks to get a reply back and it does not help the concern. Just more of a run around.

Everybody was pleasant, competent and compassionate. I felt taken seriously and listened to, the facilities and offices are clean and pleasant. I am grateful for having found 14th Street Medical Arts, because they offer so many specialists and tests, while also taking my low-end insurance. It is great not to have to look all over the city for all the different specialists.

Seriously read the bad reviews and AVOID this place at all costs!!!!They run and charge you with extra unnecessary tests that you didn’t even want, so they can make money, not so you can receive the care you actually want/need. The front desk is awful, don’t expect them to pick up the phone the first time, because they probably won’t pick up so you’ll have to call back a million times.

If you have another alternative go some elsewhere. These people simply do not care about your health. They are simply there to make money. I came early in the year for some sever stomach pains. They order a ton of unnecessary things, sent me to get a cat scan and set my appointment to see a gastro 4 months away. Fine the week of my appoint they call to reschedule a full 2 more months away because the doctor decided he no longer worked on that specific day. So finally I get to my appointment months later and not only does the doctor not have records of my cat scan he barely sees me. Send me off for some other random test within five minutes of talking to me.Don’t waste your time

The appointment system doesn’t work at this facility. I checked in at 3:30 pm for my 3:40 pm appointment but I waited for 55 mins, and nobody called and checked for me. Too much waste time for a 5 mins of VO2 test.

I had an appointment with Dr.Coghill and she was absolutely awesome. I highly recommend medical arts to anyone not wanting to go the big corporations that will just see you as a number , the team at medical arts cares about you and your health.

My visit to East 14th Street Medical Arts was as extraordinarily delightful as a visit to a doctor could be. I was treated with courtesy and dignity. My medical examination was most thorough and, to my relief, nearly all conducted in this one location. The counsel provided by my doctor and other members of the staff was straightforward, reassuring and empathetic.

Avoid this place at all costs. Especially don’t give them your card information they are predatory scammers will never stop charging you. They call you in for an appointment at 5 and you won’t get seen until 7. I went for 2 tests and they gave me 1 then they had to scramble to fit me in for the second, because although I made an appointment they didn’t have me on the schedule. I went to the back doctor on Tuesday and she made me a pt appointment for Thursday only to show up and have the staff say it was canceled, because they were still waiting on approval from my insurance and for me to see the back doctor again. At this point furious I never made a follow appointment or went back. That was in February here we are in September and they are still charging my card for supposed charges from February. I’m having to fight with chase because they say they can’t block the charges because they are coded as recurring. They say you have to call the vendor. I call 14M and they don’t pick up or return my calls.

Love them here but that Dr. Alice C. never shuts up, doesnt listen, and has horrible bedside manner.

It was efficient operation run by competent, friendly people. What more can you ask in a medical office? The people were nice and attentive and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Overall a really good experience.

Staff is really polite and welcoming. But this place has a strategy for referring you for specialists and procedures you dont need so they can rack up a bill. I was recommended for an unnecessary allergy test, ECG, and heart activity monitor -- the results of the latter two still have not been discussed with me by Dr. Muzylo.My appointment was with Dr. Muzylo as my primary care providor and she rushed me and never went in depth or asked questions about what was concerning. They do well enough with customer service at the front but are really only set up to rack up services so they can bill your insurance.An unsavory experience with this institution.

This place is horrible. They make diagnoses without first assessing you. The doctor sat in the stool at the computer typing instead of assessing my injury. She made a bunch of unnecessary follow up appointments with her colleagues: head scan, vein specialist, neuro specialist, etc. All to find out months later what they were treating me for was not the issue or reason for my problem. They leave peoples personal information around the work area for others to see and when you address them about it the guy inside the photo is defensive and threatening. There is no privacy. Pay close attention to the card you provide them to bill. I found extra charges on my account for appointments I did not attend. It is hard getting assistance and these people are collectively very unprofessional people.Lastly, they will give you a 12pm appointment and you will still be sitting there until after 5pm. One of the worst places around.I have a video of one of the incidents, if someone could tell me how to upload it.

I had to wait a full hour to be seen on Wednesday even though they told me I couldn’t get a later appointment. The doctor told me to come back on Friday to pick up equipment so I can use it for 2 nights but when I get there on Friday they tell me the device can only be used for 1 night. It takes me an hour to get to the office. I’ve wasted so much time at this clinic.

From the start the entire appointment was outstanding, the front desk staff was fast and helpful. Everyone that I was in contact with that day showed the utmost professionalism. I look forward to the next appointment.

While the office is clean and technicians are kind, I cannot overlook the front desk staff. As others have said, this group of women working up front are rude and have very little care about the patients they take in. Plus, they never pick up the phone. Please, re-evaluate your staff! No one wants to see a doctor when their first interaction is with this particular staff.

I got prescribed asthma meds because I was having really bad breathing difficulties. Their staff said that they would send my prescription to CVS. CVS said they never got it. Called the practice and they send they would resent it — still didn’t get the meds after being in line for 90 mins and then the practice closed. Atrocious service.

It was great. Everyone explained things clearly and was very kind; I didn’t have to wait long and got comprehensive care.

Made me take a test without telling me its not covered by my insurance. The simplest series of tests gets dragged out unnecessarily. I have seen my primary care physician for a grand total of four minutes. I came here trying to get to the bottom of my stress, wondering if I have a heart condition. Im now broke and even more stressed than before, wishing I never came here. Youve made my life a lot more difficult this summer. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional, kind, patient, and warm. The communication from everyone was clear and precise. Dr. Lamginton was wonderful, he answered all of my questions and concerns, and he took time to get to know me and my medical history.

I’ve been trying to call to complain about this and no one picks up the phone so I hope that maybe someone cares about reading this review!!! I’ve gotten a letter on the mail charging me $50 from missing my appointment which I know is the policy. My problem is, I had an emergency and had to send an email the night before when my appointment was around 2pm. Granted, yes it was within the 24hrs limit but minimum 10-12hrs before. After I wait over a month to get the next appointment with the Neurologist Robin Warner, LITERALLY within 2hrs of the appointment, as I am prepping to leave, I get an email saying it has to be cancelled. So I stop everything in my day to go to this appointment and it gets cancelled within 2hrs but I have to pay the $50 from when I missed the appointment!!!???? So, my life and my obligations are not as important as the doctor? Why would I have to pay for something that the doctor also does? The worst part of it all is that I had this same discussion with the front desk lady and she just told me “ ok, don’t worry about it” to now getting this letter in the mail saying I OWE $50??? I am weeks away from moving and my credit score dropped from 730 to 666 because of THIS!!!! Are you kidding meeeee!!???? This is absolutely ridiculous and I am beyond angry. Do you have any idea how you screwed my life right now?!??

Appointment was at 11 so I got there at 10:45. They handed me an iPad to fill out an unnecessarily LONG check-in booklet. I say booklet because it took me literally 10 minutes to try and go through clicking, checking boxes, and signing when it could all just be done in 2-3 pages. This thing was like 15 pages long and you had to stop and sign every little thing when a sheet of paper would do the exact same thing way faster. I wasn’t seen until almost 11:30 and it wasn’t even by the doctor I booked with initially. After the nurse saw me I waited another 15 minutes for the doctor.I booked with a neurologist and they gave me an internist. Not what I came in for so of course she couldn’t really help me with my specific issue. She then told me to make an appointment with that same doctor I ALREADY booked with initially who now has a waitlist until September.The doctor told me they would do a couple of tests, and to wait for the notes to be sent to the receptionist. I went back to the hallway for the fourth time and waited almost 15 minutes for the notes to be sent to the check out counter, then another 15 minutes for the allergy tests, and then ANOTHER 10 or so minutes waiting for the blood test. They have to bouncing from hallway to room and back again.They were taking so long in between each test that I was so close to just getting up and walking out. It was ridiculous and a waste of my entire morning. There’s no reason I should walk into a place expecting a specific doctor, to not only NOT get seen by that doctor, but to have a TWO HOUR visit! It’s ridiculous, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I’m livid right now and will be calling the necessary people to make sure this never happens to anyone again.It’s really funny because the receptionist was telling this one woman that she was late and missed the grace period so she’d either have to wait really long to even have a possibility of being seen and that was still a maybe. My appointments also kept getting canceled on zoc doc without explanation. Will never go back.

A very professional staff, polite and efficient in scheduling and guiding me through the process of handling a health concern. I was seen by a nurse before a doctor who performed an interview followed by a physical exam.She immediately ordered a series of tests and took information I brought from other recent medical tests regarding a related issue.Appointments with various doctors were scheduled, all giving me time for personalized medical attention while keeping me informed and showing concern for me.Thank you all.

Dr. Michael is the worst doctor I have seen in life.Before I even went into her office I saw her come in that day and there seemed to be some conflict with the staff over a laptop she couldnt find or what I think was a laptop as that is what was handed to her. That should have been handled out of the eye of patients, but she doesnt seem professional enough to know this.While she was filling out my new patient information she asked me five questions tops and as I was answering the questions she asked she got visibly irritated (Im guessing because I yawned), picked up and slammed down her stethoscope while saying to me I cant do all the talking so when you feel like talking you can come back and whispered under her breath  you are making me irritated I was in shock, disgusted, confused and frankly annoyed.She then wrote a bunch of unnecessary referrals that I didnt need without telling me (the lovely woman at the front desk told me about them as she was going to set the appointments) and sent me for bloodwork and test. Im still in shock by her attitude.To make matter worse my bloodwork came back and it shows the cause of pain and she refuses to refill a prescription for it unless I come back to her office and see her specifically.The office itself was neat and ran very orderly by the front desk. All the other ppl that I saw were fantastic, if this doctor was not so horrible I would more than stay with the 14 St medical arts group. Unfortunately, the call center is bad at taking messages and no concern I have placed about this doctor has been addressed so I dont recommend them.

It was great..... Receptionist and specialist were very nice and thoroughly explained the procedures thouroughly.

I had my card on file with them to borrow an EKG machine and then I was charged a month later for something unrelated to that and then it also turned out to be a recurring charge. $200 monthly and they still have yet to tell me what it was for. Very fraudulent behavior on their behalf and you should all stay away. They prey on people who will not notice these charges. I never even received a bill for these charges.

It was great! All of the staff we friendly, direct, and helpful. It can be scary thing going to the doctor, but I feel supported when Im there which makes a BIG difference.

Technicians at this location constantly show professional and personable manners, which I greatly appreciate. This place is clean and well kept. Unfortunately- based on my numerous and excellent pre- covid experiences at this location- the new front desk and some doctors are not even remotely comparable to the previous ones, in terms of quality of care, courtesy and clear communication.

Update: Its been nearly three weeks now and I still havent been able to get the results of the upper EMG I had done. Whats worse is that no one answers the phone, ever.First visit was pretty okay. Filled out in-take forms, got vitals done and saw the doctor shortly after. I was seen by Dr. Warner who doesnt have the best bedside manner, she just sits and types while you explain your symptoms, and didnt say much in regards to what she thought may be causing my symptoms. She only did after I suggested what could potentially be causing my symptoms. She did however promptly order imaging to assess my condition and was pretty accommodating overall. She was honestly just okay. A common issue here is the staff working in the reception area, overall it seems a bit unorganized and one of them was being a bit condescending to patients.

Very rude lady at the front desk. Theres a way to talk to people and she surely can do better. Doctor is good but I would avoid this location if you dont want to be treated poorly.

Take my word, do not go to this place. Their sole purpose is to rake in as much money as possible. Your health and well being is irrelevant to them. They will insist on giving you all sorts of unnecessary tests so they can bill your insurance company (or you). Good chance too, that you will not see the doctor you made your appointment with. Dont be fooled by the nice people in reception. This place is a scam. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable place like Weil-Cornell, or Montefiore. Youll save yourself a lot of aggravation

I waited an entire month for a visit Dr. Lessnau and got absolutely no answers to my concern. The Dr. is telling me I don’t snore (when I do), he had no concern or interest as to why I had periods of breathlessness. Instead I was offered the covid vaccine multiple times and extra tests that were not necessary. Every time I enter the facility I’m forced to get a covid test and offered allergy testing. It’s very annoying to have a concern but are constantly being probed to add extra cost to your visit. When I mentioned a concerned I had to the receptionist she told me to “wait outside the doctors door and try to catch him whenever he opens it”. She was very condescending and passive aggressive. Instead of addressing my issues she stated to a young man to cancel my orders and through my orders in the trash can no shredding or anything. I would not be returning to this office. It is very obvious that the doctors are only concerned about their profit and how to add on value to these pointless visits.

Awful! While they seem friendly, there is a heartbreaking lack of care for the patient. I saw Dr. on Monday suffering from severe cough, trouble breathing and a recurring and nauseating dizziness. Dr. seemed nice, listened to my issues, and recommended a slew of tests, including nerve, thyroid, cardiac, pulmonary, EEG, and full blood work up. I left feeling confused that nothing was given to alleviate, dizziness and difficulty breathing. Late Tuesday I received partial results and late Wednesday, more results thru my patient portal. NO ONE responded to my request to discuss or explain the results and again, nothing was suggested to help my increasingly difficult breathing and debilitating dizziness. I sent a note to dr. on patient portal requesting info. NO RESPONSE. I called and was told, DRs DO NOT talk to patients via phone and i should make another appt. I tried, but soonest visit was 3 weeks away!! I called again, no one available. I left message. NO RETURN CALL! Finally today, I called and refused to hang up until I could speak to SOMEONE in charge. Supervisor was BUSY. Finally got an appt squeezed in for next week!! I’m still dizzy etc. WHAT KIND OF CARE IS THIS??

Dr Katsuganti takes care of her patients. She doesn’t skip out on anything your concerns at all. Because of her I found out what I was allergic to I never knew I was allergic I thought it was just something happened to everyone. She’s a life saver.

So far so good. I had Covid in October-November and started coming to this 104th street location I. January. Initial I was tested for everything. Once that was done we began to focus on other general checkups. I have never felt pressured into doing more than I should nor have I ever felt like my private information has been on display. Also the staff has always been very efficient. I gave 4 stars because I do agree... Sometimes it’s very hard to speak to someone over the phone.

Reception tone was very rude . A lot of tension in the front area from reception. They need to work on their attitude and professionalism. The nurses in the back were very nice and patient and professional I was very comfortable. The doctor was calm and very nice and understanding also very professional very informative as well. I dreaded having to go to the front to schedule my follow up appointment. And as expected the tension was heavy. I witnessed the younger receptionist be rude and loud to someone. I couldnt wait to leave.

DONT GO HERE. They just make you come in multiple times for multiple things and never treat you for what you originally came in for. People walked into my appt multiple times. Just scamming insurances

Go here if you want a doctor that doesnt care about you or your health at all. Was 10 minutes late for my appointment due to a major flood warning and excessive flooding in every subway station, called BEFORE my appointment to let them know, arrived after coming from BK through a flash flood and heavy rain, and was told Dr. Rajat Lamington refused to see me. I endured all of that because I have a serious medical concern, so if anything happens to me because Dr. Lamingtons ego was apparently more important than my life, thats on him! Horrible ethical standards, Dr. Lamington.

This place has so much potential ..‘such a shame their staff is horrible. Dr. Warner was really pleasant & the office manager was helpful but front desk staff & whoever they have answering phones is straight up rude .. one thing that’s disappointing is them wanting to run multiple “tests” without giving you results. I actually am in love with you guys I have had the most amazing experience in my past 2 years. The staff is so informative and patient, Dr. Lamington have helped me get my life back. However no one have solved tbe case of my syncopations I have been having for 4 yrs. No one have been able to refer me to the proper specialist to let me know why i have air in my leg that when pressed, flatuation releases, my bowel movements are abnormal, I exercise and pee, i stretch and pass out, just feel that these issues have not been coveredSo sadly I will have to also seek other places. Over all some things have been cured and clarified. Julia Oweiss did change my life after referring me to Dietitians and bariatric surgeons.... I have also been cured from my blood pressure. Thanks Dr.Geid. And after meeting Dr.Lamington my life really changed he pinpointed all my neurological pains and describe my pain and the cause for it. He gave me tips on how to manage my pain.My back brace and neck brace is my life. And the muscle relaxant does numb my pain for over 24hrs. Thank you guys. Three stars because of the doctor and cleanliness of the place ONLY! Everyone else gets 1 star. The staff is borderline professional but not even standard for any sort of customer service position. They seem to be figuring things out. Also, the wait is pretty long so clear your schedule.Please pay attention to the card you place on file with them! I’m fighting unwarranted charges. Sticking with Columbia!

I found the entire experience to be professional. The front staff members were kind. The physician, Dr. Kasuganti, was receptive to my concerns. As a medical student, I have worked with many physicians and I could see that she truly does care about her patients including preventing unnecessary tests. Looking forward to continuing my care here.

I have taken my parents there from Queens for several appointments with Dr. Fitzpatrick in the east and west side. The appointments have been on time. I am so impressed with the staff in both places. They are nice and courteous. Dealing with older parents is not easy, but the pleasant attitude of the staff makes the experience a very good one.

As someone who finds going to doctors terrifying and puts it off as long as possible, this was an incredibly pleasant experience. I love that the office is easily accessible and clean. The ENTIRE staff was perfect--I loved every single person I interacted with. Dr Lamington asked great questions and really took the time to listen. In my first visit, I was able to get a physical, EKG, echocardiogram, rapid covid test, urine and blood tests, allergy test, and a lung test... with basically no waiting in between. I have never had such an efficient experience. Never going anywhere else! Thank you so much!!

I have no complains about the doctors, they seem thorough and professional.What I do have a problem is that they take you CC information and freely charge whatever they want without any approval for you.Apparently one of the tests that I did wasn’t covered by my insurance, I talked with them about paying it myself and asked for adjustment, which they gave (%20). Asked them to not charge my CC and told them that I’ll pay next week. Lo and behold, 2 days later I have a $1020 charged on my debit.Trying to get to billing, is near impossible. They do not answer nor call back.I’ve never been in a situation that my CC was charged without any approval, I might have signed (one of the dozens) form that say that they’re allowed to do it, so it might be legal. But definitely an ill-practice.

I think the facility provides excellent service. The people in the reception area are professional and treat the patients well. And the doctors are professional, knowledgable and kind as well. The facility is nice and kept clean as well. I am very comfortable being a patient of this location.

I was here all day yesterday for many tests and was so thankful for the incredible staff who made it all bearable. Everyone is lovely, funny, and are always making sure you are being taken care of. Ive been seeing the same primary doctor for over 30 yrs in Brooklyn but am happy to travel almost an hour to the city for this kind of care (and access to many different services all under one roof). Excellent service overall!!!!Highly recommend to get treated with them because they have everything in one place, it’s like going to stop&shop! I was able to get my diagnostic tests done, saw a doctor and pretty much got it all done right there! For anyone who doesn’t want to go through a hassle by going to one office to see a doctor and then travel to another medical facility to get some tests done, this is the place for you!

The first visit or two here I was fine with, but its gone more and more downhill. Office never answers their phones, no matter which extension I press I get a voicemail in two rings. Ive called multiple time between 9am-3pm on different occasions and always have a nearly impossible time reaching someone.Dr Lessnau is extremely rude, interrupting me while Im answering HIS questions about my health, and talks over me about my own experiences. He didnt bother to send in my medications (that are necessary for me to breathe with my asthma), and I had to go through the ordeal of calling the office 7+ times to reach someone after 4 hours and two voicemails.Staff makes me feel like Im in and out of revolving doors, I dont ever feel like the doctors actually listen to me, and I wouldnt be surprised if other peoples health has suffered.Almost laughed in Dr Lessnaus face when he suggested I switch my primary care physician to this place, because that could only lead to disaster. This place has potential but its run so poorly, with such a lack of care, theres no way Id trust them with my health full time.

If I could I would give 0 stars I would. The doctors are great but the front desk staff and agents when you call are the worst. In other words, they treat us patients the way that the office manager treats them because I have seen how they are treated. This clinic needs a lot of improvement. It does not meet the standards of other clinics around.DO NOT GO HERE! You have been WARNED!

This practice is an unorganized disaster, avoid it at all costs. I saw Dr. Lamington for my sciatica pain, and he ordered some tests. Tests were conducted on a 2nd visit at this same practice. When I saw Dr. Lamington for a follow-up (3rd visit) specifically to discuss the tests that he ordered which were conducted within his practice, he didnt even have access to the results. A month later, I get a bill for tests for which I never received any sort of results or consultation.

WORST medical experience I have EVER had. I came in 8/20 for a blood test to refill a scrip one of the doctors wrote me last year and was told Id get the results soon. I had to call repeatedly because I got nothing. I was lied to - told that some automated system had tried to call me with results, which didnt happen, and then they were in my portal, which they were not. I finally spoke to the manager Katharine Murphy, who said the lab had troubles with test results, but it took 7 calls to get that far. I FINALLY got them in my portal yesterday, 3 weeks after I came in, but when I called to see if my pharmacy had been called with the refill info, I was told the doctor hadnt told anyone to call them, even though I had asked EVERY TIME I CALLED if the results would be phoned in. Now I have to wait even longer for the doctor to get an email asking her if they can call my pharmacy, then for her to reply, and only then for CVS to be informed. And I am almost out of my daily meds. I thought that by coming in a month before I ran out Id be good, but the level of ineptitude and incompetence and lack of follow-up from this place showed me I was wrong. I DO NOT recommend them, and I will NEVER utilize their services again. Terrible. Beyond terrible. Im sorry I couldnt post ZERO stars.

This place is a scam, do not go here. Patients are packed in the front of the office and no one is checking their temperature. When you go inside you’re waiting in a hall with other patients. You are treated like a number here because that is exactly how this place sees you. The positive reviews on here are incentivized. The doctor I came to see here gave me false information about my health which was intended to scare me into taking more tests! Not only that but the nurse that gave me an ekg did it incorrectly! The nurses that took my blood were very kind though. It is so disturbing that this office is able to exist without repercussion. Avoid this place, find somewhere else!

I went to the Columbus Ave location. I had a really really good experience coming here. I was initially nervous to see a new doctor it’s always scary when you are dealing with issues involving your back. I was pleased with the whole process. I like that they are thorough and explain things as they are happening. I really liked the care I received from Dr. Kasuganti she took the time to allow me to explain my issues and concerns and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She made sure to let me know the focus would be on my healing and I like that. The office staff are friendly and inviting and the entire space is nice and clean. Everyone was following social distancing guidelines as well as wearing masks. I am looking forward to seeing how things continue to progress with my care plan.

The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. They go above and beyond to help and treat their patients. I only wish I wouldve known about this facility sooner. I HIGHLY recommend them to all who want a great experience and great care.

The way this office conducts business is disgraceful. Ive been lucky with doctors for most of my life, but this office was a shocking experience. Sure, the office is clean and modern-looking, but make no mistake, this place is an absolute nightmare. There are several things that I guarantee will happen to you over the course of your appointment:1) They will, at every turn, try to upsell you for services you dont need. The minute they find out that you have decent insurance, they will inundate you with offers of completely unnecessary and redundant medical services. And it doesnt matter if you say no, because before the appointment is over, at least two more employees will swarm you to try and sell you what you had already politely refused.2) They will bill you for services you never received. Whats worse is that, when you contest the bill, they will refer you to some off-site billing department that has never heard of you and doesnt care that your card has been charged without your permission. If you are unlucky enough to be seen here, be sure to check your invoice and your bank statements very carefully, and make sure they havent fraudulently charged your card.3) Bizarrely, if you ask for a COVID test, they will not administer the test themselves. Instead, they will give you a swab and a test tube and make you walk outside in the cold to swab your own nose. In short, the fact that the staff are friendly should not fool you. Keep your eye on your wallet, and steer well clear of this place.

I had a really good experience with this place. Great service. After fighting with my insurance and my previous DR for an echo I went searching for a new doctor and found medical arts.. I went in there and I had an echocardiogram done the first appointment No questions. No hassle with insurance. Thank you!

Absolutely awful. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. My gf slammed her knees into the ground, couldnt walk, was in constant pain. She had bursitis and possibly turn meniscus, yet this facility failed to prescribe an MRI, and instead called back to cancel her follow up on the basis that her blood had low vitamin d. They literally didnt even have x ray results, and their recommendation came as an early am phone call from a non-medical professional call center. The rep said to cancel the follow up and take vitamin d. Meanwhile, the treatment inaide the office was abhorrent. They mistreated her, yelled at her for elevating her leg on a chair, and she waited 3 hours for her appointment. Then the doctor failed to examine her knee, and just told her to consider physical therapy. Didnt even try to understand what was wrong. Disgusting practice, they should all lose their licenses.

Does not respect patients time. Feels very over booked and the receptionists are slow and confused on how to check in patients. The whole front desk check in and appointment set up seems very disorganized.. i set up my appointment on zocdoc at 2pm but their system sent me a confirmation for 3pm.

Started going to them aug ‘2020. Filled out hippa form to get my records from my old dr. 2 months pass. They didn’t bother to follow up why they haven’t received the records. October, I filled out another hippa form. Still nothing months later. The office is completely unorganized, the front desk staff are inept and rude. The only saving grace there is Dr. Kasuganti. They truly need to clean house starting with the entire front desk.

Amazing staff, very polite and friendly, this is definitely one of the best places to get treated. I always feel welcome and taken care of.

Staff is nice and super friendly. Patient portal hasnt been easy for me to access. Having my employment form filled out and ready for pickup takes more than than 2 weeks.

Avoid this place. It does lots of unnecessary testing and will push a neurologist on you for carpal tunnel - obviously to get your insurance money. Poor quality unprofessional doctors. I do not trust them and am leaving this practice.

Really horrible facility. First, there was one patient in the waiting room with a sleeping mask as a mouth mask screaming. Secondly, I simply went for an annual exam, I had an appointment and still had to wait one hour for the doctor to examine me. Thirdly, I was asked the same information 3 times (i.e. previous surgeries, current medication, etc). Finally, I keep getting calls with an important message from the facility, and when I press to hear the message it says that all the staff is busy and nobody can pick up the call. I should have seen the rating before going.

Customer service was horrible. Had two insurances where one was free for my copay and they took $40 dollars from me making an excuse saying the other insurance was not active which I called to confirm that It was active. Tried calling to dispute and no one answers the phone. Then got charged an extra $50 dollars for not showing to my appointment. They are very unprofessional save yourself the stress and money and do not waste your time coming.

Doctors are good but front desk is useless and nearly impossible to get a hold of.

The wait time is consistently 30-40 minutes and the location is crowded with tiny rooms. Kept asking for follow ups and public reviews and very pushy about it. Now I received a charge without getting any service at all (I didnt have any appointment nor service)Doctors are ok and nice, but would not recommend to anyone for terrible management

I cant believe they removed me from my account with athena online to check my blood work that I been charged for all because I didnt want to take there survey. and emailed them telling them to STOP harassing me to take the survey. I was positive for covid at the time but the survey was more important. now Im being charged for test that I dont have the results for. somebody please help me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.and not to mention the polish female doctor on 14th and 2and ave. who was joking around with her co-workers while testing me, telling me u had pneumonia in both lungs n provided me with antibodies, MEANWHILE IT WAS COVID! omg never again

SCAM medical arts. They are incompetent to say the least.Do yourself a favor and do not come here! Or they will rob you and the insurance company.

It was my first time coming to this practice and I was very happy with my services as I was able to see two doctors. I saw my PCP and the other for endocrinology. I initially only saw the endocrinologist, Dr. Gul Bahtiyar, then the front desk saw a PCP opening with Dr. Neeharika Kasuganti. They were both so amazing and attentive to my needs. The only reason why I was able to kill two birds with one stone was that the staff was efficient with time management and swiftly got me through my annual appointments. See you all soon as I have more follow-up appointments with the results coming back. ~Marsha

Impossible to manage medication with they forget to refill and no one returns your calls. Ive missed multiple days of work because of their negligence.

I needed a neurologist appointment as soon as possible. I was so happy they were open on a Sunday and I used ZocDoc to book the appointment. The facility was clean, in a prime location and friendly. Dr. Harden was excellent and really made me feel cared for. The whole experience was excellent.

I would give this place negative 1000 stars of I could. I came in to test for sleep apnea. They sent me home with a kit. I turned it in the next day. After 2 weeks passed I called to check on the status of my test because I hadnt heard from anyone. The attendant told me to just wait for the doctor to contact me. So I waited. And waited. And waited. 2 months passed by and no contact. I called again and the lady seemed to be confused as to why the results were not entered. And by the sound of the background conversation it sounds like they lost my test results. She told me she would look into it and call me back. A week later, no call. I called again today to speak to someone and got a voice mail. No anyone who knows me knows o have the patience of Jesus himself, but I am out of patience with this place. Mind you, they charged my insurance and me(out of pocket) for the service. And for what? So they stole my money and the insurance companies money for services they never completed. Thus place is beyond a sham. Stay away!

Medical Arts is a nice, clean establishment with many doctors to choose from. I must say if you need any help or someone to be there for you to explain any information itll be Omnia, shes awesome. To all the staff and Mds thank you as well.

The Neurologist scheduled me for over 5 tests and never explained the results of any! She also had me take an allergy test and the results read allergies to things Ive eaten with no problem my whole life! I got a second opinion from an actual Allergist only to find out Im not allergic to ANY of the markings that were on the 14th street medical test results. If I hadnt went to an Allergist I wouldve had to change my whole diet/way of life!!They also at one point brought me into a room for a test and when I asked why I needed it they told me for an issue that I didnt have. When I told them I dont have that particular problem they realized i was the wrong patient. So unprofessional!! I dont feel my life is in their best interests.Finally the Front desk staff LOVES sending you to voicemail.
