I waited for hourssss to get a head full of black gel! She forgot to do baby hairs and ripped my hair from the front after dried because of her mistake.. I couldn’t move for days due to how tight the pony tail was and the headache was outta this world . When taking the pony tail out 2 days later after paying 65 . I had no hair !! Hand fulls of my hair came out! The pictures are from a day later and hair is still falling out ... I wish I took photos when I first washed smh ! Don’t do here if u want to have hair after

A Complete salon, anything done for hair, they do and better... Cuts, colors, extentions, pony tails, hair lines, wash and set, manicures, pedicures, massages, eyebrows, facials...and i can keep going, be there early, cause spots are limited! So go early for ur chance of doing and treating ur hair the right way!

I been going to here since I was a teenager. AMELIA the owner is the best. I even went to her when she opened a salon in the bronx. She is a beautiful person her children are beautiful and she is very good with her hands. Your hair will grow, havent been in awhile since I moved but this is my go to when Im in Nyc.

The New Colors Beauty Salon is awesome in all the things they do. They treat you like family and have lots of Beautiful colors to choose from.

Dont get me wrong, the salon is overall great but the prices have skyrocketed from when I first started going. And thats before they moved to Lexington Avenue. The best people to do hair in there is the owner Emilia or Carmen for the banging ponytails. Oh and I cant forget Angela, who can blow your hair bone straight without a perm.

If you havent been, you should definitely get your hair done here! The wait is long, sometimes they seem like they have attitudes, but you will feel like a million bucks walking out of this salon! Amelia is top of her craft!

Great Shop...Great Atmosphere..Hairdressers/Stylist were all so pleasant..My 1st time there and was completely satisfied...especially with my haircut by Amelia..Love this place..Want to recommend to others..but also wanna be a little selfish for a minute.
