I showed her a pic of the way I wanted my bangs which was the most important thing to me. Ive been to other Salons & I have tried to ask for the same thing & for some reason they just couldnt get it done right. Carla did, so she is my new go to girl!

I called to make an appointment and Olga answered the phone. Her sweet helpful demeanor over the phone made me feel more secure in my selection. I scheduled the appointment and upon arrival I was even more pleased with my choice. The salon was clean, modern and beautiful. Then I met Olga, she is a beautiful person, inside and outside...she greeted us, made us feel at home and has a smile that lit up the room. I left my Mom there and within 30 minutes she was done! I came back to pick her up and she looked beautiful. I knew then I made the right choice and we would be permanent customers. Olga did such a great job with the haircut, I was truly impressed. Absolutely horrible service. Ive been to the salon three times and each time I had to wait between 15-45 minutes for my appointment for sub-standard, unprofessional service. Today I went in once to see if they could quickly add some volume to my hair. After waiting 40 minutes, she spent exactly 12 minutes curling my hair. Then she charged me $37 - the price of a blowout. To be clear, she did not wash my hair or blow dry it, she just curled it with a low-quality curling iron which left my hair feeling and smelling completely burnt. And she charged me $37, even though the signage in the salon misleadingly has Curling Iron service listed as costing $10. As mentioned, their products and tools are extremely low quality, and they DO NOT sanitize products between use. Safe to say I will not return to this overpriced, low-quality salon.
