Great atmosphere! I’ve been a client for almost 4 years, they truly care about their regular customers. The only high end salon that offers quality lash extensions in Manhattan!

I had a fantastic experience with my first set of lash extensions. I was so comfortable I woke myself up snoring a few times. My lashes are beautiful, compliment my eye shape well, and dont look weirdly fake like Ive seen. Theyre very comfortable too. I honestly dont feel them at all.

The reviews sold the place but the lady who did my pedicure didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She did the wrong shape and almost put a different color to what I asked, after messing everything up the lady didn’t put a top coat on my nails so the nails were just matt. I’m really disappointed because the reviews said something different. I would not recommend this

My regular place cancelled last minute and I had an event next day, I called lashes on 5th and even though I am not a regular client, receptionist was so kind, she found a spot for me. The service was great, my tech was a Russian girl, I don’t remember her name, but she did an incredible job and even after a month I had a lot of lashes left.

✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨Now this is the story all about howMy LASH LIFE got flipped, turned upside down...I’ve been coming to Lo5 for ~6 years.My first visit was as a treat from my sister in my birthday. My sister got her first set as a treat from her BFF who was treated to hers as a birthday gift. When my BFF was turning 30, she planned a trip to NoLa and where did I take her for her first lash appointment? Lo5. You get the idea.After that first experience, I was sold. From the front desk person to the technician who helped me choose what was best for my budget, face and lifestyle to the extreme care during the actual application to the choose of music and decor - everything was perfect. Each time I fall asleep, each time it is the most relaxing sleep I’ve had in months, and each time I wake up more beautiful than I came in.Now this service is not cheap so I can only come in once or twice a year for a special occasion. That said, these techs are worth every penny and you should ABSOLUTELY tip them very well. My go-to is the Natural Set, C lashes in the Splash style.I’ve tried to other studios that fit my budget better, but none of them were as comfortable, professional or provided the quality of lash I was looking for.Today though, a young lady named Aya was my technician and I could not have been happier with how sweet and attentive she was.The studio has asked if I had a preferred technician and after 6 years of visits, I finally have that person. Thank you so much for a beautiful job and I am very excited to visit again soon!TL;DR This is the only studio I trust with my lashes and after today, I’ve found my favorite technician [Aya]. Because of her I may start to visit the studio more than 1-2 times per year.Thank you to everyone at the Lo5 team for all that you do and may you all stay safe!

My first time getting extensions, and they look so great. Very natural, and feel amazing! The experience was really pleasant, and quicker than expected!

Not sure how they have such great reviews, because my lashes came out very uneven and started falling out after a couple days. Its been 2 weeks and a significant proportion of the lashes have already fallen out (other lashes that Ive gotten last well over a month). Will need to get them redone very soon even though I just got them done 2 weeks ago. Definitely would not recommend given the amount youre paying for their service!

Don’t ever Book this establishment I’ve been going to disestablishment for six months now and I have never paid 146$$always go 2- three weeks and I currently changed it to 3 weeks todaythe front desk customer service told me I had to pay $146 I told her I’m not the one who booked my appointment I always booked for three weeks and not a monthshe insisted that I booked for a month and I didn’t book for a month but I paid the money because they were behaving very angry for the money I pay them $146 I’m not really am not going back there are savagesplease don’t go am warning you!!!!!worst place ever

Always incredible service!Ive gone to 4 eyelash extension places in Manhattan and none of them have gotten it right except for LashesOn5th!The skill-level and overall experience is just amazing.Just had the best shellac mani/pedi - Sara was fantastic, very good finish and lovely to talk to which I find rare now in so many salons. She chose the perfect holiday color for my nails, will definitely recommend and be back in a few weeks!

Wow. Amazing job on my eyelashes and super relaxing environment! So happy with the service and I will be going back. They have blankets, wine, a nice waiting room and offer a variety of services. They were so nice and appointments are easy to make. It does take around an hour though so be prepared!

The best there is! Seriously. The space is so serene and beautiful with comfy beds and super soft blankets so you can relax. But even better is the work here is incredible. My lash extensions last weeks longer then any other place I have gone before and the quality of the lashes are unmatched. Staffs are kind always also. I saw they have a happy hour. Once you come here you will not go anywhere else! :)

I LOVE Lashes on 5th. Im really particular, probably one of the most picky people youll meet as far as aesthetic and function, and I was really concerned about getting extensions done as Ive never done them before, but I am really thrilled! Jenna did mine, and she was absolutely amazing. She made really wonderful recommendations, they never pushed me to add to the service, I even booked an additional service and they talked me out of it because it would have been excessive and unnecessary, so it made me feel like they were really honest and all about the client and making the client look and feel the best. And they definitely went above and beyond. The facility, staff, and Jenna were incredibly professional, accommodating, sincere, and skilled, I would absolutely recommend them, and I already have. I have nothing but great words for them.

Have been going to Lasheson5th for couple month now , bought Groupon for my first appointment and been loving ever since then , it’s like addiction now to me waking up gorgeous with no make up on it’s just something very good for me , ask for mani at the same time it will save you time and money cuz it’s not even that pricey!

I love how the host gave me special attention. She really made sure I was happy asking exactly which lashes I wanted. Usually the other places hurry into deciding it, as if you are just one more number. There, they take your time, plus the lady host speaks great English making it much understandable too. The place is so beautiful. The beds are a little separated, they give you a blanket, and there is a background music that put me to sleep in a few minutes 🤪 so de decor is great and the service too. My lashes look great, I just put them in do I dont know how long they will last.

This is by far my favorite lash studio. They have an option for sensitive glue and my eyes do not get red or irritated as they normally would elsewhere. I have used Jenya and she does an incredible job. They also have deals for every day of the week. Highly recommend!

Great experience. They rediscovered my view for lashes. Before used to go very dramatic look, now it looks so natural and not fake. Loved their customer service, I left with big smile and beautiful lashes. Technician was very gentle, her hands were like butterflies. They also have 5 extra minutes of massage free. Fair prices, good location.

I have been getting extension for many years and this is one of the nicest places Ive ever been. Im in NY for a few months and knew Id need new lashes and needed to find somewhere comfortable, friendly and priced well and this is it! I am extremely happy with my lashes, after a quick consultation they are perfect. The beds are comfortable and the staff very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Ive been coming here for a little over a year. The first few months were fine, I started getting an allergic reaction to the glue around November and in the past few months (outside Covid closure period). I recently remember to ask if they changed the glue, they have not and actually recommended a sensitive glue they had. I came back today to try it out and well see how it works. I really appreciate how thoughtful they have been in caring for their customers generally speaking and reaching out to regulars right before they were opening to let us know.

This was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions and although this place had good reviews I was still worried at how they might turn out. However, I had nothing to be worried about at all! My eyelashes look incredible (I went for a natural look). All the staff were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable about their services.

I bought a groupon for lash extensions and Im so glad I did! The lashes are excellent quality, super light and very professionally done. The technician ended up being late (because were in NYC!) which was not an issue for me, but they offered me a manicure on my next visit to make up for it. That was a lovely gesture. The place has a nice ambience and is very clean. There are some building works going on in the main building, just FYI, but that cannot be helped. Im just booking my fills now as I was so impressed Im going back!

Mina has helped me transformed my hair!! Its my third session today and I did a cut and color, baggage. Shes such a sweet lady and her assistant hyunjin is so energetic and lively she always cheers me up :). Her cut is great and matched my expectations!

There were so many lash style options, and the staff was so friendly. Lashes are applied in a cubicle style area that was very clean and relaxing. Additionally, the technician applying my lashes was informative and gentle. I am definitely coming back here for my refill! Two thumbs up!

I just got my lashes done yesterday and I have to say that I am beyond satisfied with the way they look. I achieved exactly the look that I wanted which is amazing. I thank my technician for her attention to detail and the wonderful job she had done and also thanks to Sara for the relaxing foot massage. Their prices are great for such a professional work and high quality lashes which is another perk. Definetely will be coming back soon.

I have had my lashes done at a few locations in new york and my experience here was definitely the best. They did a really good job applying the lashes and they stayed on for a long time. I also think they looked better overall than when I have had it done at other locations. Great overall experience!

Went with 100 lashes in each eye with Groupon. It was my first time and I was nervous but they look AMAZING been 2 days and they look the same as when I left. My friends get them done their and they last 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend and will go back. Atmosphere was great too.

Beautiful place hands down but less satisfied with the lashes! My technician got glue in my eye, lashes were not full as asked and started falling out the first night.

I love this place and Jenya is sooooo good! This was my second time getting extensions and came out exactly how I wanted them AGAIN. My first time I was extremely nervous because I wasnt sure how they would come out. I showed Jenya a picture of what I wanted and right away she knew exactly what to do. I was VERY impressed & loved how they came out! Just like the picture! This place is very relaxing and they even give you a blanket. Definitely will be coming back more

Lashes on 5th get​ major thumbs up 👍 from me as I stopped by the last minute while I was in Flatiron district. Caroline the manager fit me in right away. Later she sat down next to me and helped me decide which eyelash look looks best for my eye shape. She notated all the information accordantly and passed it to the front desk ladies. Katerina did a phenomenal​ job with my lashes. Lashes on 5th rocks I can give them star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 if there was an option.

I went to lashes on 5th yesterday to get my lashes done and added on a mani and pedi service. My mani and pedi was wonderful, however, I get my lashes done rather frequently and I told the lash tech exactly what I wanted and the lengths I usually use, during the consultation. When she was done, I noticed the lashes were shorter than what I requested (11-12mm with some 13mm between). I did not come here on a groupon voucher and expected to get what I paid for. In all I paid $221. Including the add on charge for a mani and pedi.. I won’t be visiting this place again

I got my lashes done for the fifth time today and it was super great as usual! The environment is clean and relaxing and the lashes always last at least 3 weeks or longer.

Came to visit NY couple weeks ago needed to get m lashes done, perfect location right next to my hotel and close to all tourist spots staff is nice and friendly got 30% off my first visit hopefully will get back to the city when they havin discount day lol , oh and people who lives in the city ask them for their membership its pretty good deal and lashes are worse it

My Overall Experience Was A Good One!This is a late rating/review as I went about a month ago! I liked that they provided sample pictures of diffrent lash types & lengths as that really helped me decide! I purchased on Groupon & did an up grade once in the salon. Was a good choice lashes lasted for 3 weeks before starting to shed. Much longer than I thought as Im sort of ruff when washinf my face. I believe the last lashes were scrubbed off about 6 weeks later & for this reason its worth the price. I have an appointment next week for my birthday! Wish me luck with the 2nd set! 😊

They serve wine while you wait! my lashes were great and took a little over an hour, but my friends took two full hours (for the exact same thing), which was a little annoying.

My lashes started falling out the first day I got them and were almost all out in 2 weeks.
