I have been getting my lashes done for over 3 years and this was the worst fill. My lashes started falling out in less than 24 hours and they are still falling out. Now I have to go somewhere else the same week and have them redone. This was a complete a waste of $90+! Terrible waste of time and money.

Ive been going to Lashwell for almost a year now on a monthly basis and every time I am amazed at how attentive the service is and how great my eyelashes look after the appointment. Theres always soothing music in the background to help me stay relaxed during the appointment and they even put an hydrating undereye mask while they do your lashes. The value to quality ratio is as good as it gets in NYC.

I am really disappointed with the look of my lashes. It looks like I barely have any. I purchased the 90 lashes per an eye and it looks like I have 5. I need to put mascara on, which I did not want. Real waste of money. I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed in a service in my life. The place is nice the staff are pleasant but they did not deliver on what I was requesting. They shld have advised thAt they cld not do it, as I had emailed them prior to making the appointment. I’m going to have to buy pharmacy lashes to apply to attend this wedding. They were not accommodating, instead they wanted to charge me $25 extra to add my lashes. I feel so heartbroken because I was skeptical about trusting an Asian establishment with my lashes needs. Now I will never go to one again. Businesses would do better if they set transparent expectations and misleading clients.

I asked for 90 lashes, & I came out there looking like I had 10 extra lashes, not 90 pieces. Total time to do my lashes normally takes me an hr, this literally lasted 45 mins. Very thin appliance,& after two days they are falling off. Trying to call back to see if I can get them filled in, no one has answered yet. I don’t recommend this place.

Lashwell!! A professional,clean,friendly staff!! This place is simple,small but very clean and elegant setup. And they have a private room.I came on a monday around noon two times and I checked in little bit early so i had to wait until my appointment time which is not a problem. While I waited i was offered complimentary drink. Its like herb tea. Katie always sit with me to discuss my options and what would look best and natural. I always go for natural look and result was great!! She know what she is doing !! Very skillful !! And fast !!!The entire process took about 1hr15-20mins .Overall I had a great time experience and definitely be back again :) Thanks lashwell !!
