I had heard of Envious Lashes because the LI location is close to where I live. I went to the NYC location because it is close to my job. Bianca the receptionist was super helpful and understanding as I had to reschedule my appointment a few times, at both the LI and NYC location. She changed it for me more than once no problem!The studio is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. I never got anything done to my lashes before and Katie the technician was thorough and explained everything to me. The extensions came out exactly how I wanted! My lashes look longer, darker and thicker while still looking natural. I am obsessed and I am now adding lash extensions into my beauty upkeep! I will be back soon for sure!

I’ve been going to this location for 3 years. I went last month and it was great….. Today was very disappointing, I usually look forward to my appointment. Not this time! I had a terrible experience with Christine P. She ripped the tape 2x off my right upper eyelid. Which felt like we was waxing and hair without the warning. She also leaned on my head as she worked on my eye. The end of the appt she says to me, oh she was a little right today. My eye lid still burns. I left today feeling vulnerable and unhappy. My lashes look mediocre. Ive only ever had a fabulous experience, now I feel like I won’t be going back. Over $200 to be physically hurt, no thanks and never again.

I had exposure to COVID-19 and had to cancel my appointment but was told it was still okay to come in spite of the exposure. They still wanted to charge me a cancellation fee of $75 because it was less than 24 hours, when Id only been notified of the exposure the previous evening. NYS mandates a 10 day quarantine after exposure in spite of vaccination. No one at their front desk including their owner wears a mask (even though its still heavily recommended to by NYS when indoors) and it feels like they encourage you to remove your mask. Ive gone to so many other businesses who stress the importance of still protecting the safety of their clients and I cant in good conscious support a business that doesnt seem to care about the pandemic and putting others at risk.

This was my first experience getting extensions ever. When I got there the lady said that she couldn’t do my lashes because they were over processed. These are my natural lashes. I rarely wear mascara, so they weren’t over processed, whatever that meant. It turns out the issue was my natural lashes were too curly for her liking. Another technician tried to do my lashes since the other girl couldn’t but her boss-Clementina texted her and told her not to do my lashes. What all the drama was about was beyond me. Nonetheless, I traveled all the way from upstate New York and couldn’t get my lashes done. And there was no apology or discount nothing for the inconvenience. This was a horrible experience.

Love getting my lashes done here, but I will no longer go here for my lashes. The company insists on charging you for a full set if you get a fill after 23 days even if you only need the number of eyelashes in a fill - they don’t assess whether or not you need a new set or just a fill based on what is currently on your lashes.

I have been going to EL for a while to the Commack location. I recently had a visit for a lash refill in the NYC office. I should’ve stayed at the Commack location. I get there earlier than my appointment & taken back early (woohoo) They assign me to a new inexperienced tech which I didn’t find out till the end. First, she took almost 10 min to start because she realized what lashes I had in my set and told me she was uncomfortable doing the volume lashes. I said that’s fine as long as you can replicate the certain look I’m asking for and she said yes.She finally begins and takes literally an hour on my left eye. I was upset. Fast forward 2 hours and 10min later she’s finally done. I was not happy with the finished product. One eye was full while the other looked so thin & they didn’t appear to be uniformed. She tells me it wasn’t gonna be full l, that my own lashes were thin and sparse, I should purchase their $40 lash nourishing serum. Maybe if I didn’t have to pay over a $100 and maybe if they looked decent and maybe if I didn’t spend over 2 hours there I would’ve been more inclined to purchase it but I was tired and frustrated and just wanted to go home.I called the next day to voice my complaints to the manager who advised me she needed to speak with the owner first. I received no call back but an email that went to my spam folder which I found out at almost 7pm that evening after I called them to follow up.It basically said I was undercharged for my previous services at the Commack location for the lashes I was receiving, I’m not getting compensated for the botched up job and I have poor natural eyelashes. So basically nothing is getting done about the poor experience I had. No apology for the excessive time I spent at the appointment, no offer to fix the lashes nothing! This is bad business and terrible customer service..I was happy and proud to support a black owned business, but I will no longer be coming to this establishment, they have to do better. There are other lash extension places around. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. And to be clear I’m not against inexperienced people working, they have to learn sometime, but nothing was attempted to be done to rectify the situation. Not even an apology.

Booking appointments is easy, the staff is friendly and the owner (Clementina) not only knows what she is doing but is an expert who ensures a standard and quality of service across the board. I appreciate that service, lashes in my case, isnt just about a temporary function but about fit, look, and the health of my natural lashes. 💯

Tina is a lash specialist genius! She appropriately examined my lashes, advised what she would apply and styled them exactly as I wished. A true artist, an expert at her craft and an incredibly fantastic person to boot! The experience in the salon is relaxing, warm and friendly..Im there every two weeks to get a lash refill, but could easily go longer because theyre so easy to maintain. Highly recommend visiting Envious Lashes Salon and booking an appointment with the lovey Tina.

I saw the live feed on Facebook a while back and the models lashes looked so good, I became obsessed with getting mine done! I booked an appointment. Originally, I was going to get the starter set but I upgraded and they look fantastic! Lisa was amazing!! She did a WONDERFUL job. I felt like a goddess after Lisa was done. The salon is clean and pretty. The team is lovely. They were warm and friendly. Its been two weeks and my daughter is still calling me Bambi... I cant wait to go back for my refills! Hurry and make your appointment. Lisa will glam you up, I promise!

Let me just say Tina is the best. This place is really clean and all of the staff are very friendly. I have gone to Tina both times that Ive done my extensions and I do not have any complaints. The lashes have lasted up to 4 weeks for me, not saying that some dont fall off because they do. But both times I still had most of the lashes by week 3. It really depends on how you take care of them and i think waiting 72 hours before u wet them at all is crucial. Ive read about other places and how good they are, however when I see pictures and think back to the quality of what mine look like after getting them done, I realize I cant cheat on envious lashes, they are definitely the best.

Ive had lashes done all around the world and Envious Lashes really is outstanding - super clean and neat offices, and these professionals are masters of their craft. I have been getting lash extensions for over 6 years now. I have been to many different salons within those 6 years too... With that being said, I love this place. Its comfortable, clean, friendly, professional. I found my perfect go-to-forever stylist, VIVIAN. She is skillful, friendly, witty, has a light touch (I end up sleeping most of the time) and always blows my mind with the result. I have challenging lashes as well - short and sparse. What a magician she is! Ha. Everyone I have met at Envious Lashes has great vibes. Oh, and the owner / founder Clem has designed all her own products, from the lashes and glue to the conditioners etc. which are top of the line. HIGHLY recommended.

Came here to get my lashes done for my birthday, and it was definitely a great experience. The receptionist offered me Wine or Water, and Rosé while I waited. My tech was super friendly and we spoke about what I was looking for. The price is definitely expensive and above average for what I usually pay, but I figured I would treat myself. I think it’s worth it for special occasions but not something I would fully invest myself with every two weeks.

The creme de la creme of lashes... I have been wearing lashes for close to 6 years and nothing compares to Envious Lashes. Clemmy is skilled and precise and extremely sociable... I always leave smiling and feeling glamorous. She is truly a talented lash artist who provides excellent services and will make you feel like a million bucks. Ive been seeing Lisa for my eyelashes for several months now and Ive been more and more pleased every time I return. Lisa is so sweet and professional, shes got a great calming vibe (usually I can fall asleep lol, but shes lovely to chat with too). She always asks for my feedback and I feel like weve worked out the perfect set. I always get so many compliments and people cant believe how convincingly real my lashes are. I love the ease of eyelash extensions and Im afraid Ill never go back to mascara. Its an expense, yes, but totally worth it. Save your delicate eye/eyelid area from harsh mascara removal and save some time too!As far as the facilities, theyre clean and bright. The whole staff is friendly and accommodating. I booked my first experience with lash extensions right before a big event, and Clementina was amazing. She is a true artist. 9 days later and they still look great! I can roll out of bed and happily go out the door when it used to take me forever to do my eye makeup. LOVE.

I’ve always been very picky with how I want my lashes to look and they get it right every single time. The results are stunning and their products are top of the line. I get compliments all the time on my lashes - right after refills and even when I’m due for a refill! I honestly wouldn’t recommend any other place in NYC because Envious Lashes is the best it gets!

I came for lash removal only. The receptionist is sweet and remember to call me when there was an earlier appt available. The girl who took off my lashes done somewhere else was very nice too and did a great job. I would definitely come back if I ever decide to try lash extensions again.

OMG Tina! If you have never got your lashes done by Tina, you are missing out for sure! She is THE BEST lash stylist! She makes my eyes pop and styles lashes to my eyes perfectly. The rest of the staff is so sweet and kind. Ive been to other lash places recommended by friends and it was the biggest mistake. I literally came running back to Tina the next day and brought all my friends with me. They too can see how truly amazing Tina is at her job and fell in love with her work. Friendly welcome in lovely salon. These lashes are pricey and take a while but the results are worth it! Far better than average salon lashes Ive had in the past. I now have 6 lashes for each of my natural ones. Eyes look amazing.

I had an horrible experience with them. I went to them because of the good reviews. I got my upper and lower extensions done. when she did my lower extensions my eyes turned red and she told me it ll go away. This was the first time i had a reaction like this ever from extensions. I went home and it got worse, i called back and they told me to come back tomorrow and they will take a look. When i came back, she said i might need to take them off and we will do with sensitive glue. I had a flight to catch so i said can u do when i come back for refill. She agreed and said either they will give me refund or do it again for free. Two weeks later when i came back it was a different girl and she said she cant do bottom lashes and neither they will give me refund. I had got more than $300 service done from them and they didnt even had the courtesy to refund $90 for bottom ones. Never going back.

Clementine the owner has no sense of service skills nor talent. I experienced the lack of service myself and saw the clients which got their lashes done by her. No Talent! Front desk lady, Sophia is unaware of anything as all she states is I dont know with not making an attempt to find out. Tina the technician is unprofessional. She does not know how to interact with the clients as she walked out the door in the middle of the conversation. Clementine, stated they only do celebrity clients and even if I had to pay a lot their answer is still the same. The privilege of being and living in America is that we the people are all equal. Being said that as a Manhattan Legal Digital Blogger I did not accept such verbal assault. The elevator in the building does not work. Taking the stairs to the 19th floor was not an option as the stairs doors was not an option. Out of client courtesy, there should be a note with instructions on how to go to the 19th fl in the lobby. An apology for the inconvenience of the elevator and closed stair door is mandatory. Danielle the publicist is not responding. She has zero knowledge in publicity or media. This business is unacceptable. Glad I didnt get my lashes done, they are negligent with client services I can only imagine with hand on service. Clementina is an extremely talented artist and as gentle and precise as a surgeon. Ive had my lashes done for 5 years at various places and Ive never had such a gentle and expert application. Clemey first spent time with me to find out what kind of a look I wanted. She really listened and asked pointed questions. Then she examined my lashes and made some suggestions. After a relaxing and fun hour, (Clemey is adorable and full of personality as well as beautiful) she gave me exactly what I wanted! To top it off, her suggestions were spot on and made me look years younger! Beautiful lashes, years younger...Im a client for life! If youre looking for eye lash extensions, this is THE place to go!
