Really disappointed in the service I’ve received here. The last time I was at this salon was right before the pandemic when I had long hair and I got a slick press, it came out beautifully. This time I had really short hair only like 3in -4in. My trim was $55! I should of declined but I needed my hair done for a wedding.Showed the stylist a photo. The style was similar to a 90s tony Braxton look. After she was done I didn’t really like it but I also knew I needed to get used to seeing my hair short and straight. She told me to wrap it at night, the worst advice! Unwrapped my hair this morning and of course it didn’t lay into any kind of style. Then I notice how she “trimmed” my hair it is all over in the back. Thicker and longer on one side. I can’t wear my hair like this to the wedding so $155 wasted!

Worst place ever to get a wig install. This place is great for natural hair styles perhaps or silk wraps but wig installation.. not the place. They rush the process they tried to over charge you for something you literally could have looked on YouTube and copied.. I literally cried it was probably the worst experience ever like no type of plucking or tinting.. the curls weren’t even tight.. stay away if you want wig installation!!

Love the vibe, the atmosphere was relaxing and the people was fantastic. My stylist Jackie, I just cant thank her enough. My hair was just what I wanted. I got a haircut with karina .the first time my haircut look fantastic. The second time I went for a shape up karina gave me a haircut that’s horrible. It’s not faded right . I have to wait for it to grow out to fix it .the salon is wonderful pricey, but really nice . Karina Maybe had a bad day but I wish it wasn’t done on my head . I don’t think I will be going back their . For $125 my haircut should always be fabulous

Went for a blowout. it was quick but my hair is extremely extremely dry. it feels like straw. i wish the stylist used more conditioner when blowing my hair out. i hope this doesnt result in any heat damage

The staff is very professional and the shop is clean. But their services are well overpriced!!! The person who did my color did not seem knowledgeable on coloring hair and of course the color came out wrong. She tried to correct it by using an additional color and charge me for both colors ($120) plus the silk press. GO TO THE DOMINICANS. They do a much better job for 1/3 of the price. Just tell DR to cut down on the heat.

My go to salon since taking g out my locs a little over a year ago. Lolita Id great. She knows my hair and makes sure I walk out looking and feeling great.

I waited 2 hours to be charged $125 for a simple condition, trim and silk press. STILL TOO MUCH. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else.

Just left this amazing place! Staff was very nice from the moment I walked in. I was promptly taken to the area I would be seen. I was offered something to drink and chose to have a mimosa. I was taken care of by Rose and she was great! She went through the pricing with me to make sure I wouldn’t have any surprises in the end. She also made sure to let me know how I could better hydrate my hair in it’s curly state. The first pic is before I trimmed my hair. I’ve been transitioning to my natural hair for about 3 years now and was nervous about heat damage. I made sure to do a protein steam treatment to prep my hair for heat. I didn’t smell burnt hair during my process and that made me feel at ease. I would def come back. Good job Honey Salon!! DISCLAIMER: this place is very pricey because everything is charged separately. Be prepared for a hefty bill.Day 3: my hair is still bouncy and shiny even after all the rain and humidity.

I am never disappointed when I visit this salon. Very clean and professional. My stylist name is Jackie and she does marvelous work. She has cut my hair, dyed it copper, and today gave me highlights. She always gives me tips to up keep my hair at home. I see such a difference with my hair now that she is my stylist. I am completely thankful for this new look she gave me.

I love Shawn. He has been my stylist fir a while now. He is welcoming, efficient and asks questions to ensure he gives you the look you want. Overall the Salon prices are a bit pricey but I like that im in and out, its clean and I get a class of champagne to boot!

Whew Chile! The photos below show my hair today after the following services: wash, steam conditoning treatment, silk press, and trim. In at 10:00 am and out by 12:30 with no waiting. Ive been coming to Honey Salon since 2018. Helen has been my stylist/colorist and the only professional that has touched my hair during this time from wash to style. For those that hair type, Im 4c/4b. My hair is thriving. At Honey Salon I typically get custom color and a silk press every six months and in between Ill get trims every 8 weeks. My curl pattern has changed a tiny bit due to the color process, some 4cs are now a bit 4b, but my hair integrity has not. I have NO breakage, my ends arent split like crazy. SSKs are minimal. When I style my hair at home its a nice little kinky coily fro and my shrinkage is intact. Im a customer for life thanks to Helen. THIS SALON IS NOT OVERPRICED! Top tier personalized services should be compensated accordingly. ❤️🖤💚

I got a silk press from this place a month and a half ago and while it turned out nice and lasted long, I got heat damage on the front part of my natural hair. I have tried everything to fix it but it isnt going back to how it used to be. I am so upset because I have been growing my hair out for 5 years and now I have to cut it.

WORST AND MOST TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I came in for a weave removal and was told I could add a wash and go style for $35 or blow out for $55. I opted not for heat and went with a wash and go and this was how I left the salon. LITERALLY. I dont even know a salon in the city that would risk their reputation and let a client leave the salon through the front doors looking like this. For my wash and go a style that is supposed to wash and define curls, my wash and go came with no product on the hair, not even a gel or curling cream. The woman literally combed my hair and said all done. If i wasnt so stressed out about having to walk home like that, I would have asked for a manager in the store instead of running out. This salon clearly cannot do a natural hairstyle of a wash and go. I cannot believe I left a SALON looking like this and paid 94 DOLLARS. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I wanted to go home and cry my hair looked terrible. I am going to call back and request a refund. I would not recommend anyone going to this salon for a wash and go. I am just so disappointed. I even explained to the women that I was excited to do a wash and go because mine never came out well and she said okay great. Honey salon is not it. I will update this review for you all if they issue a refund for this 0/10 experience, so that you all do not have to go through what I did.UPDATE****manager called and said she could fix the style. I explained that I was home on a college break and did not have the time to go in again not trust anyone in there to touch my hair. She did not even offer store credit or a partial refund for the wash and go. Save your money and go elsewhere in Harlem. Natural sisters does a great job on natural hair. I never left that salon in tears.

She let me go with it though just this time because I didnt know but hm other than that everyone was nice and had good energy, very gentle with my natural 4c hair. I am not giving 3 stars based on styling, my stylist Helen did an amazing job on my highlights, treatment, trim, and silk press. She was transparent with the cost because it was expensive. I will absolutely go back just to go to her.Unfortunately, there was some issues with my experience. First when I made my appointment two days before the receptionist booked me for 8 AM when my stylist didnt come in until 9 AM. I waited an hour for my appointment. Also I was told one price by the receptionist that was not accurate. Lastly, unfortunately I was there for 10 hours (partially due to the amount/thickness of my hair). Nonetheless, Helen was very patient and didnt rush my service even though she had to take me and another client at the same time. She took her time and made sure my hair looked amazing!I do agree with other reviews though, do not come here if you are looking for a natural style.

Well, I calleda day b4 just to enquire about silk pressing. The male receptionist was everything. Upon my arrival I reminded him of my call. He suggested I speak with a female stylist who has the same first name as baseball great Robinson. I asked my brief questions and proceeded to the reception area. I selected a male stylist and the female stylist called the receptionist over to her and began whispering about me. Why did I ask her questions and selected another stylist. The nerve! She said some other things. She also had a client in her chair while embarrassing me. Once I left I immediately called and told the receptionist zi heard every word. I emailed the owner a week ago. NO RESPONSE. The very reason I stopped using Black salons. I cancelled my appointment and went back to the Dominicans....

Great experience! As upon arrival, they receptionist offer coffee, tea or mimosa!! The staff is very friendly and informative. I cant forget about the short wait!Love it,well I ordered green tea.My hair was severely damaged prior to my visit by the time the beautician was done, my hair felt Brand New!! The one star I am leaving is not due to the outcome of my hair. My hair came out amazing and the stylist did a great job, even though she was very aggressive while doing my hair. However there is obviously up charging going on at this salon not just based on my experience but the other reviews I have read.I came here once three months ago and was over charged for a trim that I requested. They charged me for a full hair cut ($55) when I specifically said I wanted less than half of an inch trimmed off my hair. The stylist never went over pricing with me and when I explained this to the women at the front desk she said I could have $20 off my next visit.After this experience, I did not go back and found another stylist but they were not available today. I ended up going back to Honey Salon to give it another chance and I was again over charged.The women suggested that I trim some of my ends and even took a picture to show me why she recommended this. I agreed that it did need some trimming but explained that last time I was overcharged and did not want the same thing to happen. She assured me she was not going to take off any length and just take off some dead ends. She said that a trim is $55 and a hair cut is $85, which is different from the pricing that I was given last time. The stylist made it seem like I was not going to be charged for a trim or a full haircut and she was just going to take off a minimal amount of hair. When I finally get to the register to pay I was charged $55 and when I asked why they said it was for a trim which is absolutely ridiculous. After I went over how this happened to me last time, the woman at the register offered to only charge me $25 which is for a dusting, what I initially thought I was getting.I am happy I was able to get a realistic resolution but will not come back here. They have lost my trust and lack professionalism and transparency.

The service is over price and not worth it. Over the phone I was told that I would pay a total fee of $55 however that was not true the grand total was $120 for my hair being trimmed I wasn’t told that washing my hair and my hair being styled are two different price. Do not waste your time.

Nice looking salon and very clean. I think my stylist did a great job on my silk press but she talked me into doing a $35 protein treatment to help sooth my very dry scalp that ended up flaking up the very next day. Its also important to know that outside of the reasonable $25 deposit theres $35 take down fee no matter if its 20 or 2 braids; Im indifferent about their $25 late fee after the first 15 minutes..

As someone who hasn’t been in a salon in over 3 years, I was not comfortable with the experience (went on 09/04/20). I was told over the phone, the stylist would show me how much they trim before cutting and tell me about all of the services beforehand. She didn’t (and got the prices wrong, higher at checkout). I felt the stylist did not treat my natural hair with gentleness. If there was a tangle, she simply yanked the comb through. I always finger detangle any knots because usually they’ll come undone if you take a little time and extra care. I had so much more hair on the floor from her than when I do it myself. I could hear my hair snapping as she did it. She also didn’t consult with me before the trim. Since I was getting a twist out, I had my hair blow dried and trimmed before she twisted. I think this made it easy to cut a lot more. I was just praying she knew what she was doing because she assured me she was the specialist for twistouts. First of all, I did not have a middle part, it’s a diagonal. Secondly, it came out so bad. If I can figure out how to upload pictures, I will show how my hair used to look and how it was after I took her twists out (I told her this would be taken down the next day). There’s no way she has clients that have taken down this style and it looked good. I cried. I won’t mention my stylist’s name because she was nice (also why I gave 2 stars). Also alllllll of my friends go here and recommended this place to me so clearly they know how to do a silk press. BUT listen to the other reviews (like I should have): IF YOU HAVE NATURAL HAIR AND WANT A NATURAL STYLE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

Previous review: Brenda always does a great job on my hair. Nicole, I think her names is, is also good. Im natural and they treat my very kinky hair more gently than the Dominican salons. And its pretty quick compared to the Dominicans. An appointment means something here! Their cuts and treatments are a but pricey though

So...I completely lucked out when I discovered this salon that does natural hair. Lolita was quite patient, knowledgeable and informative. I was a no heat natural who had gone without a real cut since my big chop on 11.2014. I had a devacut earlier this year, but had more knots than before.I went here bc I was celebrating my birthday while in town and wanted something special. I decided to go with a silk press but was worried about potential heat damage. Lolita walked me through the entire process and also told me my wash-n-go would fare better because of the cut.She did not lie! My natural has never looked so beautiful and healthy. Plus, I felt special on my bday. Will be returning to Honey Salon in NYC from Miami Beach just to get my hair maintained here and by Lolita. Thanks so much!

Definitely love the atmosphere. There was a y’all pretty girl that offered me tea. When I walked in the secretary was attentive and I didn’t wait long to start my appointment (loved this). However when I got to my stylist she was on her phone. Said immediately that I needed all these treatments and it felt like an up charge. When I say to get washed a really nice man offered to explain what all the treatments included and why each was different and what would be best.Then when I sat under the dryer he had to get the attention of the stylist to come get me. Towards the end she was a bit nicer but her attitude was so off putting I will definitely make an appointment with the gentlemen that was helping me.Not only did he explain what each was while styling his clients he literally had no one get out his chair that didn’t look fabulous after.Go to him! I’ll be booking my next appointment with set stylist.

Have been going here for several years and consistently received excellent service and hair care. Shawn is my stylist and has seen my hair through thriving times and stressful times and masterfully kept me with healthy beautiful hair. When first coming to Honey, I relaxed my hair, but Shawn convinced me to transition and I did not have to do the big chop.

The 2 stars were for being serviced as soon as I walked in with no wait & my shampoo tech, who was amazing. Also they take apple pay which I loved. My stylist, Michelle, did not want to work that day - and it showed. Food smells and an upkept workspace should not be an issue when im paying 80$ for a silk press. I needed my ends clipped and even though the website said 25$, Michelle informed me that the price was wrong and thats for her returning clients and that I needed a 55$ cut, which actually I wouldnt have minded if i felt appreciated or relaxed in her chair, neither of which were the case. I am actually a stylist myself and the number one rule is when you have a client, keep convos professional and short...another memo missed by my stylist. Overall I would say find somewhere else. During a pandemic when every outside encounter could be fatal..im sad i wasted one here.

I absolutely love Honey Hair Salon!! I was in a desperate search for a salon to install my weave. After doing a google search I found Honey and I’m so happy I did! Everyone from the receptionist to Michelle who installed my weave was absolutely amazing. Everyone was polite & professional. The salon is clean & well kept. Great location! I will definitely recommend & visit again when I’m in town.

Amazing experience for my 11 year old daughter and I. Best wash and deep condition and blowout we have had in a while! Sidney was our hair dresser and she was super personable and professional and took time to listen to what we wanted and needed and then exceeded our requests! We are new to the area and we have confirmed that we have found our new stylist! The salon space is warm and welcoming as well as you are greeted upon entry by the staff and they offer beverages as well! Very much satisfied! We will return! Thank you Sidney! I had an amazing experience. Truly I did. The moment I walked in the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I didn’t know what to expect but the women who set my appointment at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was seen by Sean and I have nothing but great things to say about his talent, skills, and professionalism. He took good care of my hair and gave me recommendations on how to treat and care for it on my own. He also told me what hair products to use and stop using and why. Expensive, but if you care for your hair and want good results, the cost is worth every penny.

I scheduled an appointment online and loved my experience. I have thick natural hair and wanted a tapered cut. After being shampooed, conditioned and sitting under the steamer, my stylist Nicole went to work. She asked what i wanted and was attentive to my responses. She even asked if I had a picture of what I was looking to get and I did. I left the salon under 2 hours very satisfied with my results.

Wonderful experience. Ive been looking for a home salon for quite some time as previous experiences (even high end ones) leave me dismayed by the lack of attentiveness and time consuming nature of black salons. But, this was different! Sean and the rest of the staff at Honey Salon made this a worthwhile experience. Amazing service, care, knowledge of hair and it was fun! I will definitely be going back.

Amazing service! Nicole works wonders with my hair and Aura gives the best wash! Open on Sundays which is a game changer for my schedule. Everyone is incredibly friendly, funny and it’s a relaxing environment with great music. Mimosas while you sit under the dryer. I highly recommend it for your next style.

Finally a salon experience where I feel valued, taken care of and, above all, respected. This place is amazing; My 4C hair are respected and my time is respected! This transition from relaxer to natural hair has been pretty seamless thanks to key stylist Brenda. Shes super talented at what she does but also offers way to keep upkeep on your own at home. This place is worth the trek from Brooklyn.

I went to Honey salon for the first time on Friday, 1/4/2019. I had a 10:30am appointment with Brenda, who was on time. Brenda is very professional and knowledgeable. I told her the issues I was experiencing with my hair, and she knew exactly what was needed to treat my hair. I received a cut, protein treatment and a Demi-permanent color and my hair turned out fabulous! Thank you so much Brenda, your are amazing! I will definitely be going back. Everyone in the salon was courteous and professional.

140 dollars for a trim & the worst silk press of my life that didn’t last day. I will never visit this establishment ever again.

Professional staff, clean environment, on-time service

I normally am in and out but on this visit it was a little busy which you would expect for the holidays. I bring that up as a positive because the stylists and receptionist made sure that you were comfortable. Tea and drinks were offered, apologies made and my stylist Nicole kept her customers moving. The bottom line is the wait did not bother me and my hair looked amazing as always. I highly recommend Honey Salon. They do all grades and lengths of hair. The stylists are very professional and the environment is clean and calming. There full attention is on you, the customer.

This was my first visit to the Salon and I just loved it. All the staff are so welcoming going above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable offering you soft drinks it was just amazing. Then it came to my stylist “Brenda” she is now my new one and only. She took time to evaluate my hair and scalp she alpplied all services with care and concern her hands are blessed. She is so gentle. Honey is the place to go for good hair care.

I came across honey salon maybe 5years ago and will never go elsewhere! So thankful for this salon and Nicole. Nicole is the ultimate stylist! She will never leave you unslayed! Not only is she amazing at keeping my hair healthy, long and silky smooth... she is a fun and great person to be around. Prices are always reasonable and the experience is always phenomenal!

I spent more time waiting to be washed/dried. They are extremely expense and are not good with Natural Hair Styles. There are 6 to 8 dryers total and 4 to 5 sinks. They have a very larger clientele. Waited over an hour to dry and well over an hour and a half to wash. I had a 10am appointment and I left there at 3pm. I spent over $365 for my daughter and my hair. My daughter had a silk press done. My daughter silk press didnt last a whole hour after arriving home. I had my hair colored and Rod set and the curls were dry and flaky. My color only last 2 weeks. I would not recommend this salon. They are a rip off. They charge you for everything separate. Wash, color, rod set, etc. I had to wash my hair the next day and restyle it myself. It was a waste of my money and time.

This was an amazing salon experience. I arrived to my appointment on time and Michelle was ready. She asked me my preferences and helped me choose the perfect style. She washed, steamed, installed and styled my hair in two hours. I left so happy and cannot wait to come back.

I was really impressed with this salon! I stumbled upon them on Instagram and decided to take a chance on them. I have been looking for a good salon/stylist for a while and Ive continued to be disappointed with other nearby salons.From my first conversation with the receptionist prior to my appointment to the end of my appointment, I was completely satisfied with their level of service.The shop is kept clean and tidy, which I love. I was serviced as soon as I arrived. There was no long wait, which is typical of many salons. My stylist, Lolita was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared to help me get my hair back on track. She explained everything she was doing and gave me tips on how to maintain my hair between visits.I was so satisfied with the service I received that I will be returning every 2 weeks to have Lolita take care of my hair.This place is run professionally and I love that!

For NATURAL girls DETANGLE YOUR OWN HAIR before coming in. They either dont know how OR dont care enough to do it properly. She grabs huge sections of WET hair and pulls the comb thru. I heard my hair being ripped apart. Think of the sound threads make when popping😡NEVER AGAIN. Then she looked at me crazy when I said something. Tons of my hair in the trash. I feel so violated.Its my own fault for not knowing. I know better now tho!

It was a hospitable,quiet and pleasant experience for me. The receptionist Crystal was warm, friendly and very professional.My stylist Michelle is my new Hair friend. I definitely will be going back for all of my hair needs and will be bringing my daughters too.

Excellent customer service, everyone from the stylists to the receptionists is professional and sweet. Im fairly particular about my hair (who isnt, especially us naturals), and am vocal about how I want it washed and conditioned and combed in a way that maintains health above style. At other salons they make me feel my preferences are less than welcome, but at Honey its the opposite they genuinely want to know how best to serve me and care for my hair. Nicole is my stylist and shes awesome, she is gifted and she doesnt waste time. I also appreciate the small things they do like offer me a drink when I come in! They treated me like a regular from the first day I came in.

This place is...okay. The stylist I continue being assigned takes a really long time to do my hair. I understood it there first time because I had an install, but the second time was just a wash and style. My beautician in Chicago takes 45 minutes tops and I was at Honey’s for maybe 2.5 hours. The shop is not well maintained either and sometimes people give you water and sometimes it seems like an afterthought.The pros however is that my scalp has never been cleaner and their conditioning machine made my weave feel like brand new. They do start on time as well which is good and I do like the online booking system.

A++ experience for both me and my daughter. We arrived about 10 minutes before our appt time and were seated at the shampoo stations right away. The receptionists were very sweet. Lolita was amazing. She was so informative. She told me how to care for our hair at home. Exceptional service.

I went to Honeys hair salon yesterday for a first visit to get a hair treatment and color. My appointment was with Nicole. The place was clean and well organized. Everyone was nice. The total cost of my visit was $130.00 not including the tip; $30 for a hair rinse using a $5 bottle of Clairol hair color, $45 for a hair treatment and $55 for Shampoo Condition and style. I explained to Nicole that I wanted a rinse because I did not want too much harsh chemicals in my hair. Nicole advised on a hair treatment with protein, she got the assistant to do the wash, color and treatment. Nicole said let’s use Beautiful Black for the color, I said no, I do not want black, I want dark brown. Nicole told the assistant the color to use. As I sat in the wash chair the assistant was about to apply the hair color first. I got up out of the chair, we both walked over to Nicole and I asked, Nicole arent you supposed to do the treatment first and do the color after, it’s just going to rinse the color out?, Nicole explained to her do the treatment in two parts, add the color to the second part, you can mix them together, then rinse it out. After the treatments and color, Nicole asked me to sit in her chair, she put mousse in my hair, combed my hair, put me under the dryer for 5 minutes, put a part in my hair, asked me if I liked it and we were done. My natural hair is very curly, dry or wet there isnt much difference in appearance so real styling to do. Today, the day after my visit, I’m looking at my hair in the mirror and it’s black, not dark brown; with several patches of grey. I do feel the treatment was helpful. For the $130.00 I paid (not including tips), I expected at least the professional application of the products being used on my hair. If I owned a salon, I would not charge $30 to apply a $5 off the shelf product to a customer’s hair. I do understand there is a cost for the service itself but … I also would not and do not blame the assistant; her employer is responsible to ensure she is properly trained for a task she is expected to perform. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this salon.

Excellent place! Coffee/tea/mimosa while you wait, very clean, very professional.More importantly, my hair was really taken care of. Im natural and so Im always leery of new places, but we discussed what I wanted, I was advised on what would be best and my preferences were listened to. My hair looks healthier than it has in a long time.

This place is just FABULOUS. The whole staff is wonderful and talented. You can go there eyes closed. ( Oh and they offer you mimosas but shhhh its our secret) I always go to see Nicole aka Lolita but everyone there is fierce, kind and funny!

I did not have a good experience. Although the salon is upscale & a nice atmosphere the outcome was just not worth the money. I was a walk in & I basically wanted a wash blow out & straightening! The lady basically told me that my hair is too natural & will not hold the straightening!!! She told me she would give my hair a “treatment” to later find out that it was just a hot oil treatment. She littetally trimmed my hair & that was 55 & then she charged me another 55 to part my hair & sit me under the dryer. I’ve had short hair for about 10yrs now & I know it cost but their prices are just outrageous & not worth it at all!!!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! I was unsatisfied & highly disappointed!! I was also upset because she pretty much told me my hair is nappy (“too natural”) & I HAVE to get a perm.. guess natural isn’t for everybody!!!

I have been coming to this salon for 6 years. I moved to New Jersey last year, and I still come here to get my hair done. I see Brenda (and Alysha), who always does a phenomenal job on my hair. Shes very methodical, and interested in helping your hair become healthy (not just making it look pretty). The online appointment system makes scheduling a snap. The best black salon in Harlem, hands down.

I do not trust ANYONE with my hair. And I am not really the type of person to write a review but I give credit where it is due. I have had nothing but good things to say about this salon, I actually found out about them while doing research for natural hair salons and I have not been disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxing, and I have seen everyone leave there satisfied. If you are looking for someone to do your natural hair (my hair type is 4B/4C) then you should give this place a try.

Very unprofessional , gel was used on my natural hair makes me wonder where did they get their license to style hair from Definitely would not recommend!

After a cancellation with a previous salon my cousin recommended me to Honey Salon where i was introduced to Lolita. She made me feel at home, talked me through every step that she did. The environment was warm and friendly.

Honey salon saved me!!! I called last minute to book an appointment for my daughters special event and they were extremely accommodating and friendly. The appointment was scheduled for 12:45 and guess what, she was in the chair at 12:45. Everyone was friendly and gentle with her, they took there time and made her feel comfortable. I asked her if it hurt at any point and she said no which was shooking considering she doesn’t like to get her hair done. The end result was beautiful, her natural hair was silky, smooth and didn’t smell like burnt hair as some salons have left it. I think I’ve found our new salon. Professional, friendly, and reliable.

Wonderful experience... my first time getting a silk press, I had the privilege of having lolita doing my hair... I felt beyond comfortable and loved my end results.. I will be coming back ...

The salon was well kept and in a convenient location. However, my stylist Natoshia Ellzey was shocked that I wore my natural 4C hair and made a comment as it being “virgin”. All the stylist had weaves or straight hair. Definitely, not natural hair friendly with the products they use because my hair was very flaky. Little knowledge on natural hair styles but, specializes in weaves or hair straightening. The area surrounding it is extremely gentrified and I will not be going here to receive services again. A little disappointed because a friend recommended me to come there.

Fast and efficient service by Brenda and Nicole, the two stylists Ive seen, but everyone there is good at what they do. The salon itself is beautiful and immaculate and they serve you water and mimosas! Oh, and of course my hair is tossed!

My hair was washed, massaged, conditioned and steamed by Aura the salon assistant. My head felt so good afterward. Then my hair was flat twisted by Lolita into an updo which I loved because it is too hot for my hair to be hanging down, then she curled me the perfect bang which I later rocked at 2 parties. I was thoroughly satisfied.

I should wrote this review a long time ago. I am light skin mixed woman and I went in there once this is my experience. So I wanted to dye my hair the colorist was horrible she messed up my hair!! Paying high prices for a bad colorist. I was crying and very upset then they all started going against me when they really didnt know when my friend called them asking what was going on. They all went against me they didnt know they were talking to a celebrity stylist. Anyways things was getting worse the lady was washing my hair hard then had me wait to even put rollers in my hair. Just over all do not come to this place!! I never went back again I wont ever come back. Not to be rude but they have favorites. They charged so much money for there messed up mistake. Be careful if you do go here nasty customer service! I had beautiful thick soft hair and took me 6 months from all the damage they caused.
