This is an amazing experience for me, this was my first time at the Tropicalaser of Pines and I felt right at home.. the ambiance and hospitality was fantastic, the treatment was as if I was part of the family. For anyone who is considering laser over waxing, this is definitely the place to go. I have tried Ideal Image and other places but never felt comfortable than with the ladies at this Tropical Laser location. Unlike their competitors, the rates are reasonable, no need to take out a loan with care credit which I was tricked into at Ideal.The girls make you feel like family. This sense of comfort is what keeps me coming back, including the laughs. Anywhere else I would feel apprehensive about certain areas but not here. Aside from comfort, the results are amazing. I started a a year and a half ago and in less than a year I didnt have to go back. I forget to shave any light hairs that might show up. I started with five areas and 3 of those areas are completely clean. You wont regret your decision. Oh another great reason to go here. The laser has helped with my acne. Yes in my 40s I was still getting acne but the laser had cleared that as well.

What can I say about this place, from the moment you walk in you are treated like family. I have been to places around the Pembroke Pines area looking for the right laser treatment for me. The other med spas in the area didn’t make the cut. I just didn’t like how they greeted me and I didn’t even bother asking them anything. Tropica Laser has high end machine, and they don’t make you feel uncomfortable, SUPER PROFESSIONAL! Flor is so good with checking the level of the machine and seeing how you feel giving you real personalized service Everyone skin is different. I can really tell they know what they’re doing. I suffer from bad ingrown hair and darkened skin. This is my second time trying laser (1st time with Tropica Laser Pines) and I’m so glad I gave them a shot I felt relief in my skin and hair growth dramatically reduced since the first treatment. I am almost done with my full body treatment and I can say I am almost completely hair free since 3 sessions ago. Word of advice Be careful out there for these places that make the setting really low on the machine so that you need buy more sessions, THIS PLACE IS ABOUT RESULTS!! Highly recommended Tropica Laser of Pines you guys changed my life!

I got the full Body package, I paid half the amount more than $1300 And I went only for one treatment. To the new location. I got pregnant, and few month after I had the baby I called to go back and start my treatments again. They tell me we cant find your file. Even though I have the amount I paid to them on my bank statement its been 2 month waiting to get an answer from them. And finally today I was told the new owner doesnt want to accept for me to come back and finish the treatments because its been so long and that I paid to previous owner. Horrible company and service. Will never recommend to anyone.

I went their for 1 treatment and the tech was unfamiliar with their own machines, i had a rash on my skin from the treatment they did it to hot, after complaining they did not even offer to give me any skin care products, i will look into further action.beware of their professionalism at this place.
