This establishment is amazing from the moment you walk in. They had a cute photo area in the entrance cool a futuristic coffee machine and amazing staff. The service I did was laser hair removal which was painless and quick! It’s super clean which I loved. Overall first time experience was amazing and cannot wait to go back for my treatments and more services.

HUGE SCAM. this place is a joke. Body treatments are not effective at all. Everything they say is often a lie or completely misleading. Was told Laser hair removal would take 6 months. Going on almost two years now and I’m still not hair free. They charge late fees if you’re 5 minutes late but don’t credit you or offer anything when they’re 30+ minutes behind. Zero respect for customers. Constantly changing appointments or putting you with someone you didn’t book your service with. All they care about is money stay the heck away

Worst place ever!!! Dont waste your money and time. I spent thousands on treatments and did not see any results. Dont be fooled by the first visit trap, they smile and are nice at you but once they take your money, they forget about you. NO follow ups, NO before and after results, NO evaluations, NO client satisfaction. If you are late they charge you, If you miss an appointment they charge you but if they are late or are not there you get nothing. Manager does not care about clients, she is never available and do not reply to calls or messages. Do not let places like these continue doing business, there are many other professional providers who deserve your money.

VIP Laser is hands down the best spa in Miami. They have a variety of treatments and their prices are reasonable and affordable compared to other spas. I started Laser Hair Removal for Underarms over a year ago with them and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results, Laser was the best decision I’ve made and it truly does work! I loved it so much I even bought another package for a different area to continue being hair free! The staff is very amiable, from the owner Pierina to her daughter Pamela and the technicians, they all make you feel comfortable in your stay which I think is key when it comes to spas. I was very excited to get my lashes tinted and permed. I always wanted a lashlift to not do any lash extensions but she didn’t even end up tinting the lashes and they first looked great but after they’re super clumpy and i just want to have my natural lashes back. I’m sure if she would’ve taken her time it would’ve come out nicely.

If I could rate this place negative starts I would.I went for an ipl treatment and my face was burnt, I also noticed I was seeing double immediately after. I asumed it was normal because of the bright lights. When I contacted them about being burnt they made me feel like I was making it up or inflicted it on myself, even after sending pictures. I had to go to the doctor after my vision didn’t improve. the first thing my doctor asked was if I was exposed to bright lights. My eyes are permanently damaged. VIP LASER took no responsibility for either the burn on my face or my eyes. They simply said they fired the person that did my procedure and offered another treatment to make up for the remaining IPL I had paid for. They never offered to pay for my medical bills, never followed up with me. I never went back, I’d rather lose my money then let a place like that further damage my health. If you care about your health and safety DO NOT GO THERE! I will have to wear glasses for the rest of my life and I never had vision problems before. I wish someone had written an honest review.

Very disappointed with VIP Laser. I paid in full for 3 sessions on Groupon. Went to my first two and I had a family emergency for my last appointment. They wouldnt take me in for my last session unless I paid $25. Since I hadnt seen any results, I was not about to pay them another penny. Maybe they should attempt to make money by trying to keep their customers and being compassionate. Save your money and go somewhere that you are valued as a customer.Response: The last thing I was thinking of The day of my emergency was my Laser sessions. I did call to reschedule, spoke to an older lady, and she never told of the extra charge. Also, not the first time I have IPL done. Spots get darker and flake off on very first session.

I went here today for an IPL photofacial and feel scammed. I have had a really good photo facial prior to this so I’m very familiar with the procedure and what to expect during and after. Once I declined the numerous packages explaining I wanted to see how my session went I was left with the technician. Once she started I felt nothing literally next to no sensation. I spoke out several times saying that this didn’t feel the same as the other I had received. She didn’t respond.. I asked again and she said she didn’t speak English well and she’s sorry. Then suddenly my session was over I told her she missed the upper right area above my lip to which she told me no she didn’t. I went up to pay and had to fill additional paper work which was odd despite filling numerous other forms prior to service. I paid and she lingered onto my credit card oddly and made photo copies of my ID! Huge red flags! I am home and I can tell you this was not a photofacial I have been scammed horrible. I am calling owner/ manager tomorrow. I dont even feel my credit card information is safe here.Side note if your going to leave a negative review for this merchant expect harassment including late night text messages illegal and ignorant.

My experience at VIP Láser on Saturday February 23, 2019. Ive had juvederm/filler done a couple of times before. First off I was welcomed and filled out some forms and the office is very beautiful and clean which is a plus after that I meant the person who was going to inject the filler. She got the syringe and the product, not once was I shown what was being injected into my face (usually from past experiences they show me the unopened product that they will be injecting in my face) second there was no numbing cream this was a first and it was very painful I had to have her stop so I could take a breather when she injected the left side of my face I told her to wait because it was hurting she proceeded to inject and told me not to move(this whole time I was squeezing my hands together trying to endure the pain) she injected a lot more product on the right side then the left side even the other blonde girl who was telling her where to inject noticed and told her. (Not once have I used a whole syringe on my nasilabial folds there is usually some left over).The entire day I was in so much pain In my face that I needed to take painkiller a couple of times. This morning I woke up and the swelling on the right side of my face has gone up to under my eye it also feels like some of the product has moved up since there was so much on my right side. Mind you I slept face up the entire night. My husband noticed this morning and said I have a big ball by my nose and the right side was uneven from the left. I had a very bad experience yesterday 😔 and now Im in pain and hopefully my face will go back to normal, this is very embarrassing. 😭

I came to Christina Vera for Juvederm VOLUMA on my cheek bone area and I LOVE the results!! I originally came here to do my nasalabiol folds but was told putting filler in my cheek bone area will help the folds. I was also very conscious about the size of my lips. I used Juvederm ULTRA XC and my lips look naturally enhanced. Christina did a great job! The place is also very beautiful and customer service is wonderful. I am so happy I made the decision to come to VIP LASER! I will never regret coming here!

So I bought 3 IPL Photo Facial sessions, was on my way to the second session today when I realized that I wasn’t gonna make it on time to pick up my youngest from daycare, honestly didn’t do it on purpose, was already half way to the appt. I called the office unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the first unprofessional rude young woman that I spoke to which she didn’t have no patience at all, didn’t know how to explain herself, kept telling me about the policy which I completely understand but damn it was my first time calling to reschedule, and they still didn’t understand so it was either I pay $25 for cancelling or I lose the session I told this woman to take a deep breath cause she was about to lose it which clearly indicates that that’s not the right job for her. Asked if she was the manager, she said I can transfer you to her, and I said ok let me talk to her then she said I don’t think she is here and umm like why would you even ask if I wanted to talk to her if she wasn’t in. Anyway after all that this other woman came to the phone, her name is Pierina to tell me the same thing about the policy that there is nothing she can do, I don’t think she understood English cause she didn’t respond to my comments or questions, on top of that didn’t let me talk or explain anything. She confirmed that I could go to another office on a sat but from Hialeah to Kendall it’s a long drive just for one session, so I finally said you know what forget about the last session and everything else, I won’t be using their services anyway. Usually I don’t write any bad reviews when I not satisfied with a service or place I just don’t go back, BUT I had to write my negative experience with VIP LASER in Coral Way. I arrived at my son’s daycare on time at 5:42 pm. Thank God!Vuelvo y reitero NO VAYAN A VIP LASER VAN A PERDER SU DINERO. Aunque se partan una pata, les de un stroke o se estén muriendo no les importa. Maybe they are an excelente team, but this lady should be removed from the phone, she does not know nothing about customer service.

I had two laser treatments in this place, I did not see any results, I do not recommend it, and I also went for back treatments and nothing, no results I do not recommend, is the worst. I also have to say that they take money from the card without authorization, they just want money. No results are seen.
