I did lip fillers with Dr. Arviv, and I would not go to anybody else after her fantastic work. My lips barely got swollen, and everybody complimented her work. Thank you so much! I recommend her 100 percent; you’ll love the result and come back just as I did.

After going to Arviv for a Cosmetic Treatment - Huge Regret is what I was left with. The nurse caused significant trauma to the area treated - far beyond what is normal or expected. I required follow up care after the treatment because it was not done properly. Arviv advised me to wait 2 weeks for follow up but I needed urgent care due to improperly done procedure. I do not recommend Arviv Medical Aesthetics for any service based on my experience and the lack of training and expertise that was experienced.

Dr Tali Arviv and her entire staff are amazing professionals. I work with med spas across the US and could go anywhere for these services… Hands down Arviv Aesthetics is the best!! The unique way Dr Arviv combines the latest therapies and technologies is why she gets the amazing results for her clients. Worth the travel!!! I have been seeing Dr. Arviv for over a year for “laser tattoo removal.” I am so pleased with my experience. I had almost a full sleeve on my right arm and the area that we have been treating (upper arm) is almost completely gone! She’s always so compassionate and patient. The numbing cream is top grade, I feel little to no pain. They follow all of the CVOID safety protocols to the T. They always offer me beverages while waiting which is always pleasant. My skin hasn’t scarred or discolored throughout this course of treatment either. That is somewhat common in tattoo removal which I luckily have not experienced.

Great experience. Was a bit hesitant initially but they were very informative and reassuring. You immediately feel that you’re in good hands. Procedure was smooth and I’m happy with results. There is no legitimate reason why this place doesn’t have five stars as an average review. They are the most transparent medspa I’ve ever been to (prices mentioned up front, science/procedures thoroughly explained, recommended & individualized treatments). Oksana is super kind and explains everything. The front desk is always always cheerful and welcoming. Highly recommend especially because of the sheer variety of services they offer!

I love Arviv and specifically Oksana! I have been seeing her for about 4 months and she is really transforming my skin! When I first went in for my concerns (aging, sun damage) she helped me come up with a plan that was going to achieve long term transformation and I’m so impressed so far! I had my first session of upper and bottom tattoo eyeliner removal with Dr. Arviv about a month ago. I will start off by saying Dr. Arviv has treated me so well during this whole process. I was nervous to have a laser near my eyes but Dr. Tali was quick to answer all of the questions I had over the phone and was very understanding. She is so kind and really cares about her patients. Even though I have only had one removal session my confidence has increased substantially. I have very sensitive skin so I was expecting recovery to take a while but after five days all redness was gone and even some parts of the tattoo completely gone which I am very happy about. My skin looks great. I had a bad permanent makeup experience with the eyeliner so I was determined to find an experienced professional to remove it and I definitely found her. I am so grateful to have found Arviv Aesthetics. I will definitely be trying other services soon.

Elena was amazing! It had been years since I had a facial done, last one was microdermabrasion. She mentioned hydrofacial being a newer/less harsh version. Wow! Amazing. I didnt have any down time, meaning I walked out of there with my face looking like it did when I was in my early 20s. I got tons of compliments afterwards, saying I looked like a model (lol). Best part of all was this little ingrown hair/pimple thing that had been with me for like 6 months! I even went to a dermatologist, who took a biopsy of it to make sure it wasnt pre-cancer....and that left a hole plus it would just never heal....well, Elena fixed that and no more ugly spot on my chin.
