Me and my friends i’ve been using this office for over 10 years. I am very cautious about who I allowed to do the service that this office provides for me. In the wrong hands, I can easily end up in worse shape than I walked in. The service has always been great but like most medical offices there are times when they are super busy and you may have to wait.But that is proof of their popularity. When or if I ever have a concern the doctor or Regla always seem to have the answers and solutions. They recently moved their office and the new location is beautiful And more private.

I really wanted to LOVE this medspa. I had just moved here from TX, where every appt starts on time, the service is highly professional and the staff communicates expectations with their patients. Unfortunately, this medspa does not cut it when it comes to professionalism. The staff is friendly. The space is def. state of the art. But just be cautioned you will experience long delays from your scheduled appointment, prepare accordingly, the staff isnt prepared with your chart in advance and the lobby is noisy. Maybe their craft is better than their service, but if youre a patient who prioritizes professionalism in staff. This is not the place for you.

I had a appointment scheduled to noon. I arrived at 11:56 and sign in and spoke with the receptionist. It’s 12:58 I have been waiting at the waiting room for almost one hour now and nobody said anything.Asked to speak with manager and he made it worth my waiting time with a super express assistance and great gift 🎁 thank you 😀

Dr. Ron Demeo is truly the best I’ve ever been to OR seen. So many doctors who do cosmetics go so overboard and are NO where near as detailed and qualified as Dr Demeo. The staff is kind caring and prompt. The office was hard to locate only the first time so give yourself a few extra minutes on your first visit. I met with the Dr who was truly precise and wonderful. The procedures were comfortable and pain free. I decided to try laser treatments and did some research they have all of the latest laser equipment and I can truly say it was state of the art. I am very pleased overall with my experience and plan on continued visits. Thank you MeridianMed Spa and staff. I’m so pleased !

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would ! I spent the 1000 dollars on my moms face, absolutely zero results. I spent 600$ dollars on my lips come to realize a week later my lips were exactly the same with proof of before and after pictures. Completely staffed. This doctor knows how to steal money. Use you money elsewhere, I guarantee You will receive your money’s worth somewhere else.

Wonderful experience again! Dr. Demeo took care of me today but, honestly, everyone there does an excellent job. I am very picky, and I wouldnt go anyplace else!

I was recently in Miami and my cousin told me I had to make time to go see Dr Ron and Lada while I was there and I am SO extremely happy that I did! My appointment started with Lada giving me the most rejuvenating customized facial I have ever had followed by genesis laser treatment. Im from San Diego so the humidity in Miami really shocked my skin and I broke out really bad a couple days before the appointment. Lada worked some magic on my skin and it looks even better than before my breakout! The genesis treatment is seriously life changing, highly reccomend. Even if you think your skin is bomb already it will make it even better. Then it was my turn with Dr Ron! Ive never done botox or lip threading and my lip fillers usually dissolve within a few months because my body just metabolizes it so quickly. He suggested lip threads because it lasts longer and followed that with juvederm filler. Botox was a breeze and I am definitely a believer now. I dont know why I didnt think to take a before pic but one thing I do know is that Im already looking forward to my next trip to Miami to be blessed by these two again. I felt really comfortable with both of them and trusted their opinions on what they thought I should do and Im so happy with the results.

Ive gone to a couple different places for laser and this is by far the best place Ive been. The people are super nice and the cost very affordable. Also the laser is very strong and works very quickly. Ask for Lada, shes the best.

After 5 of my friends telling me to give this place a try, i finally did. Why did i wait so long? Great service, priving and Dr.DeMeo has the magic eye. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, and he guided me in a much better and effective direction. Highly recommend!

When I arrived, facility is clean and a bit hard to find, located behind the cibo in the walkway. I do admit I waited a very very long time and almost left because of it. My advice, do not make any other appointments if you’re planning to come here because you will probably miss them. Nonetheless, it was all worth it when the doctor came in. He had a very professional and nice demeanor and told me exactly what I needed and was willing to work with my concerns instead of just asking me what i wanted and administering. He made me feel instantly comfortable to the point where i basically let him “accessorize” my face with confidence that he would do a good job and it’s been a few days now and I feel AMAZING about the work done. My girlfriend swears by him and now I see why. Despite my initial apprehensions, it was most definitely worth the wait. Can’t wait to go in for my touch up!

Dr. Demeo, can you ask your very very rude secretaries to loose the attitude, answer my emails and find and return my eyeglasses? ThanksBecause was impossible to understand who spoke with me about my eyeglasses, because you never introduce yourselves, in attachment a screenshot showing all the times I called you, in order to have my glasses back. I was told they were in an envelope with my name on it, into the lost and found box.Now you can tell who was answering the phone the 9 times I called your office.Also they have no respect for their clients, usually you have to wait 1 hour or more to see him. Greedy and not even able to schedule daily appointments.

Worst worst worst experience ever! I used to go for Botox to Meridian Med Spa a few years ago and was happy with my results. I was looking forward to receiving a similar service today. But unfortunately I was waiting in their waiting room for almost 2 hours. Not one single client came out and after me multiple other customers were waiting in line. Even after complaining for the long wait nothing happened. I left and I won’t return

The worst experience ever... I feel very offended!!! I scheduled an appointment at 5:45 pm and waited until 6:45 pm and they never called me. I told the receptionist that if things will be like this everytime I come, I prefer not to come and she replied me back: ok, bye. WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL WAY TO TREAT A NEW CLIENT. Very very dissapointed about this place. I will never come back again and neither all my friends or family that asked for it. I recommend to hire more professional staff and schedule appointments correctly.

I have been going to Meridian for a while now. Dr Demeo is wonderful very patient and knowledgeable. He is an expert injector. I also had the new PICO GENESIS for facial hyerpigmentation with Lada. I have seen a significant difference with 2 sessions. I finally have my melasma under control. Couldnt be happier.

I came on dec 14 for the first time and got the holidays special with a mini genesis from you, which was great.You noticed my serious chin/ upper lip hair growth, redness and pimples from tweezing...You gave me as a gift, a free session of your laser hair removal!I have had a bad painful & unsuccessful experience with laser in the past and i was not convince that it would work for me but Wahou! I was very impressed by the results ! from that first session, i noticed immediate results... less hair and less growth righ away....
