I am impressed with the water cycling classes at Element Aqua. This aqua fitness facility is clean and trendy. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Fabio, the instructor, provides exhilarating body workouts and he is attentive to everyone. You will come back for more. I highly recommend this aqua fitness center.

This is the most adorable aquatics gym, I’ve never seen anything like it. All of the classes take place in a pool with cycling equipment specifically made for the water. Theres a selection of multiple classes to choose from including water boxing!!I love the positive energy and intimacy I feel being here. There’s really a good group that continuously shows up week after week. This is great if your trying to get/stay fit and work on being more focused.

This place is great! I was excited to try a water cycle/spin class and I was always surprised that here in Miami there are not very many options for water classes. I have been super impressed by the work outs! The instructor Fabio is awesome, patient and his techniques are easy to learn and implement into your cardio routine. I have taken the Basic and Intermediate Aqua Cycle classes. The studio is boutique style which I love. You can either wear your bathing suit or regular workout gear to get into the pool. Most of the cycle classes utilize water weights so that you are always getting a total body workout that includes, arms, chest and legs. I love this place and Im super picky about studios and instructors, I highly recommend!

This place will change the way you think about working out . Definitely a must try.
