Just got a new 24 gym and it definitely has more room then the the other local gym I used to use. it doesn’t have the pit shark, but it does have a reverse hyper. I can do my front squats in the rack pictured. The stairs offer an opportunity to get some cardio in, on top of the cardio cyber equipment. They have a biometric fingerprint reader for 24 hour access. Anyway I hope this is going to work out

I’m definitely not going to this gym .. I’ve moved recently in the neighborhood and looking for a new gym to join. One night I found on Groupon one voucher for the gym that says 1 month of unlimited boot camp + 3 meetings with a personal trainer. I wanted to give it a try before I commit to a membership so I bought the voucher went there next week and found out that actually the boot camp is not available because of Covid-19 ( Ok I understand that but why you keep selling that deal if it’s not available, it’s a mission to recover your money through groupon and I don’t have any time to waste) And I was like okey I’ll at least take advantage for the PT meetings that I had coming with that voucher. I was contacted by the most unprofessional PT I’ve heard of ( her name Natasha) , she rescheduled 3 times the meeting and last time she actually never replied my text . I don’t understand how you treat customers like this , first of all I did paid for the voucher ( I’m thinking maybe that’s why I was treated this way because I bought a voucher and didn’t pay the full price for PT meetings ) nobody makes you sell these deals on Groupon cheaper and then treat customers this way . Very disappointed!

Love this gym.... super clean, organized, quiet.... people are very dedicated to their workouts. Gym owner treats you like family so youre always very comfortable there. Recommend this gym to all looking for a motivating atmosphere to get healthier

This is the best gym I have ever been to in Miami and I have been going to the gym for over 2 decades. You have everything you need in terms of equipment and its all clean and works!! What this gym really gets right is atmosphere. We all know that people in Miami arent the most community oriented but at this gym everyone says hi to each other and the owners treat you like family. Yet its still a place you go for a serious workout rather than to chit-chat or see and be seen. This atmosphere has actually cultivated a renewed faithfulness to my workouts b/c I feel very comfortable rather than wanting to get in and get out or not go at all!

Sasha inspired her Dad, me, to try the gym she enjoys. The Gym staff sucks!!! They DO NOT Listen, They Train for big bucks and They Inspire contempt. Suggestion, try a gym where you are more than meat with money. Sashas Dad

Miami strength and fitness is by far the best gym with the best atmosphere in Miami. This gym is equipped with everything you need and it’s never too packed allowing you to get a great workout.
