My initial thoughts of the gym were “good location”. Upon arrival Damaris greeted me with a warm welcome. She also help me out with a tour and sign up. She was very knowledgeable, straightforward, and relatable. 5/5 experience

I havent had any bad experience with this gym. Im always welcome to the gym when I come in. Even the other customers I had a pretty good experience with. Everyone is cool with each other so I enjoy coming in whenever I can. The parking is good to, just got to come in with your ticket if youre staying longer then 2hrs. They just add another hr but better then 2.

I guess there is a dress code for the gym now too. Got kicked out for my shirt (which ive worn to the same gym for the last 4 months btw) Guess this IS Miami huh?Idk diddly about squat but seems a little contradictory to me to have your company slogan be “the judgement free zone” and then tell me what to wear and what not to wear. I have a shirt on, a pair of shorts and gym shoes. Sounds pretty judgmental… Would things be different if I wasn’t a big belly dude? Ive seen people go in there with WAY more revealing clothing.Btw, none of what I wore falls underneath their dress code that i added in the pictures

I love coming to this gym. The staff always makes me feel so comfortable and attended to, especially Alejandro. He always has encouraging words to say & never hesitates to help whenever I need assistance. Other than the staff, this gym is kept clean and tidy. Overall, I definitely recommend trying it out!

Feb.2021. Has no swimming pool, has no sauna, has no jacuzzi. $40 annual fee similar to a credit card. No contract. $10 a month for the classic membership. $25 a month for the upgraded membership which allows you to use the massage chairs, and the tanning booths. Every other machine marked off for social distancing. Sanitizing materials available for use whenever you want. Due to covid.

I asked how much was my payment so I can pay it. The lady got vey jumpy. Stating: we charge a late fee and you HAVE to pay it. In the rudest way. I’m like, hold up..I did not ask you to remove the late fees.lol. Then they all start defending her. My thing was, why don’t you just let me pay it. Why you have to add extra bark “theirs a late fee and you have to pay it” with the way these people act, even managers, I think they buy these good reviews. Good luck

Not enough racks people just sit around & hog machines & act like they’re the only ones in there.Nobody puts away weights at night, night shift just sits around & watches tv. Don’t get a membership at planet fitness if you’re serious about working out. Terrible environment, & messy

Unlike other locations where staff are smart and considerate, here the cleaning staff in the bathrooms are both well over 30 minutes pacing back and forth with a washcloth around the stalls impeding one from using them. Literally, well over 30 min of talking and walking back and forth instead of cleaning. Way if milking the clock... Should we use the other genders bathrooms in that time ladies? And this is at 9am...

My experience here was amazing. I was informed about everything by someone working there named Alejandro Valdes. He answered all of my questions and was very kind and knowledgeable about his work .

Its the best gym with a very accesible price, starting from 30$ monthly.

We joined this location of Planet Fitness and are very happy we did. The facility is kept clean and everyone does their part to make site all areas are sanitized. The staff of very helpful and friendly, specially Ashley and Sterling who have gone above and beyond several times. As for the equipment, all the areas are nicely setup and organized. They also offer tanning and massage stations for black members which is great. Overall a great experience.

Every weekend I had a fitness session at this gym. I always got satisfied with the training headed by a professional coach. I am now close to my body goal. Thank you so much!

Good gym. New equipment

This location is so clean and the equipment is new. It doesn’t get too crowded like other locations. The manager Carlos was a great help. I’m a black card member and upon the first visit, I switched my club for this to be my home club. He took me on a tour of the new gym, as well as the black card member Lounge. They have 2 hydro chair massage and 2 hydro BED massages! They also have a stand up, lay down tanning and a hybrid tanning machine! I am so impressed with this location. The view is spectacular also. Carlos and staff, keep up the great work! You’ve all exceeded my expectations!

I went yesterday and it was amazing. The workers are really nice-and professional. They explained everything really good that after had no questions or concerns! They overall have a safe environment and are very nice going through the process of getting a membership. Overall, I rate this place 100/10 because all the location is the best and the workers are too.

The gym is absolutely beautiful! Not only is it up to standards with everything happening with the pandemic but also the staff itself is doing everything to make you feel safe and welcome. I asked Ashlee (a team member) a question about the training schedule and she made sure to tell me all the steps of how to make an appointment. She was very nice and very helpful towards solving my issue!

I want to thank Joannette for her professionalism. She has lots of knowledge with the machines and also was able to direct me on what exercises to do for specific target area. She was engaged with me through my entire workout session. Teaching me proper technique. She is definitely a great asset to planet fitness. Thank you!

They advertise for 2 hours parking but if you go over you get charged 4 dollars. They dont tell you that it can take 30 minutes to get out of the parking garage.

This location has a great view. Mostly machines and not much of free weights. Quality and cleanliness are on point. Staff Manuel was friendly!

Very good and clean and the view on the 8th floor is amazing. Only problem some might find is that is compact so during busy hours is very tight. Besides that no complaints 👍. Lmk whoever wants to do a good arm day session always down.

I originally go to the Planet Fitness in Tallahassee. My mom wanted to do a membership so I figured why not stop by with my black card? Beautiful view from the top floor with so many machines compared to my usual gym. Staff is very friendly and attentive, walked my mom through the whole application process. Super good addition to the neighborhood!

I’ve been coming to this gym for already three weeks now and i must say all the employees are so sweet and welcoming especially sterling at costumer service makes me feel very comfortable and happy . I recommend this gym to anyone . Keep up the good work guys

For me the place is great and clean, the stuff is kind and ready to help, but what I do not really understand is why you can not take a shower ones you finish your workout, I mean you do train around a lot of other people and have access to massage chairs and stuff like that, but not taking a shower by yourself, jeje doesnt really make sense to me, but hey we gotta respect their rules and thats it. No problem with it. Really nice place.

This is going to be a special needs / accessibility review of Planet Fitness.They have accessable lockers, all the lockers they have take no strength to open and get your lock on so they arent like the old style metal lockers that you have to fight with. They have an accessable changing area.If you are needing physical therapy like me or if you are a senior citizen, this is a good place. They do accept Silver Sneakers. The aisles are wide, the machines start at 0 resistance including the bikes. The treadmill starts at 0 incline and 0.1 mph. There is a hand crank machine that starts at 0 resistance.I havent tried all the machines yet, going to start in a couple weeks with light hand weights.They also have medical grade therapy equipment as well.I came in wearing a ton of specialty medical equipment and they didnt freak out. It was nice, a couple of times someone asked if I was ok and asked if I was having any issues with the equipment.They have a working water fountain and sports bottle fill. If you need a rest, they have chairs and tables near the entrance.They have accessible bathrooms, once the showers are open, they accessible showersParking is free 2 hours and they have handicapped parking, the complex has 8 elevators and an escalator. If you use STS, its easy for the driver. There are multiple bus routes within 2 blocks.

All staffs here are amazing and helpful especially when I first got here and explained in great details everything that was needed to know about the place as well as a list of trainers that could help with any type of regimen exercise that I would be doing. 10/10 highly recommend to come here and if you need any help ask Josefa, great customer service and highly recommend to go to her for help.

The rest of the staff isnt as friendly as the little havana location, but I do understand that its a new gym and theyre trying their hardest to get things running smoothly so kudos to them. This gym is clean and has a lot more equipment than my home gym (Coral Springs).There was an issue with my membership since I was technically out of district, but the staff and manager were able to resolve the concern.
