DR CHIN IS ONE OF THE KINDEST DR AROUND HE TAKES TO TIME TO LISTEN TO MY ISSUES AND NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I AM CRAZY . REALLY FRIENDLY OFFICE STAFF . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Extremely unprofessional. Called to make an appointment so I can get a check up (have not had one in 3 years) plus my shoulder and arm looked at because of pain and the employee there was very dismissive of my needs. First she tells me next appointment is for next year. I tell her thats fine, I need to see a doctor plus there is no rush. She again interrupted me and flat out refused to hear me out. She advised me to go to an Urgent Care. So I just realized and told her that apparently she does not need my business or doesnt care. I hung up.

Dr Chin was extremely helpful and listen to me unloke some others before . I felt very confident with his diagnosis!! Very nice person .

This place is doing billing fraud be careful you go in for a physical and they bill you and your insurance for something totally different. Refuse to bill correctly after I complained. Big time FRAUD!!
