Dr. Garcia is absolutely amazing. I was looking for a new PCP & he was recommended by several colleagues and he definitely didn’t disappoint. Super clean facility & accommodating staff. 🖤

I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Garcia. He takes his time to explain my labs and is always pro-active if anything is off. His staff answers my messages within 1 day and they get things done fast. I would recommend Dr. Garcia to anyone who’s looking for a great doctor.

I think the DR is very nice, but I felt the actual appointment felt rushed and I waited a couple months to have a physical.I also called to see if they would test me for covid since I was a patient and they told me they do not do it at their office. Thats a first.

This staff is super unhelpful. All they want is money and dont want to work for their pay. I just got charged a doctors visit and $1K in routine blood work and they didnt tell me my insurance did cover those costs...Plus the $25 fee of doing blood work at their office. You would think they would give some kind of disclaimer that those things werent covered, or checked my coverage before admitting me into the office. Do your research and find out what is and isnt covered in your insurance before stepping into this office, because apparently the women that work there dont get paid enough to do that work for you.

I’ve been coming to this office for years. The doctors & staff genuinely care about their patients & treat us with such care. What I most love is that the doctors take their time with you in explaining all & don’t rush you out! ER

Phone just rings, and rings, and rings, and rings....and rings....Poor customer service. When they do answer, they are unhelpful. Almost like they dont want to help, like Im an inconvenience.

Dr. Garcia and his staff are the best they always call you back when you leave a message Dr. Garcia is very friendly he will take his time explaining everything most doctors will just hurry thru your appt. I highly recommend him as your primary physician.

Staff not so great, you have to wait almost three months for an appointment even when your not feeling well, I even asked if I can walk in they said no I can’t. They didn’t even try to help me. The lady on the phone just didn’t care her response was pretty much no to everything.

I absolutely love Dr. Garcia!! He genuinely cares about his patients and always has excellent bedside manners. He’s smart and gives it to you straight.

Dr. García and his staff are always so kind and welcoming. I’ve been coming to this office for years and they’ve always made me feel comfortable, which I value because there’s nothing comfy about feeling sick. :) definitely recommend my primary to everyone!

Dr Garcia is a great doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. Appointments are easy to schedule, his assistant Ana always returns calls and follows through on questions and requests.Dr. Garcia has been my doctor for the last few years and I was finally able to convince my elderly disabled mom to leave her doctor of 20+ yrs (who had horrible bedside manner, would take weeks to schedule appt, his secretary would never return calls, rude receptionist, wait over an hour to be seen, she thought this was normal) and her only regret was not doing it sooner. She was so happy with her decision to switch and felt well taken care of after her first appt.

Dr García was able to see me in very short notice , was in and out in less than 10 min ,Gave my new patient form package on the way out .Great office and staff was very helpful .Awesome Practice : )Thanks Doc : )

Contacted this office several times in 2 weeks but the office barely picks up the phone in any department. When someone does pick up, they place you on hold while speaking. Very unprofessional.

About 4 months since come visiting Dr. Sergio Garcia, as my health has been impaired. With his wisdom and skill, I highly feel well taken care of and improvement process.Therefore, Dr. Garcia as your medical assistant JACKELINE PARRA, and others to collaborate, make my rating is the maximum. I recommend it widely.

Cozy place, all the staff very friendly, the waiting time is minimal and Dr Sergio García pleasant, familiar and explains in a simple way, my mom is happy with him.
