Horrible service and a horrifying experience. A very poor Standard of Care, in fact they dont care a dam..The ancillary/office staff lack the training and the Clinical staff need to show they care more..Their systems and work processes are designed to inhibit access to care, and patient care..Heath care is a serious and unique business. My neighborhood Car Dealership and the Tire Shop down the street operates more efficiently. M.B.M.G should not be in the health care business

The experience I have had with the clinic i take my mom to has been grreat. The only problem i have is transportation. RUDE LAZY AND JUST PLAIN UNEDUCATED UNETHICAL and Im tired of the blaming everyone in the office for what they do wrong.

I had to speak with the staff yesterday, including the referral department staff, and most were extremely rude. The one exception was a doctors assistant. I was finally able to get a return call from Dr. Orlando Rivero today and he was also rude. He started out my asking me what I wanted and then told me he has a lot of patients and doesnt have time to talk. He had very poor bedside manner and delayed giving the results of an exam to my mom and when he did, it was with no explanation.
