Dr. Ariadna has been my doctor for many years. Shes competent, dedicated, compassionate and the best doctor I ever met. She really cares for her patients. Getting to know everyone and always taking time to listen.

3 stars due to the doctor herself being excellent. She is kind, professional and always thinks of other factors such as your mental well being, before just prescribing medicine. She’s always treated me well and has been spot on with her diagnosis. The reason I rate her office a 3 is due to office staff and management. Wait time to see her is at least 2 hours. The management books appointments which is are clearly overlapped. I’m sure the doctor relies on them to manage the patients and time well but this is definitely not happening. I can’t waste 2 hours of my life at a doctors office everytime I need help so unfortunately I will probably have to seek a new doctor. It’s a shame because the doctor herself is excellent.

I would give her more stars if I had the choice. The first doctor in over 25 years who actually practices Medical Ethics, something most doctors have forgotten. looks like the $$ sign is the new ethic for most doctors, not for Dr. Valdes and her staff. My entire family has switched to her, she tells it like it is, no BS.

The doctor herself is professional and seems to care. Her staff however is unorganized and horrific to deal with. I had two appointments with them and I’m never going back.

Went to see this Dr for the first time for an annual exam. Explained I also needed clearance for a scar revision surgery. The office staff is the most incompetent people I’ve ever had to interact with. I didn’t see the dr. And the assistance did an EKG and gave me the lab order. Two weeks later they wanted to charge me $100 to get the clearance from the Dr. a day before my actual surgery had to call to ask for the clearance to be sent to my surgeon. Worst patience care ever! Will never go there again if my life depended on it. Horrible experience.

I LOVE this Doctor and her staff. Shes very kind and my favorite shes patient with you. You can talk to her and you know shes listening. When you visit her office the family feel is very welcoming. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

MY husband and I went to this office as we have been searching for a new primary for the past decade. We went to Dr Valdes office. I have to say I have never had a staff and Dr be so thourough. We were so impressed and finally after so many years found a doctor that spends time with you and gets to know you. LOVED THEM!!! IF i COULD GIVE MORE STARS i WOULD!!!You wont be disappointed...
