There are very few doctors that are as attentive and understanding as Dr. Hernandez. Not only does she take the time necessary for each patient, but she provides a detailed explanation for the questions each patient has. Her staff is very friendly and efficient as well.

Very professional and clean office. She has been our family doctor for years and we are very happy with the service we receive. Have recommended and referred people to her in the past and will continue to in the future 👍👍

Dr. has knowledge and she is a person with solid medical judgment able to advise and provide the best medication management. Staff are friendly, willing to help. I never had any bad experience with them.

Worst staff. Got turned down because even though my insurance card had her name, the database had someone else. My insurance quickly changed it and said i could give them a confirmation number but the docs assistant said i would have to wait 24 hours that they didn’t take confirmation numbers. Have had multiple bad experiences with them. Rude on the phone. Sometimes don’t answer. Not to mention the doctor judges me once for wanting to do an std test just because i can.

Been in the family for many years! Knowledgeable and doesn’t ignore any of your concerns. Listens to all you have to say and covers all bases to make sure you’re ok. Aside from that, she’s very personable. I feel 100% comfortable everytime I come for a checkup. Front desk staff is also very kind and patient. I recommend Dr. Hernandez!

Dr Hernández knows her profesión very well and give sufficient time as patient, you will be in very good hands.

Dr Hernandez seems to be knowledgeable in her profession; however she would give you a lecture about how bad your insurance is and how this affects her. I don’t think the patient needs to hear all that.

Rushed. Long wait time

Very bad experience on several occasions. Long waiting time, appointment time is not respected. The doctor does not respect basic rules of medical ethics. He started to shout information about other patients in public. I listened to a complete conversation about my husband who had been the previous patient, evidently without her knowing it and he began to shout expletives about his health insurance without reason or knowledge and especially without being of his concern. I reject the Cubans ... as if it were not ???. Wrong dose of enalapril because he also did not know that we are doctors, in Cuba, but with sufficient knowledge and experience. They finally tried to violate HIPAA laws by not giving us our medical records. He took his time, the necessary so that we no longer needed them, but in the end, incomplete, only the laboratory tests that, although they are our right, are not the only information included in the records of a patient. Bad work with the medicine to indicate because what she did not know is that we are doctors, in Cuba, but with enough knowledge to know that the dose of enalapril was incorrect. Finally, they wanted to violate HIPAA laws, trying not to give us our medical records. She took her time, the necessary so that we no longer needed, but the result was not the record, were the exams that we performed that are part of our right, but does not complete the medical information of a patient in a consultation. A real disaster. Bad attention.
