I have known Doctor Lazaro Miguel Garcia as a friend and as my personal doctor for 20 years very professional and with a very big heart on what he loves to do best. His staff office are super and always with a smile on their faces if there would be a 10 stars to rate Mr.Garcia he definitely will get a 10. There should be more doctors like Dr. Garcia and everything will be so much smoother for everyone! Excellent Doctor & Friend! I highly recommend him very much!

Mr. Garcia aka Dr. had my wife 7 days waiting at Coral Gables hospital, while only coming one time to tell her he was going to send over a specialist, but never did. My wife decided to discharge herself and he still did not even come. I have never seen such an unprofessional Dr. in my life who cared less about his patients well being.

Answering service is horribly rude. The office hours are not updated online. The woman answering the phone didn’t seem to know what day it was, and when I advised her that the hours are not correct online, she hung up the phone on me. Very disappointing.

Just called the office trying to make an appointment. I’ve moved to Miami recently and need to find a new doctor. The nurse who picked up the call had trouble understanding English (I don’t speak Spanish). I was put on hold and transferred to another person who did speak English. However, after asking me if I speak Spanish and finding out I don’t - the next question was what insurance I have (regular question). I have United Healthcare insurance. The nurse said it’s not accepted there. Somehow I find it strange cause that’s very popular insurance, and I was left with the feeling that I was sent away because of language barrier....
