I was in town visiting from Houston and my contacts went down the drain at the hotel. I called vision world and Lourdes was so helpful and got me in ASAP. Got an eye exam and got a set of contacts too. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Highly Recommended!

The service here is amazing. i used to go to another optical but it doesnt compare to this place at all! all the people are wonderful with great customer service & manners. a lot of these optical should take notes. their prices are very affordable & they accommodate to all my needs. definitely recommend this place to all my friends!!

On February 2020, I went to the optical store for eye check up and to order two pairs of glasses. The eye check up was excellent. But the service in regards to the glasses and reparations is awful. First, one of my glasses began to lose the anti reflex material. It was faded. I went there and the personnel fixed it. The lady told me to wash it with water and dry them with paper towel. I did it. The result: it faded again. Besides this, the second pair of glasses, even though I didn’t use it so much, it lost one of the nose pad. It was broken. Today August 8, 2020, I went to the optical store to ask her for a nose pad since my husband was going to fix it and the lady who works there told me she couldn’t do that, and she couldn’t do that this kind of repair on that day. I also showed her how the anti reflex was faded again in spite of doing what she told me, and she was very rude and told me in front of people over there that she didn’t know what I did with my glasses since the man that was over there works in a car wash and he hasn’t had this problem. To finish , I asked her if she could make a copy of my glasses prescription (since I am going to do my glasses somewhere else) and she once more told me she couldn’t do that because the doctor was not working on Saturday. All in all, it is extremely disappointing to buy a product there since you have no warranty at all. Pero el servicio en lo que respecta a las gafas y las reparaciones es pésimo. Primero, una de mis gafas comenzó a perder el material anti-reflejo. Estaba descolorido. Fui allí y el personal lo arregló. La señora me dijo que la lavara con agua y la secara con papel toalla. Lo hice. El resultado: volvió a desvanecerse. Además de esto, el segundo par de anteojos, aunque no lo usé tanto, perdió una de las almohadillas nasales. Estaba roto. Hoy 8 de agosto de 2020, fui a la óptica a pedirle una almohadilla nasal del espejuelo ya que mi esposo se la iba a arreglar y la señora que trabaja allí me dijo que no podía hacer eso, y que no podía hacer ese tipo de reparación ese día. También le mostré cómo el anti-reflejo se desvaneció de nuevo a pesar de hacer lo que ella me dijo, y ella fue muy grosera y me dijo frente a las personas que estaban allí que no sabía lo que yo hacía con mis lentes ya que el señor que estaba allí trabaja en un car wash y no ha tenido este problema. Para terminar, le pregunté si podía hacer una copia de la receta de mis anteojos (ya que voy a hacer mis anteojos en otro lugar) y una vez más me dijo que no podía hacerlo porque el médico no estaba trabajando el sábado. Conclusion: es extremadamente decepcionante comprar un producto allí, ya que no tiene ninguna garantía. Por cierto, eran caros y no eran marcas reconocidas.

This is the absolute worst eye glass/contact supplier I have ever come across.I came in and was quoted about $450 for a visit, contacts and glasses. When I came to pay, they said the amount would be $680.When I asked for a receipt in person, somehow that became and impossible task to which I still have not received. When I asked for an itemized list, I had to write it down for the woman.Beyond the the unbelievably poor customer service they provide, this group is comprised of scammers and I would highly suggest not using this facility for any purpose. It is an eye center run by crooks - point blank. Needs to be investigated and shut down.

I do not recommend this approach to anyone. I am diabetic and I let them know that I was unbalanced, they sent me a graduation that when I stabilized (which they should know and I am sure they know) I could not see with those glasses, there I have them as they sold them to me, by the way 185 dollars They cost nothing cheap and are regular no expensive brands.

Wow, without a doubt, the best in Miami ... Ive been here for three years and had never had sight problems. Due to my recurring work on the PC I began to have recurring problems in my vision. And I have gone through three optics of which I will not say name ... but without a doubt this is the maximum. I have treated myself with several professionals of the same and always great attention .... we are treated as if I were a baby hahahaha and I think that is what makes the problem and the most comforting solution.
