She is very polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She follows up to make sure that we are very satisfied we always are. She is great!

Its useless to make an appointment here. They run late. I had a 230 appointment. I arrived at 1:35 and a walk in was taken in before me. When I asked the optometry attendant she mentioned that my appointment was at 230 and she was still on time. Not happy with this place at all.The only positive I can say is that the attendant measuring my glasses was absolutly lovely and knowledgeable. Not to mention that they are very expensive. The lenses cost more than the frames and the frames were designer.

I have been a client here since my mother would bring me as a teenager and even now i have started to bring my kids here. During my exam Dr. Lulu was very nice and proffesional and educated me every well on how my eyesight is progressing. When it came time to order my contacts.. They said the order would arrive in 3 days. I called Monday afternoon to see if it arrived, and was told it would arrive Tuesday due to a delay. I called again Tuesday and was told it would arrive afterhours. Wednesday (today) I called more then 10 times and I wasnt able to get anyone on the line nor recieved a call back after leaving a voicemail. I opted to go in person and was told it would arrive the next day. As soon as I got home i recieved a text stating my order was ready for pick up. I asked my mother to pick up the order was she was told it hadnt arrived yet. They have handled this veryunprofessionally and I am extremely upset at the amount of time i have wasted trying to get my order.

Amazing experience!!! They have the newest models in all nice brands, also economic offers for all the family and they can change the glasses for your frames quite rapidly with your new prescription. The personnel is all bilingual, they treat you like family and they are always very respectfully, such an outstanding service only ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The optometrist and the ophthalmologist are very proffesional and they are extremely efficient, both are so nice!!! I live far away from them but for sure from now on they are my go to optical vision clinic!!!😀

I liked the glasses I thought they were very cute, but the first pair I got broke the instant it fell the first time (the legs broke off) and the second time (I had to pay for the frames again after only having them for a week or so) I went and got a new pair they were a bit sturdier, but after 7 months or so I noticed my lens had plastic scratches on them. Like cloudy spotted scratches. I always keep my glasses in their case so Im not sure how they would get these, and also I thought the lens were made out of glass not plastic. I paid around 130 for these and was a little disapppinted, since they are cheaply made. I really wanted to like these, the frames were cute! But im afraid to get more plastic lens.When I used to have Medicaid, my glasses that were paid by the government were better quality, yet paying out of pocket I was hoping for better :(Overall the staff was super friendly and knew what they were doing, please change the quality of your glasses!

Dr. Jose Macedo is the perfect eye doctor. Professional, caring and super sweet. He has been my eye doctor for a few years now and I would not change him for anything. Every time I have a problem I go running to see him without hesitation. He is very knowledgeable.This past week he took care of an uveitis (inflammation)I had in my eye that Bascom Palmer couldn’t take care after 2 visits. He is an amazing person and professional. Thank God I came across him for my families eye care. Highly recommended. You won’t regret it.

I have been going to Elios Optical since I was 7 years old. Its been 15 years and to this day Im still amazed at how amazing the attention is. Everyone is so attentive, sweet, and helpful. They truly care about you and want to help you in any way possible. It is by a first come, first serve basis but if youre there early it moves pretty quickly. I always take a book to read. Overall, I wouldnt trade their customer service for anything else in the world!

I recently went to buy a pair of sunglasses and ended up purchasing new progressive lenses as well. The attention by Iris was superb. They had a great selection of modern models. Make sure you ask for Dr. Michael for the exam. He was very professional! Highly recommend to visit this optical. I had to travel so they made my progressive lenses in two days and did not charge me for the extra rush.... and I was given their famous Cubanito coffee as well.

Friendly, fast and good value service! I was a walk-in with a prescription from another country. Elios were able to offer a good selection of frames and once Id selected my frames it only took 20 mins to get my glasses. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

After reading reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment. They said just walk in before 4 and youre good to go. Just walked in and they said their doctor is leaving for lunch soon and will be back in one hour. Wow! On my way to Ceperos Eye Center now.

They never answer the phone and I think it’s pretty rude of them to not accept absolutely any insurance in your medical facility. it’s only normal to accept some type of insurance. I feel offended and I have no idea how they have clients

Hi,I went to Elios Optical on Wednesday 5/18/16 and I asked the woman on the counter (cant remember her name-she wore glasses and had short hair) if I could replace one of the screws on my eyeglasses. I went to Elios Optical because I woke up with a really red eye and I was concerned. I was seen by the doctors assistant Suyin and let me say I was impressed by how nice and courteous she was to me. It was very comforting to know I was in the hands of professionals. I was then attended by Dr. Fernandez whom prescribed me treatment and it really helped me. I would recommend this place to my family my friends and anyone that is looking to be seen. It was very welcoming place.. 5 stars all the way!!!

Please avoid this place. I had 3 glasses there and after 1 year the lenses go bad. This are cheap Chinese lenses that they buy

I call to make sure until what time the doctor are there for an eye exam and they said the store is open until 6pm but doctor will take the last patient at 5pm. When I got there at 4:15pm the rude receptionist said the doctor left at 3:30pm. I will never go there anymore.

I have been getting my glasses and contacts here for years. They are great and I love them.

I was a long time patient at Optica Futura but after the Dr died everything changed in that clinic. I decided to come here based on the reviews, I was very satisfied!. Everyone is so nice and even the doctor is very funny. My mom got checked too and in 30 minutes her new glasses were ready!. The only down side was that even if you dont need an appointment you have to get there early or else they wont take you in. I went and it was 1:30pm andnit was full the doctor was not taking in more patients. This bummed me out since I had made time to come, but I went 2 days later and earlier.I Recommend this place! !

I would not recommend this place!!I went there to get an eye exam and I got my glasses done somewhere else ( Elios are overpriced) after getting them, I could not see well with my new glasses. I take my glasses and prescription to Elios so they can check them and the manager tells me that the glasses do match the prescription I was given but the doctor was not there to re-do my eye exam so she told me to go back on another day.I go back to Elios again to see if the doctor could re-do the exam and after waiting for about an hour there a lady comes out and tells me that I have to go back on the day that the doctor that did the exam was there because he is the only doctor that can check it. ( there was another doctor available but they do not see patients unless they saw you the first time)I did not wanted to waste more time with that place and just went and payed for another eye exam elsewhere and confirmed that my eye exam at Elios was done wrong.

Ive been a loyal customer of Elios Óptica for 8 years.I recently had a contact lens emergency. My one and only emergency during this time!! My prescription had expired, but all I needed was a disposable pair to get me thru a couple of days until I could make time to renew it.This should be an easy problem to solve, right? WRONG!!!Elios Óptica refused to help!!!So from now on I will renew my prescription somewhere else because my loyalty with Elios Óptica has EXPIRED!!!!
