Dr. Corrent is excellent. He is professional and knowledgeable. I have great confidence in him as my Doctor. His technicians are efficient, professional and patient-friendly. However the clerical staff did not return calls in a timely manner and sometimes not at all.

Dr. Corrent is Excellent . Since the first visit, Dr. Corrent took his time to inform and educate me about the catarrat problem that I had all the way to surgery. Im in my 3rd day after surgery and Im starting to see the difference. Im very glad I found DrCorrent . Thumbs up.

Horrible service horrible wait! Horrible uncompassionate doctor her name is dr Shani Reich very rude!! The surgery center they use to do surgery is called South florida surgery center!! MORE LIKE HOTEL CALIFORNIA SONG!! U CAN GO IN BUT U BETTER GET OUT!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND UNDER STAFFED!!

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS OFFICE. When I made the appointment, Katherine told me they take my insurance. When I arrived at the appointment, they wanted to charge me for their services because my insurance didnt cover the eye exam. Its called BAIT AND SWITCH.

I used to like this office when I saw Dr. Hamburger, but he was away on sabbatical, so I had to see a different doctor after having my cornea scratched. My appointment was at 3 pm and I arrived at 2:50 pm. I was charged the 4% fee for using my credit card. I asked if there was a preferred method of payment and she said cash or check! That is nuts. I was here for 2 full hours during this appointment to just verify that what the urgent care did was sufficient. I could hear the doctor I was supposed to see chatting with the patient for a good 45 mins, while I and another patient waited for her to see us. She came out eventually and apologized for spending so much time with her elderly patient who needed hand holding. I am not upset about the elderly woman needing hand holding but I am upset about the time management issue that the office seems to have. If you know that certain patients need extra care, schedule that. Dont leave other patients hanging. My time is just as valuable as anyone else. I had to leave work early and then spent 2 hours there basically waiting. I never waited like that for Dr. Hamburger. I saw other doctors leave for the day while I was still waiting. Not sure why they couldnt have picked up the slack. I am doubtful that I will return to this office. I made a follow up appointment but I probably wont be going.

My daughters has severe allergies and is deathly afraid of needles. I heard about a revolutionary type of non injection based allergy testing and treatment at the Kendall eye institute. The cost was affordable, they worked with my insurance company and my daughter was able to find out what was actually making her so miserable. The treatments were easy and painless and now my little princess is just a normal little girl who doesnt need any drugs. thank you

Highly recommend. Waited 10 minutes and was greeted by competent, friendly staff. The office environment is very professional. The Ophthalmologist took her time to explain my eye conditions and was a real pleasure to deal with.

I waited an hour in the lobby. They have a sign on the window saying sign here but they dont check the sheet , I had to knock on the window to let them know I was there and a new patient. Then they wanted to tell me that my insurance was not covering my exam for my contacts which was false. My insurance covers my eye exam for glasses and standard frames and lens and $100 allowance to my contacts. The doctor was super nice but unfortunately I found out today the prescription she had giving me was not correct. When I was done with the exam I went to the another window to see what frames I could pick out and the women was so rude and said you used all your benefits. If these doctors want to have patients still , I suggest they train their front office staff or hire new ones.

Very professional and quick service. Lovely offices in the Kendall area. I was thoroughly examined by the tech staff and promptly evaluated by the attending ophthalmologist.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!! The wait was HORRIBLE!! I understand for a new patient okay. But they FORGOT we were sitting in the lobby!!There was a staff member leaving (for break or for the day) and THEY had to ask if we were helped. When I said no, they went back in to let the staff know. Meanwhile the staff sounded like they were having a party with all the chatter going on. And this office was PACKED with kids and parents when we got there. The tech or initial eye doctor was great and knows how to work with kids. The ophthalmologist was great as well. The girl in the area where you purchase the frames and order your lenses was great until it took FOREVER for the glasses to come. I called to check on the status, only to find out that the lenses arrived damaged. They had to send them back, which was another delay. I cant even remember when my daughter finally got her glasses. I posted on FB and other parents (at least 2) informed me that they had similar experiences and to never go here again. So I think Im done. Furthermore, after I pay about $75 at the visit+the amount the insurance didnt cover for the lenses. They send me A BILL for ANOTHER $50. Im like what is this for. I cant even remember. I refuse to pay it because I cant understand what its for!! For one, this was not billed to the vision insurance. This is considered a specialist visit so it goes through your MEDICAL insurance. They finally sent it to collections and to top it off IN MY DAUGHTERS NAME!! Smh With no mention of me as a guarantor. So I can pay on it, but they cant tell me information?? HORRIBLE!! The billing staff and the front staff HORRIBLE. Go somewhere else!!

One word TERRIBLE!The worse experience Ive ever had in a Drs office. From the moment you call to make a appointment to the day of the appointment. The office staff is horrendous with no manners what so ever. It sounded like a party with all the loud talking gossiping than an actual Drs office. It has to start with the office manager as I cant fathom how this is happening and it being allowed. Make sure when you arrive not just sign your name in but literally make it known your there if not youll be waiting a long time. My over all experience was really terrible.

I visited Kendall Eye Optical and was happy with Dr. Janel Felipes bed side manner, I also had a pleasant experience while getting some glasses and contacts. And the best part is that they price matched what i had found at another store!!!

Horrible...strongly do not recommend. Over 5 weeks and still waiting for my glasses. Eye examination is excellent, but thats where I would stop. Take your prescription and have your glasses prepared somewhere else.

BEWARE. At time to collect payment they add an additional 4% to your deductible when paying with a credit card or medical card.

If you came late you have to get another appointment, but if you getin an hour early like I did you have to wait until you appoitment time and them they call you late.

No complains.

I never got to get an appointmen, I just called to make an inquiry regarding my insurance and see what I had to do to get an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and so unprofessional that I gave up, however I called another office in Flagler and the girl It was so kind that I went with them, in the end they lost three clients because it was me with my two children. With that deal I dont think they get very far.

We called on the phone for an appointment and they cut our call three times. Terrible attention

BETTER FOLLOWING GOOGLE AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY FIND 99 SITES THAT ARE VALUE!

IF YOU ARE A USER OF MEDICAID C U I D A D O! Without consulting you, they will charge you for the glasses of your children telling you that INSURANCE EXIGTS TO PAY, but it is a lie! The little woman in charge of the optics department is extremely rude, arrogant, abusive, insulting in her treatment, one feels humiliated when she uses her services ... The optometrists attention is of no value, when this woman (OF THE OPTICAL DEPARTMENT) tries the patient as scum ... THE MEDICAL SITE IN WHICH WORST I HAVE TREATED IN THE HISTORY!
