Beautiful clean place! The staff were super friendly and treated my dog with love and care. Yes, it is pricey but you can guarantee quality medical attention for your pet. The staff and doctors here are amazing! Last night my 3 month old puppy had to go into emergency care and an overnight stay for suspected toxication. He was completely un-responsive by the time we got to the hospital and I was beyond panicked. The minute he arrived the nurses rushed out to take him into care without a second to waste. He was in the clinic before I even locked my car. Everyone was so compassionate for our situation and took the time to explain every step of the process for me. Dr. Gonzalez was so clear in explaining his care plan and team that will be attending to him which put me at ease. They let me go back and visit him before leaving for the night and bring his favorite toy. Even after being in the teams care for only an hour he was already looking 10x better. They encouraged me to call throughout the night to check on anytime I wanted. Even if the doctor was busy at the moment whoever answered the phone was very kind, positive, and did their best to give me a quick update at least. Dr. Gonzalez herself gave me a (very positive!) update at 1am that allowed me to finally get to sleep at night. In the morning when I called Dr. Gonzalez was still there and told me to come and pick him up! I was beyond happy!! I was anticipating that he would need to stay for 24 hours at least but with the expert care here I was only without my little one for 16 hours. Amazing. By the time got home my puppy was back to his usual playful self, remembering all his training, and giving me lots of kisses. Im beyond grateful for the service and care we received at VCA Knowles. Thank you everyone!

It has basically just become an ER for pets, which is fine, but they should have a separate location / service for regular patients / pets for non threatening illnesses but illnesses which must be addressed.Took her then to their other location on 27th avenue, she ended up having pancreatitis, she was there 2 days and $1,700 later. Only 5 days later, she developed a horrible cough and cold. I took her back to the 27th avenue location, of course, they could not see her due to emergencies. Took her to the Sunset location, she now has an pneumonia which I’m sure was the result of kennel cough but of course no one would admit to that.They refer to each other as “sister locations” but they are not and do not share information other than you being a patient in their system.They sent me a follow up text to see how she was doing. I relied “she still has cough, etc…” received auto response back saying how they’re happy to hear she’s doing better and to please leave a review.So I did. There’s the review.

We took our fur baby to VCA Snapper Creek last week and he was very sick. All of the staff at this facility were very kind, compassionate and patient with our family and pet from beginning to end. Dr. Gonzalez is a wonderful Doctor! She took the time to go over things with us thoroughly and help us get a better understanding of what was going on with our pet. I had a great experience at this emergency animal hospital. My yorkie was hospitalized there and I was very satisfied with how they cared for him. Everyone was kind and Dr Gonzalez was GREAT. They always answered all my questions and calls with much kindness. I am also especially grateful that they allow visits. My dog is blind and has a lot of separation anxiety so being able to visit throughout the day was so much appreciated. Highly recommend in an emergency situation.

My 12 yr old chihuahua mix had her 1st and hopefully last severe allergic reaction.Of course it had to happen after hrs. Her muzzle was slightly swollen. I thght she had a tooth abscess and planned to take her to vet in AM.Soon after splotchy wheels of hair stood up and I knew she had to be seen. I frantically called Knowles SC emerg. I was told my dog having an allergic reaction and to head over. The person that answered the phone also said that if I had a hands free phone capability I cld call on the way to calm me down and inform them if my dog had any other symptoms. She also took my info so a chart cld be started before we arrived. As we were being buzzed in the girl @ front desk was on phone asking for technician to come from treatment room to take my dog for immediate assessment and treatment. I was barely in the door and handing my dog over.Im gonna guess that on any given night they may be much busier and perhaps not be able to repeat that level of competence and compassion. But they appeared fairly busy and I think a severe allergic reaction cld have quickly progressed to her needing advanced life saving procedures so thats why they were so quick .Thankfully 2 injections worked.Thank you KSC ! I shld have written the vets name down( She was amazing) so I cld include it in this review as well as all those involved. I plan to call them to thank them again..get their names and include their names in a follow up review. Oh..p.s the vet told me my dog was most likely stung by a bee.So she went over my dog a few times looking for stinger so wed know. My dog doesnt go outside without us so I didnt think it was a bee. I thght new shampoo. The vet said..no I think it was a bee even tho no stinger found. When we returned home..I noticed the dead bee in my dogs bed.This is a LONG post..but I wanted to share so if this happens to yr dog or cat..dont wait till next day

Our dog Barley ended up at VCA Knowles because of a unique emergency that could have killed her. Dr. Gonzalez reacted swiftly, giving Barley the necessary tests and doing the research needed to treat her appropriately. Barley was in critical condition and ended up staying in the ICU at Knowles for 10 nights. While there, both Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Riera gave Barley the best possible care. The entire front desk staff and all of the vet techs knew Barley’s story and went above and beyond to make sure she had what was needed. Everyone there truly cares about their patients. Barley got all of the treatment and care she needed in order to make a miraculous recovery. Thank you Knowles!

I went with an emergency at 5 a.m. because my dog had an unstoppable dry coughing. In around an hour I had a diagnosis and treatment to take home with my dog. All staff was real caring even at that early in the morning. It is a place I recommend.

This is the place to go if you ever need 24 hour emergency care for your dog. Felt welcomed from the minute I walked in, until my Molly was discharged. All in less than an hour. Thank you guys at Knowles Snapper Creek.

Not enough good things to say about the team at VCA. Everyone is so kind from the reception, all the way to the vet techs and doctors. I’m so happy and grateful for the care my dog was given by Omar and Dr. González and how sweet they were with him. I took my dog Sunday night. Sun Sep 25 2021.A doctor came to see her and after running blood work advised me to leave my dog to stabilize her. In the morning I received a call from the doctor to tell me she was ok she had gone to the bathroom, walked etc and for me to go and see her. After almost 3 hours waiting my dog was in the same condition as the night before. ( practically dying a big lye about my being able to walk).I was ready to take her home. At that time a doctor came and explained that all they wanted was for me to visit her.The dog was practically dying.After receiving all types of absurd explanations I decided I would put my dog to sleep.Knowels has this new thing of planning a visit to your pet and keep the dog for more treatment.At the the give you a dog with 0 possibilities of survival.Had this experience before.After they take thousands of dollars from you the the final choice is put the animal to sleep.I’m very sorry I will not recommend this to anyone I know.

Brought our kitty over night and the staff was great from beginning to end. There is always a hesitation taking your pet to ER. And the wait time can be long so be patient because its well worth it!! No regrets at all. They are very reasonable for ER care. Thank you to Dr.Betancourt and staff for the great care. And will def be back. But hopefully not soon. And i mean that in the nicest way possible. You guys understand 😁

We took our dog in on a Saturday night and they took us in right away. They always came in the room and updated us on every exam they were doing how our dog was doing which helps especially when your already nervous not knowing what’s wrong with your dog. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place.

I have been taking Sophie to Knowles since I first got her 14 years ago. They are always super nice, responsive caring and thorough and it’s always been a wonderful experience. The vets are first class with lots of experience. The staff always follows up after your visit to make sure everything is OK and there are no issues. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Riera and her assistant were very compassionate and knowledgeable. I took in a sick stray cat because she was very yellow and not eating. They ran some tests and offered some treatment options, but in the end we concluded nothing could be done for the sweet cat so I decided to put her to sleep. It was a very hard decision, but VCA Knowles was very professional and caring. I did not have to wait to be seen since I went in the early morning. Overall, I had a great experience in one of the hardest times of my life. A little pricey, but well worth it. Highly recommend.

I took my dog in for a leg issue that had her limping. The wait was long, but completely understandable due to it being an emergency vet hospital. They kept me in the loop with everything and were professional. The doctor treated my baby with so much respect, love, and care. He explained everything to me and was very empathetic.

Knowles has changed a lot over the years. I had to bring my dog for an emergency allergic reaction and the staff and vet were all so friendly and quick. She did end up staying over night so I was taken to the back to say bye to her and it was so refreshing to see she had a little bed and blanket in the kennel with her she wasn’t just thrown in a kennel not to mention it was spotless back there! I would not hesitate one bit to bring my dogs here for emergency situations.

My youngest pup unfortunately ate something and caught some really bad diarrhea . I can’t alway count on knowles for the amazing care and how sweet and accommodating they are with my shy dog. I had some questions and every time I called they were alway willing to help me out. I am very happy with the staff and the care my pups get at this vet.

They took care of my fur baby as it was their own with tender love and care. The doctors and all the staff were amazing and attentive, they explained everything in detail and helped us understand everything totally.

These people were very helpful while my cat was very sick. They kept me very informed throughout the whole visit which alleviated my stress. They attended to me in a timely manner but I did make several calls beforehand to make sure the wait time was reasonable to the timely hood of my cat’s ailment. Overall amazing service and wonderful people. :)

People that work there are very nice and comunícate very well the issues with your pet. This is the 3rd time I bring my mini schnauzer and everyone has been very Caring..I just think it’s a bit expensive but otherwise it’s a great place.

We went in Sunday night 7/11/2021 our dog teacup maltese in around 10 pm he was shocking well he did not make it. but the vet staff was over the top comprehensive helpful i cant say enough about them . when i asked for the bill they said i owe them 0 dollars i was amazed.

I found a dog under my house, and it had suffered some sort of bite to its eye.i am an animal lover, and so i took him to my community vet office.they treated him, gave him antibiotics, and referred me to VCA knowles. in snapper creek.the staff is amazing! I took my cat in after calling and being told to bring her in. They were very professional, understanding and caring about our concerns with her health at the time. They were also made sure that we understood what was going on and how the medication was going to work. I thank them for helping her because shes not just a cat but shes my kid.

Went to a local 24 hour vet and the wait was 6 hours, they refused to even look at my dog to tell me if he needs emergency services and that I had to sit and wait 6 hours. Went to VCA and they immediately looked at my dogs (bite wounds) and addressed it immediately. I really was so happy with their services and I didn’t feel like they did anything that was unnecessary. The staff was some of the friendliest customer service I have had since moving to Florida. Will defiantly be back.

I called VCA Knowles on snapper creek after I had called my regular Vet who didn’t want to make an exception and let me bring in my dog for an urgent visit, even though I call early in the morning. I did call other vets and same thing. But I’m so glad I called knowles, they took care of us without a problem, they told us waiting time will be about 1 to 1-1/2 hour but it was quicker. They’re very professional and I’m very happy with them! I definitely recommend this place.

Life changers for sure, our pup was rushed right in and out of surgery... pup swallowed a palm seed...... the obstruction was repaired rapidly!My normal vet just said, here antibiotic, call me in 72 hrs..... 18 hrs after we ran to Knowles.Vet Dr Gonzalez was wow.... communicated, called us directly 3 times a day, sent us pics ... blown away by service... we will not go anywhere else again.Thank you..... all staff!

The entire staff was very friendly and concerned about my cat. They did everything they could to make sure she was okay. While Kitty was there she had blood work done, an X-ray, and was given subcutaneous fluids. She was herself again by the next day. Dr. González and her team have a passion for animals that is endearing and helps you feel more comfortable in knowing that your pet will be taken care of like their own. I don’t usually write reviews but after having to make the hard decision to put my baby down I must say the staff and vets that treated her here were amazing. It is somewhat pricey specially if you go during emergency hours but that’s how most emergency vets cost. They treated my pet with extreme care and were sympathetic toward my situation. My vet Dr.Gonzalez, was very knowledgeable and loved to specialize in what my dog was diagnosed which was autoimmune anemia which made me more comfortable. Although I left empty handed and had to euthanize my dog, Sunkist, from beginning to end my experience was great. You can tell the whole staff really love what they do.

This Knowles location has been our primary bet for the last 2+ years. When any issues arise, this is where we go.My main reason for this review is to thank the entire staff of Knowles for the care and compassion they gave my wife and I back in January when we had to put down our dog, Mama.We took her in because she was uncharacteristically using the restroom in the house and she had been in “heat” (or so we thought) for almost two months. Come to find out during the visit that she had tumors growing on her ovaries, a mass in her uterus, and fluid building in her lungs.We needed up putting her down that day and it was the hardest, most gut-wrenching thing that I have ever had to do.The staff was so compassionate and made my last moments with Mama special. I never thought I could cry from putting down an animal, but she had become a part of the family and it felt like I was losing a brother/sister/son/daughter.

This animal clinic is absolutely top notch! Doctor Riera is an amazing Vet! My dog was paralyzed and would not walk, eat or poop. My family and I were Extremely worried. Initially we had taken her to another vet, and not only did they treat the visit like an in & out business transaction but they misdiagnosed my dog with pyometra after reading their xrays , even though my dog’s blood work came out normal.Still we were not convinced since the condition my dog had seemed more neurological , however, the vet insisted that she needed to get emergency surgery otherwise she would not make it. My mom felt we needed a second opinion and reached out to my aunt who happens to be a vet technician knowles and recommended we bring her in for the emergency pyometra surgery. Right from the start Dr. Riera who attended my dog , was very informative, and thorough with everything that needed to be done. She called me about 4 times on the first day to Keep me informed on everything she was going to be doing . Also explained that the symptoms my doggy had , did not really coincide with pyometra and decided to run her own xrays and tests. Advised me that it was in the best interest of my dog to leave her overnight with antibiotics and steroids to reduce swelling and also give her an edema for her constipation and that the next day she would let me know IF my dog needed the surgery or not. But she refused to operate on my dog in the weak state that she was in as it could have worsen her situation if it was not necessary.I got my doggy back and it’s day 2 , and she is finally slowly starting to walk, eat and poop again.I am absolutely amazed on the service Of this Animal clinic. The time they take to properly diagnose and treat these animals is beyond words. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality care to their furry friends .

Our precious Dolly (2 month old Yorkshire Terrier) had to be taken to VCA knowles after she had been discharged from another emergency hospital without a diagnosis. Our pug needed an obstruction removed from his digestive system. The staff was extremely informative and caring with our baby in his time of need. The surgery was a success and he’s back to his old self (minus the nerf ball that he ate). A very big Thank you to VCA and all it’s staff.

I’ve been a customer of this place for over 12 yrs i was there 3/26 I took my dog for vomiting they are so disconnected they take advantage of your loyalty to your pet and become a selling machine all the dog need was a shot so he would stop vomiting in there estimate of over 500$ they didn’t even offer me the shot i asked for the shot and the next day my dog is doing much better. While I was there I hear employees screaming at the barking dogs to be quiet I’m just disgusted with this place and the disconnect that they have with customers.

The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and polite. Their prices are a little high compared to average. The vets may advise for some unnecessary things (e.g. the doctor tried to convince me to put my indoor cats on flea and tick medicine). When picking up my cat from a spay operation I had to wait in my car for over an hour, then in the office for another 30. The info I received could have been given over the phone, which I would have appreciated, as I didnt see a vet.

I always feel sure and safe when my family of cats and dogs is treated and cared for at KNOWLES. I started on a Sunday way back in 2010 when a Pomeranian I had rescued had an emergency. It was then Dr Williams and then Dr Wenzl, with whom I developed my trust in the clinic. I have also had very good experiences with Block, Beg, Hernandez, Betancourt, Riera, González, Maristany and all the very good techs as well.

Great customer service with quick service. I was pleased that everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful as well, thank you all.

Im not one to leave bad reviews but this place is a scam. They prey on the ignorance of pet owners (just like most medical things) and make people think they gotta get their pets hopped up on all these pills at the same time. They killed my dog 100% and would further trick my parents to give him treatments that did absolutely nothing but lead my dog to the grave.After this experience im going to just let nature take its course on my future pets screw vets

I have been taking my dog there since 2013 and i decided to change the doctor to Dr. Riera. I tried this doctor for the first time today. This is why i decided to write my first review. I was impressed. I found her to be highly knowledgeable, direct to the point, caring, and trusting.

My dog got into a toxic toad later at night, we thought she was gonna die. We called this place because it was the closest one and they said they were open. We ran there and they were really fast taking her from us and making sure she was ok. All the staff was very nice and friendly and the doctor too. She came and explained to us all the procedures they were doing and gonna do to stabilize my baby, and answered all of our questions, and since she was gonna spend the night they let us see her before we left. I am very happy with the service, they did all what needed to be done to save my babys life. I will totally recommend this vet to everyone! Thank you for all you did!!!! Sandra and Allie.

After my poor dog threw up multiple times and had blood in his stool, I took him to his vet immediately. . They misdiagnosed him with possible pancreatitis or stomach flu. Gave him a shot for vomiting and iv fluids and sent him home. I called the next am saying he was lethargic, barely responsive or a rousable. He told me NOT to take him anywhere, it was the side effects of the injection he had given and to feed him his food. Within an hour, I saw Dr cristina Maristany at Knowles on sunset who diagnosed him with an obstruction and went straight to surgery. He had two tampons lodged in his stomach amd intestinal tract and was becoming very ill. He was admitted for two nights, three days. The attention was incredible, the results were outstanding and diagnostic skills on point. Today, one week later, his incision is beautiful and he is back to his old crazy self. I thank Dr Maristany and entire staff for seeing me on such short notice and for saving my dog’s life. I am eternally grateful.

I have been a loyal client of Knowles for over 12 years. Have my two pets with the clinic. I have been told by other pet owners of issues they have had with their pets while boarding. I was reluctant to believe that it was true. I am now convinced they were not lying. I had my senior dog for two weeks on boarding. I picked him up today. He has injuries in both front paws. A veterinarian came out after I complained about the issue. She stated that it was something the pet did by leaking the paws, my question would be why didn’t the care taker alert the vets if the sores were not normal!!!!!! ThT is why you TRUST a boarding place that is also the pets vet so In case of anything related to the health, they can treat the pet...Now, I am supposed to pay for his treatment since they are not responsible for what happened to my dog while under their care!!! Does it make sense????Stay away from Knowles, forget about “We treat your pet as family””. Not honoring their own mission/Slogan.Horrible this happened 12/2020.

Knowles saved a stray cats life in my neighborhood. The poor cat was attacked by two dogs. Thank goodness I was near by to save him. Though the cat ran away after the attack I was able to find him hours later. I called several animal hospitals and all of them said there was no doctor in. Finally I called Knowles and they had a doctor. I am thankful for Knowles and their knowledgeable doctors and nurses. Thank you for saving a stray cat.

My dog was very sick and I was driving all over Miami for a hospital that could see him on Sunday night. Every other place has a minimum 2 hour wait. They took my dog relatively quickly.The entire staff has been excellent during his treatment. The people answering the phones are friendly and helpful. The night doctor and morning doctor both took the time to talk me through everything on the phone (I couldnt go in because of COVID) and answer all of my questions. They explained all treatment options and costs.We went in for an emergency visit so I expected the cost to be high. I dont believe it was any higher than standard, and in fact when all was said and done I ended up paying less than I was quoted.5 stars!!!

Thank you, Knowles Animal Clinic. We left our family dog outside, when we were out. when we came home we looked for him but couldnt find him. We waited, because hes an inside dog we never went to bed without him. When we found him, someone shot him! We rushed him to Knowles Animal Clinic. Dr. Gonzalez-Rodriguez, Dr. Tracy, Dr. Maristany and staff rush in caring for BJ as if he was theirs. The assistant gave me a hug and explained everything to me that was going on and what whould be the next step.Amazingly! 2 surgeries was performed and BJ is alive today.I am thankful and I would highly recommend Knowles clinic to anyone whom wants quality care for there love one.

Very happy with their service and definitely recommend this clinic (and Ive very picky about who I take my babies to). The doctor and staff members were very kind and attentive. Also, this was the only 24 hour clinic that I found that didnt have a 3-4 wait time to see cat. As soon as we arrived, one of the staff member walked up to our vehicle to take our cat inside of the clinic. The doctor and staff communicated with us throughout the whole consultation and examination. Thank you Knowles for giving our boy, Ghostface, quality care. We truly appreciate it! 🤗❤️

Today I had to take my dog in for a ear infection. I was treated by Dr Scola, who was very rude and condescending. She spoke to me as if I neglected my dog and tried to make me feel very incompetent. I have been to Knowles 0n another occasion and I was treated with respect from Dr. Gonzalez.I adore my dog and would never put him in a situation to cause him discomfort or pain. The young man, Paul, was very kind and understanding.I did not appreciate being spoke to in the manner by Dr. Scola. She did not have a conversation with me, instead she spoke at me.I have never had a bad experience at Knowles until today.My dog needs further treatment, but I ONLY will see Dr. Gonzalez.

10/10 RECOMMEND. I’m convinced that any bad reviews are from people who are not understanding of wait times and the amount of people who come to vet clinics (especially during this pandemic!). They took the best care of my rescued street cats and I wouldn’t trust any other clinic with my fragile kittens! Everyone from the CSRs to techs to veterinarians, all have a great passion for animals. Be understanding and loving during this crazy time and appreciate these essential and unsung heroes. ❤️

My cat had a urinary tract blockage and the staff were very open with options and understanding with prices. They are aware that not everyone can afford everything. You can tell they tried their best on my baby. I recommend them all the way.Rest In Peace Archie,have fun up there.

My experience with the clinic was without a doubt; very professional, responsive, and animal friendly. My cat had not been feeling like herself for two days, she threw up and was very lethargic. I took her to the clinic and was told to wait outside due to COVID, but they attended me as soon as they could and took her in without having an appointment. The veterinarian called me later that day to let me know her results, he was very intelligent and gave me a brief explanation of everything going on with my cat. I was able to pick her up same day, and immediately you could see her improvement in her health. I would definitely go back if I have any other issue with my pets! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I can say that they definitely want to help out animals in any way they can.

Dr. GONZALEZ AND THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! I just had to put my dog, Hunter, down and Dr. Gonzalez took the time with us and was very sweet and supportive! This is never and easy thing but they were very personable and compassionate!

They saved my puppy’s life!! After a horrible loose dog attacked my chiweenie, the doctors and staff at Knowles Sunset were instrumental in saving his life. Everyone is always friendly and courteous even when you could see they are swamped with emergencies.

Yesterday I said goodbye to a great friend. It was with a heavy heart I had to euthanize my dog. Staff was accommodating and empathetic providing me the time and final moments with my loyal friend.

This hospital is amazing!! They have a friendly staff, awesome Drs, great schedule.... don’t doubt for a moment to take your pet. My puppy had an emergency surgery there and I couldn’t be happier. You can call to see how your pet is doing at any time and they follow up with you afterwards. Thank goodness there’s a place like this ❤️

I’ve had to make two unfortunate visits in the middle of the night due to the loss of two of our pets. Throughout the whole process Gabby attended me and made sure I was ok. Given the current circumstances with Covid 19 she was professional, sympathetic and made sure that the process was quick. I feel fortunate that she was the one attending me during both of these painful situations and the staff on call those night was great as well.From the bottom of my heart thank you, my family thanks you.

Supper bad place , dont bring your dogs here ,they charged way too high for a bad service and bad treatment and they dont treat the dogs correctly and neither the ownersThey take them back to a room which they dont do anything, but watch tik toksI dont recommend this place to anybody that loves their dogs and cats

I have took my dogs here during the day time everything is fine no problems but tonight on July 3 I took my dog to the Emergency room and I was there almost until 1am the dog was treated but no blood work or diagnosis was made because I didnt want to leave my puppy over night i just got sent home with a bag of medicines I recommend this place during the day time now at night is a different story

The worst Vet I have ever seen, actually probably some of the worst human beings. My dog was brought in for an emergency and the option we were given was 2000 dollars and was given a maybe with shrugs from Dr Reinel Hernandez. After discussing with our family we decided that we could not afford that and that now that our dog was getting very old it was just not an option we could do. We told Dr Hernandez that we were gunna have to put her down, it was then when he decided to share another option with us that would only cost us 200 dollars. How convenient of him to remember this option after we had already decided to put our dog down and were grieving.Whatever, flash forward a couple of days we had to go back to have a patch removed and because they didnt give us enough medication that was supposed to be given to us. This is during Covid so they come out to your car to help you, a girl came out to take our dog in have the patch removed then we started telling her about the medication. She goes inside and then about 10 minutes later she walks right past us not letting us know shes going to be leaving us with anyone or anything like that and we are left with nobody attending us. After another ten minutes we call again and have some help brought out to us where we have to explain our situation again.NOW along with this we ask if maybe we can get a medication for after the one we have runs out to give her when this pain flares up so we dont need to run to a vet again. Were told its very busy and they will give us a call.The next day we are told that the doctor is not working that week and we must bring our dog back in just to have her seen again and so they can prescribe us what we need...... even though its on file...If I could give these people less than a star I would. Do not go to these people ever, do whatever possible to avoid them even if its an emergency, you will be wasting precious time for your pet.TLDR: Never ever go to Knowles if you care about your sanity or your dog.TLDR for future vets hiring Dr. Reinel Hernandez: DO NOT HIRE THIS DOCTOR

I had to rush my dog in due to severe pain in her right leg. This clinic provided top notch customer service from start to finish: the phone receptionist was very helpful and attentive, the veterinary technician, Melanie, was very kind and empathetic, and finally, Dr. Riera was very professional and was able to quickly (and properly) diagnose my dog’s condition. She was able to get my dog out of pain and provided us with a medical plan to help my dog continue to recover. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this clinic and would highly recommend. Thank you!

The veterinarians here are very technically competent and compassionate. This should be the top-rated veterinary hospital/clinic in the greater Miami-Dade area. Top notch testing and treatment.

Iam very happy how they treated my lulu. My cat is a very nerves and afraid of anybody he does not know. And let me tell you how amazing they handled him. They trim his nails also so that’s a BIG PLUS FOR ME since Iam unable to do it my self I don’t want to hurt him. Thank you guys so much !! See you guys in another month for a nail trim !! Awesome customer service! I recommend them for any cat owner. Thank you again !!

It was the only Vet Hospital open at midnight on 4th of July. All the staff was super attentive, supportive and patient.

Really impressed with their service. Prices could be lower but i guess you get what you pay for. Front desk staff and doctors are all kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took good care of my cat and made me feel cometable with leaving her there all day for check up, shots, and grooming. Will definitely be going back regularly to get my cat groomed and possibly just make them my vet all together. Very pleased!! Thank you to everyone who assisted me from the very first phone call. I wish i had all your names so everyone could know how great you individuals are. Overall.. great place to take your animal. I highly suggest them.
