Knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Brought in my dog as an emergency. Dr Williams immediately knew was was wrong which was later confirmed by the X-ray taken. My little guy was taken in for an emergency surgery which thankfully had no complications. He is now doing great at home. Chris kept me informed throughout the whole process. The service they provided was excellent. I highly recommend this clinic!

They do not care about your animal. Lady who answered phone is incredibly snobby in the face of what could be your dogs dying moment. They primarily prioritize getting your money. If you are loaded I can see why they might be good but trust me when I say, at least as far as the woman who answers the phone, SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. SHE WANTS YOUR MONEYA... typical.

I would not recommend this vet to anyone, don’t waste your time coming here they will not help you or your pet. Horrible experience.

So grateful such caring people are available after hours. We had a puppy emergency and Isabella and Kris met us at the designated emergency parking spot. One brought her in to the doctor, and the other explained the process and cost estimate. They kept us updated the entire time. The doctor carefully explained everything and our puppy is improving every day.

I had a wonderful experience with this emergency clinic. My maltipoo was very well taken care of. The best was that wait time was not at long as in all the other emergency clinics that I called that day. Others had a 3 to 4 hour wait and I didnt have the luxury to wait that long and neither did my puppy. The Vet was very professional and I will not hesitate to take her there again.

One(1) star because no Zero allowed. This people are scammers. I was charged $700 + on an incorrect diagnosis for my pet. Not only flawed diagnosis, but they performed several unnecessary procedures just to increase the final charge. They dont appear to have the best interest of the pets in mind. They are interested in charging as much as they can. They take advantage of the owners of sick pets. It is very shameful on their behalf. They werent able to heal my pet, after more than 3 days of unsatisfactory treatment we called to take my pet back, they refused to do it unless we were willing to pay more than the $700s+ we had pay. It was then that we decided to take my pet to another decent animal clinic and luckily they were able to help my pet and was healed soon. Besides, they dont allow you to stay with your pet inside, just imagine how your pet could be treated inside the facility. Be careful!

AEC is the best place to care for your animals. They offer the best customer service while providing quality care to your fur babies. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

I took my dog in to get an annual physical examination. His vaccinations were due and we also took a sample of his poop to get examined. They took my dog and his poop for his check up.I called a few days later because we hadn’t received the heartworm pills and learned from the receptionist that according to their chart, we had declined a bunch of tests, including the analysis of the fecal matter, which we never did. There reply when we said we hadn’t declined those tests was “you should’ve asked for the tests you wanted done”. I guess they expect the dog owner to be a veterinarian and specifically state which exam the veterinarian should do.I’ve been there several times. My first ever visit was great and I remember it well. Unfortunately, since then , I’ve seen the facilities service steeply decline and I feel their interest has become more financial rather than in helping people’s pets.It’s really a shame what the place has become Dr. Williams. You were my dog’s go to place, but it’s difficult to trust anymore.

We brought our 3 yr old Yorkie, Bella into AEC for an emergency on 9/7/2020 and she was dying after having eaten a medication pill off the floor in our house. When we got to AEC, our dog had a fever of 109.8 and was having uncontrollable seizures. When we got there, Dr Williams took her in and got her sedated and on meds right away to bring her fever down. They put her on a vent to keep her calm and told me that she was in very bad shape and that they would do everything they could to save her. Dr Williams said he would watch her all night along with his staff.With a lot of prayer from our family and the great care of Dr Williams and his staff, they saved our little “Bella“ against all odds. Dr Williams and his staff at AEC was super caring And they kept us informed all along the way. Bella came home after 24hrs at AEC. We thank Dr Williams and his staff so much. Emergency care is not cheap but well worth it to save our beloved Bella. I’m glad we had pet insurance.Last, AEC os more reasonably priced and more caring than other emergency hospitals in Miami that we have been to in the past

I have called this vet in different occasions... I would say, maybe 6 times? And every single time they tell me that the vet is not available because he/she is doing surgery all night. So how is this an emergency vet?!? I just called because one of my cats came home after a fight and they tell me they can’t see him because they are doing some work to the office.This is NOT an emergency vet!!! He’s just a vet that works at night bc he is nocturnal so this is false advertising!!!!!

They advertise themselves as 24 hours; however, when I called them last Sunday to schedule an emergency surgery for my Maltese, their voicemail stated that they will answer calls at 6pm. REALLY? How do you list yourselves as a 24 hour, emergency vet hospital and you don’t have no one answer the phone until 6pm? When I did finally get a hold of them, they said that since I didn’t get the surgery for my dog Saturday night, I will not be getting the surgery at all. Even thought my dogs prognosis did not change. And when my wife call, them today, April 2nd, at around 4pm, the woman who answered the phone was very rude, “we are not going to operate on your dog!!”, then hung up.We are going through enough trying to get help for our poor boy, and to now be denied the help he needs while also being disrespected, so to much to deal with.Your nasty staff should have empathy.Here is the sweet hard that they refuse to give help to. His name is He-man.

AEC is amazing!! Dr. Williams is the best not only for emergencies but also for regular visits!! My English bulldog had parvo as a puppy. Dr. Williams saved him!! Now I take my guinea pigs there too and he is wonderful with them.

I wish I can give you 0 points but I cant, thats what you deserve, you have the worst costumer service ever, I cant believe youre still open, we went to get some medicine (which I know it doesnt need a prescription) and the lady that was there was really rude, first she didnt want to open the door, then she opened just a little bit, we asked her about the medicine and then she went to the back to the office for a while then came back and told us that we had to go back at six because basically it was closed really? So its not a 24 hour vet. clinic, you should change your hours then..and some of your staff as well. If she treated us so rude I cant imagine how she treats the pets behind closed doors. Be aware ppl dont take your pets to this horrible clinic.

We needed emergency services for our dog and this was the first clinic that came to mind. They’re popular because they are available so late for emergencies.Staff was very attentive and other customers were friendly and recommending the location when we came. The front staff member (I believe her name was Karen) was so nice and genuinely cared about all animals and their parents. Dr. Williams was so nice and saw us quickly after we were taken to the room. All staff members I met were so caring, I wish I would’ve gotten their names to thank them.They had different types of treatment plans (of varying budgets) to help animals and their owners, and gave us all the options needed for us to make informed decisions. We are very grateful for the Clinic and all staff.

Needed to take my 4 year old pup for some care tonight. Staff and doctor were incredibly nice, thorough and explained everything. Thankfully it wasn’t anything terrible and grateful for the care they gave my pup.

Be careful, these people are scammers, they don’t care about actually helping your pet, just making money, Price gauchers they make you give them your social security number to send you to collecting agencies if you dispute the charges even though they add things to the bill without you actually authorizing them, they wanted to charge me $2300 to keep my dog overnight, once I declined it he charged me $300 for looking at my dog it was 15 minutes He basically charged me $300 for the time it took him to attempt to sell me a $2300 package. Very disingenuous and borderline fraudulent.

We found a lost dog on Sunday and went to this place to check if it had a microchip and ask for their advice on what to do (unfortunately couldnt keep him, and we are tourists here so dont have friends and family to ask for help). It was around 1PM when I walked inside and was greeted by a very rude and dismissive woman who said doctor doesnt come in until 6PM before even asking why am I there. After I explained I would like to check for microchip she did and said that there is no chip. I asked for help and if she knew where i can take the dog, but she was very dismissive and seemed bothered by me asking and told me to google it. I did google it and found an open shelter in Ft Lauderdale. I drove for an hour to make sure dog will be safe and as soon as we got there they checked for the chip AND IT WAS THERE!!! He was microchiped but she couldnt be bothered to check nicely.Thankfully we did not have a medical emergency and puppy is in good health and will soon be reunited with his owners.But if that was her reaction to seeing a cute little puppy, I dont want to know how would she react if it was older or a hurt dog. I see they have nice reviews here, but I seriously dont know why.

I’ve visited this clinic many times with my 2 large dogs and have been pleased with the quality of care as well as the professionalism of the doctor and staff. Dr Williams and his staff have treated my dogs for everything from an emergency bowel surgery to a skin infection. Highly recommend!

Dr. Williams, Kryzell and the ENTIRE staff of AEC are absolutely incredible. I live in doral and travel to the Pinecrest area for them! The staff is compassionate and loving. They remember my babies names every time we go.When we have had arrived with emergencies. The drs and staff have always attended to us when we come in scared and make sure we are getting updates while our fur babies are in the back. They always call and check up after procedures, surgeries, and even after Our routine checkups.The staff are thorough when explaining what is happening, will happen, how to take care of the fur babies and treatments when the dr is busy. Any questions the staff and dr are open to hear and answer.Also, when our oldest of the fur kids had been bitten by a tick and got sick dr Williams went through every possible route to ensure that we would get her better. And he did just that.Although the staff and drs are thrown into stressful, overwhelming and scary procedures since they deal with animals who don’t speak, hearing the love and care they have to not allowAnimals to suffer and give them the fullest life possible is a gift. They make sure to be honest and kind with anything they share with their patients and PAWrents.AEC will always be the top notch of clinics and my highest recommendation for anyone who wants to have the vet be a place of love and not fear for their fur babies. They are NOT a 24 hour emergency clinic. I didn’t even come in because the lady on the phone was so RUDE & told me I can come in at 6pm as a walk in emergency. I was in a panic about my dog and all they did was laugh at me over the phone & ended the call with a “good luck” . I understand they are busy, but the lady on the phone was extremely rude and demeaning. I was laughed at over the phone because in their opinion my primary doctor was negligent. They did not help me find a solution & only laughed at my problem. I went to Miami Veterinary Specialist instead, they were friendly & open 24hours and willing to accommodate my dog & they helped me find a solution to give me peace of mind.

Over the years, I have had the honor of being a k9 mom to 3 magical dogs. I think it is safe to say that of my 3, all have had good vet care but my current child is receiving the best. I am so glad that I now have such a great clinic. I wish more offices would take notes from them on how to run a great practice, provide the incredible care, and really makes one feel like they can be confident that they have the best for their furry family members. Dr. Williams, MaryAnn, and the AEC staff are amazing! We have been taking both of our fur babies to AEC since they opened and they have always treated us great. They have helped us get our dog’s blood sugar under control since he was diagnosed with diabetes (meds and food) and have always been available when we have needed them. We trust them 100% with our pups and highly recommend AEC.

2 of my dogs accidentally ate rat poison today and it being after 5pm on a Friday night I was unable to reach my regular vet. I called here and the lady that answered the phone was very attentive and told me to bring them in right away and to call once there so they would come outside. As soon as I got there they rushed out the door and got my dogs right away. I was little worried as we have been going to our awesome vet for many years and specially since my bulldog is deaf but they both went in fine with them. I could tell they were in good hands. Within 15 minutes the veterinarian came out to give me an update and throughout the whole time I waited I was constantly informed of how they were doing. Both my dogs ended up fine and I’m very grateful for their wonderful staff. I was a nervous wreck but they were genuinely caring and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to all the staff that took care of my babies tonight, you are all truly amazing.

The service was ok but I think they take advantage of you because your pet is sick and it’s after hours. The price is outrageous. I got charged $100.00 extra for holiday fee in July 4th 2020. It’s not like I called the vet from his house to come in. I walked in and they were open for business . I think this is outrageous and taking advantage of people because their pet is sick. Shame on you ! It’s your job to take care of sick animals not to exploit people’s pockets.

Maryann and Dr. Williams are the best of the best!! I found a dog on the side of the road who had looked like he’d been homeless for awhile. I took the pup over to AEC and they were so sweet with him! They took the best care of him while trying to find his owner but when they couldn’t, they gave him to his FURever home and now he’s living in the lap of luxury! Thanks AEC!

Doctor and techs are fabulous. The only drawback I experienced was around helpfulness and politeness in the checking in/out process. Both times I have gone, the front desk staff have been notably terse and declined to answer my questions. I still recommend the office because of the care they provide, but enter with patience for the administrative portion. It may leave a negative impression.

Great care! Bought in a very sick dog and they brought him back to life. The Vets Dr Beg and Dr Williams were outstanding and the quickness and thorough ness of their response was amazing and the staff are all super Stars! Can’t Thank You enough. Easy to see you care and love what you do!

The good thing is they are 24 hours but they made me and my family wait for god knows how long and after a 30 minute wait time when you walk in. We payed more then $900 for pills, food , X-rays and some injections. They gave me and my family hope that my dog would pull throw and they lied we had to take them to there normal vet to have them tell us we had to put her down because she was not getting better. How are you going to do that to a family? I guess you have to have some way to keep light on.

Great staff who really care for their patients. We took my dog at 10pm right after she got run over by a car 3 weeks ago. Dr. Williams was so responsive and caring, he saved my dogs life. She is doing amazing and recovering extremely well. We couldnt be happier. They are also one of the only places who are open 24 hours and will do whatever it takes to save any animals life. I would highly recommend taking your pets here for any emergency you may have. Youll be in great hands!

The best! Couldn’t have been better taken care of. We picked up our stray cat off the street on the last of her nine lives and Dr. Williams gave our Lulù(Blue Eyes at the time) all of her lives back. The best part is that the clinic could have scared us into every test right then and there but Dr. Williams used a process of illimination where our cost was controlled and the well being of our new cat was never compromised. Ultimate professional and his team is just as caring and qualified. Highly recommended and would not go anywhere else. Best part too...open 24 hrs...(drop the mike and exit stage left) Thank you

Dr probed my dogs rear because he was having problems using restroom . So dr comes back in room and vents on me for using his tissue in box for cleaning floor. Several comments repeating himself three times. I advised assistant I will take my dog somewhere else no one will talk to me like that. I’ve taken 4 dogs there. One other assistant was rude many times ago. I over looked it they apologized. I gave them a 200 dollar print photo hanging on there wall after treating my dog last year. 2 dollars with of tissues. Good god. Why should your respond. You come into area Im waiting with Luke ranting and raving about you tissues calling me, Dude. Dude really dude was your angered words . You should just come in ......and say thank you ,sorry we made your dog go into a poop frenzy by probing him but thank you so much for cleaning and helping. Every word out of your mouth was my tissues. Man why my tissues. Really you walked in to discuss next step of what we should do for Luke and couldnt do that because you went nuts over tissues and left the damn room. I explained to staff that was a trashy way to treat me. You had ample time to apologize but couldnt bring yourself to do it. I was there 15 minutes paying for what ? Shame on you. And Im reading youve done it to another female customer for pennies of tissue for cleaning blood from her dog of her arm . Really , cheap tissue. Sad damn treatment. Take your tissue home please. You saw once you probed dogs anus he couldnt stop dripping from there . Why did you leave us in the room alone with him doing this. I brought Luke there anticipating spending thousands as I already have on other dogs , to fix why hes constipated. I got nothing but hell over tissues.

Dr Williams is the best, my Shih tzu was having a bad allergy, I took him to various Vet but he kept getting the same allergy until Dr Williams saw him and now hi is allergy free.

I took one of my dogs here shortly after I moved to the area on an emergency visit after he ate a significant amount of a rug. The interaction and experience with Dr. Williams was so positive that I couldnt imagine taking my boys anywhere else! I have been pleased every visit so far and would highly recommend trusting your pet with the knowledgeable, genuinely caring and professional staff.

This place is an amazing find. The staff is more than just helpful, they are honestly kind. They truly love the animals and what they do, and work with the customers to the best of their ability. My kitty needed an emergency C-Section and they got right on it. They saved the kittens life, and kept her warm and protected. Mommy and baby are on the mends and we know its because they got such attentive care. Will come again for Ms. Nyxiis needs.

It’s a good place to have around in case of emergency. But what I asked with the initial cost was for a vaccination they failed to mention a consultation fee. So basically I paid $180 for a vaccination. When I called to get a price estimate for other services it was twice the price of another animal clinic. I suppose it’s OK but you can tell their money focused.

This clinic is the most Amazing animal clinic we have ever been a part of. The doctors and the staff are kind and loving to your pet. They’re nice to humans too. They were accommodating to all our families needs. Best experience ever!

Dr Williams is by far the best vet In town. In addition to the excellent service, its has the most convenient hours. Their after hours office visits allow me to bring in my dogs in for a check up after work. The staff is super friendly and caring!! Lastly, as a regular of this clinic I find the prices to be cheaper than other vet offices I have visited.

We have been seeing the excellent staff and caring vet at AEC of S. Florida for over 4 years now. Dr. Williams and his staff have gone above and beyond to save the life of my cat twice - once she was attached my three off leash huge American bulldogs. They literally SAVED her life. They were very fair in the pricing and the treatment was beyond excellent. I was so impressed at how much they care I have made them my regular vet. I take all my pups there for everything from nail clippings to vaccines and major illnesses.

Dr. Williams is awesome! My kitten was neutered today at Doral Shelter. When we brought him home, he was acting wild!!! Running all over the place and not being still. He seemed very uncomfortable and I suspected he was in pain. I googled emergency vets and came across one on 88th street. That place had so many bad reviews, that I decided to keep on looking. I found this emergency vet on south Dixie hwy. I took kitty there and had a great experience. He examined him and gave him medications to make him feel comfortable. I am very happy with this place. Over this time I have been able to get to know them and I have a great regard and admiration for the high quality pet healthcare Dr. Williams and staff give their patients day in and day out. Dr. Williams has treated both my dogs for over 5 years and I would not take them anywhere else. He explains everything and my #1 thing I love - he does not prescribe medicine or treatments if not Necessary! Best emergency clinic in South Florida! I work at an animal hospital and I wouldn’t go anywhere else when I have emergencies in the middle of the night. Love Dr Williams and trust him 100% with my French Bulldogs.

I went as an emergency a while back with one of my dogs. It was a a nice experience.Yesterday, my dog cut the inside flap of his ear on something. It was not torn by all means. I went to this office, greeting staff was very friendly.The doctor, a very young lady doctor examined my dog.She left the room and NEVER came back to explain ANYTHING. She sent her assistant with an estimate for $2000.00 and that she could perform the surgery immediately.To put things in perspective, I paid $3,000.00 for a total hip replacement and a 3 day hospital stay in a specialty clinic for my dog.$2K????? Really?????Needless to say I was in shock and asked to speak to her about this.She NEVER came back to explain the reason, possible procedure, treatment, NOTHING!!!!!! She did not even have the common courtesy to come speak to me. She simply sent messages and an additional estimate with the assistant.I asked to see her, but she never returned to the room. The very nice assistant asked me if I wanted her to ask the doctor for a plan B.I thought this was odd, being that “the doctor” should be the one explaining what my choices were to be able to make the best possible educated decision, but agreed given the circumstance. The assistant came back and said the doctor said she would wrap him up (picture attached), gave me pain meds and sent me on my way with a bill for $394.00.This “doctor” never came back to the room to explain what she did, what care had to be given, when the dressing should be changed, follow up treatment NOTHING!!!!!!!!Mind you, she sedated my dog (100 lbs) and never came back to tell me what to expect, if I should go see my regular vet, what the wound care would require, what she actually did, NOTHING!!!!Did she really think that she established enough credibility, trust, or bases for me to allow her to “perform surgery” on my dog by sending me an estimate on a piece of paper with the least bit of explanation, respect or courtesy.Her bed side manners could sure use some polishing or maybe an entire lesson and make over on the human component and compassion required in these situations.This visit was very disappointing and frankly insulting.Update:My dog had surgery (stitching of the ear-Picture attached) first thing in the morning the next day at VCA South Dade Animal Clinic. Dr. Talavera was nothing short of spectacular. I picked him up in the afternoon. Total cost of surgery was $ 492.00Seriously????? $1,791.00 less. That was highway robbery. I know sometimes, as a pet parent, desperation can cloud your judgment when you see your pet in need of urgent medical care, but to try to take advantage of people in that condition is not only immoral but plainly disgusting.Shame on you!!!!!!Update: Your response comes 5 months later. I do not mean to be rude or confrontational, but I am 100% sure I have the right clinic. I have the receipt and pictures to confirm it. Im adding pictures to this review so maybe you can jog your doctors memory. I truly do hope you do look into this and that it does not reflect common practice at this establishment.

Saved my dog twice from obstruction and once from partial obstruction, and I will be forever thankful. Love the service and pricing is very fair. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend 10/10

WOW.. Where do I start. It was definitely not the best reason why I went to the Animal Emergency Clinic of SF. My baby Marley (My puppy) passed away. Having to deal with something like this was a 1st for me, & I was in complete distress, I was stuttering, was completely lost with what to do next, but the girls at the clinic were very VERY comforting . The entire experience at the clinic from beginning to end was a heartfelt one with great customer service. They were completely supportive, very understanding and sympathetic. I cant thank the staff at the clinic enough. Even after Marleys passing, they were still very comferting. I want to thank the staff. I got today the card from you guys and it brought me to tears. This time, tears of joy! Thanks again!! In addition to my experience, the clinic was definitely in top cleanliness and very organized!

Amazing! I took my dog there because he was committing and having diarrhea. The Dr was very thorough and the staff extremely kind. They gave me an estimate before anything and kept me updated every step of the way. The prices were reasonable. My puppy recoverd in a few days. Thanks to all the staff at AEC. Youre amazing!

Dr. Williams is an exceptional doctor. His knowledge and compassion for animals is unsurpassed. In addition to being such an amazing veterinarian, his staff is top notch, and the clinic is great. If it couldnt get better AEC is open 24 hours and not just for emergencies but you can schedule your regular appointments in the evening so they do not interfere with my work schedule. I would and have recommended AEC to everyone!

Took my puppy Lola who ate some raisins there. Everyone was nice and we were out of there in about an hour. I would go there again in an emergency and recommend them to friends.

My puppy had a strange cough and I took him afterhours. GREAT customer service, reasonable prices, fantastic Vet and Nurse and nice facilities. Overall great experience!

Dr. Williams has been treating my dogs and cats for over 13 years and he has been nothing but caring and professional. He is an excellent diagnostician and surgeon. I have witnessed how he has treated other clients and he treats everyone with the same care and compassion.

After I just told some friends how wonderful your clinic was, I was VERY disappointed this morning with your clinic/staff. After driving 25 minutes to your clinic as it is the closest 24 hr emergency clinic to my house, your staff informed me unfortunately we arent seeing patients at this time. The next closest clinic is on 67th. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? That is easily another 25 to 30 minute drive with pretty much US1 being the only option to get there from your clinic. Did NOT appreciate the waste of time not to mention my pet not being able to receive any treatment.

I cant say enough positive things about AEC, Dr. Williams, and their staff. First, lets start with their amazing facility and staff. This clinic is bright, clean, new, and has great equipment. The staff is professional, kind, and compassionate. The clinic is open 24 hours a day which is so convenient not only for regular appointments which can be made after regular work hours but obviously an emergency can occur at any time. Knowing I have somewhere I can take my precious dog at any time and somewhere I can trust is priceless. Now as for Dr. Williams I just cant say enough. He has so much compassion for animals and for the pet parent. He takes the time to clearly explain what is going on and what options exist. He doesnt send unnecessary testing, medication, or procedures. He takes things one step at a time to rule out what it could and could not be while being conscience of both the emotional and financial costs of the entire process. He has saved not one but two of my uncles dogs whom when very ill I had my uncle take them straight to Dr. Williams. He has also kept my dog healthy and safe for 9 years now without any serious health issues. I drive from North West Miami Dade County to see Dr. Williams because I only want the best for my pet!

You will always get honest care and treatment of your animal if you bing them here. Dr. Williams does this because it’s his passion, there is no other reason one would not become a vet except you love animals and would do whatever you could to help them.

I learned about this place due to an allergy emergency with my baby, then a 2 year old miniature schnauzer. It was a blessing in disguise. I had a hard time finding a Vet that wasnt just out to charge me like crazy for everything and share information about my dogs breed with me. I never knew my dog was allergic to the rabies shot. So I took him mistakenly to a quick visit to a pet store to get those annuals that they had there to avoid making an appointment. they helped him with the allergies and I were very informative and I chose to keep going. I also starting to take my brand new baby to the same vet. I recommend to anyone wanting to find a clinic that cares!

Rude doctors told me not to waste their paper towels while i was cleaning my dogs blood off my arm. Very overpriced for emergency treatment. 50 dollars to clean wound and clip the hair around my dogs paw!

Dr. Williams fixed my dogs bladder stone issue. No other vet has been able to do that. The Pet Emergency Room tried to con me out of thousands of dollars, but Dr. Williams and the staff at the Animal Emergency Clinic helped my dog in an effective, loving, and affordable way.

Yesterday when i get home my puppy Bella was presenting a very bad episode , at home we was very concern so we reside to take her to the Vet . my son recommended this place so we went .All I can said is that they LOVE animals and they are very kind and professionals . I Recommend it 100%%%% . I left super happy not only for the way they treat mu puppy also for the awesome service that they have there .

Wow - all Dr. Williams can do is read and reply to his own reviews because he doesnt have any business. Dr. Williams is clearly a great judge of the whole situation after seeing Bob for 10 or less total minutes.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS VETIf I could rate the service at the establishment -10 stars, I would. Dr.? Williams calls himself a golden guy, but doesnt know the first thing about empathy. Clearly after weighing the costs and benefits of treating a dog with bad back legs over the course of a few months, it was more beneficial to rip off $400 up front and say take your dog and leave after the second visit. If Dr. ? Williams knows ethics, Id like to ask if it is ethical to charge double what the service was actually worth, YELL at us, and then kick us out. But thats just my opinion.

Not much of an emergency vet when you dont have a doctor until 6pm! Not a single vet in south FL can help my dog today and your 24hr emergency clinic was the last hope. Guess emergencies have to wait until 6pm. Staff was rude on the phone other vets are open take her to one of them WOW

I entrust the continued geriatric care of my 17 year old Shih Tzu to the wonderful, caring and professional staff at Animal Emergency Clinic of South Florida.They are responsive and genuinely care about the well being of Shaggy as well as the rest of my pack. Shaggy experiences seizures and Dr. Williams in conjunction with Shaggys cardiologist have been able to control them and give him an excellent quality of life.I am totally convinced Shaggy is with us today due to the wonderful on-going care he received from Dr. Williams and his staff!Professional - caring - considerate - smart and personable!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Went here on emergency, the staff and doctor were all nice. Treated my pet very well and for ER thought was very fair. Will use them again in the future.

I love the AEC of south florida. Dr. Williams and all the staff are fantastic. They are all giving 100% and even more of their time, knowlege and love. When you walk in you feel welcome. The clinic is bright, new, clean and open 24 hours so you have someone to talk to at any time.

Dr. Williams is Awesome and so is the staff. Happy I found a good vet for both my frenchies Gucci and Sky.

Although I live in Miami Lakes, I dont mind making the drive to Pinecrest so that my pup is treated by Dr. Williams and his staff. They are honest, friendly, and most importantly care about animals, not your wallet. The facilities are very clean as well.

Spent $85 on a sub-par evaluation of my poor dog who was howling in pain the whole time. Better to go straight to The Pet Emergency farther up US1. Since he is a dachshund, they gave us a cookie cutter, straight out of the textbook explanation - back issues and paralysis. A doctor at The Pet Emergency confirmed that he is, in fact, NOT paralyzed. Here they told us theyd need to keep him overnight with with pain meds and recommended a vet neuro. The Pet Emergency gave him powerful pain killers on the spot and sent our Primary Doc the recommendations/analysis so we could follow up in the most cost-effective way that also helps our pet.

They saved our cat and nursed it back to health after discovering he had FIV. I went back a few months later with a neighborhood duck that had a hook stuck in its wing and they took it out free of charge. So thankful to have such a good emergency clinic so close to home.
