72 days from starting my plan with Humana and STILL no services have been provided. Calling through to customer service for an hour (or longer some days) having a rep. tell you they will send over an email to you with information needed we discuss on the phone. No email has been sent. I have set 8 appointments now to be seen for my impacted wisdom teeth (which I might add are getting worse EACH DAY since they all 4 are turnt and pushing into my other teeth) all were canceled due to being out of network with Humana. I am asking for assistance and guidance from my Humana insurance with a list of oral surgeons that are IN NETWORK. I cannot keep loosing time at work.

Good food and great people. Combination that cant be beat. Cosy and friendly.

The service at the Humana center is excellent. Questions about your insurance program are answered quickly. They have different activities going on just about every week day. Everything from puzzles to line dancing and aerobics and knitting groups making things for babies in hospitals. They even provide the yarn!

My experience are Humana was very good. Two gentlemen really help you out and straighten things up for me. The receptionist by the name of Holly was very nice I sure would like to meet her.

Its nice to have a physical place to go and ask questions. They are usually extremely busy, especially in the fall and winter. Someone will usually call you back within 24 hrs. and make an appt. Sometimes agents will even come to your house. Humana insurance is very good, I am only rating this location with 3 stars for now because of the wait times for a walk in. The coverage itself is 5 stars in my opinion.

I had a great experience at this location. I had the pleasure of meeting Rick the Regional Director. He was great. He made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions.

Im quitting Humana ins. Because, with this company. For 1yr. Ive out of pocket paid more than I ever have for ins. I have Medicare plus Humana and Im changing NOW. Sorry Humana, your costing more than Ive ever paid in 13yrs. Good luck. Im going with AETNA. They have a great plan for us older folks.

I never knew my Humana has classes or events and sooo much more! Im just learning about all they do for their clients.

Humana is extremely unorganized! I called to get a list of doctors to go to and 99% of the doctors were no longer in their offices. I spent over three hours on the phone trying to get a doctor! In fact, one office said they do not even take Humana! Their drug coverage is terrible, and they hardly pay anything. Beware they do not pay for nurse practitioners. The one doctor I found assigned me to a nurse practitioner. I did not have a choice and now I have to pay for the visit. Humana does not pay nurse practitioners. If you want low cost prescriptions and an actual choice of doctors I warn you not to choose Humana!

I play euchre here with friends every Friday. Staff is super nice and many activities are free to the public, whether or not they carry Humana Insurance.

Everyone who works at Humana has a smile on their face. They are very knowledgeable about the problems of their clients.
