We were welcomed in with open arms after the disaster we came from. Valerie at the front desk answered every question I had. Best of all no judgment zone! My grandson screams,caused by the previous office. Didnt bother them at all.

Would not recommend. My DAUGHTERS name is Logan. When the doc/rn came in they would ask, “how’s he doing?”. She’s a girl. They don’t even look at her chart before walking into the room. That made me very uneasy.Front desk staff doesn’t give off a welcomed vibe. And they kept trying to charge me for her routine check ups. Everyone knows insurance covers those.

When Doctor Salerno was there that place was great he was so wonderful and he explained everything with details and it was a fast visit! Know it takes a long time for you to wait to see a doctor! I had explained to the issues my son had and she didn’t even check him for what was wrong with him!

You’re better off going to an urgent care facility. They are completely careless at this office. Very friendly people but obviously just here to pay their bills. I have been to this office several times each visit is worse than the last. One time the doctor came in with essentially a Google print off of my daughters condition without even having seen my child yet. The next visit my daughter came home after a physical with head lice the doctor did not mention and also a serious eye condition that the doctor failed to notice as well. I watched the nurse while she took measurements of my one-year-old son and she was completely in accurate. she did not even try to stretch out his legs for the proper length. I have been here twice when they “ran out of shots”. Don’t tell me to come in for shots if you don’t have them in the office. Now I have to come back in two to three weeks. At this office it doesn’t matter what time you make your appointment. You will be here at least two hours so come prepared. Completely careless.

All the staff are friendly and smile a lot! Make us feel welcomed everytime we come in! Also my son has asthma and we do Allergy shots and The staff lady there is very nice who gives the shots!! You all are amazing for all your work! We do appreciate you!

Place is a disaster. called in a prescription for my daughter and took 6 hours for them to respond after saying they called it i . Still no prescription and Ive talked to them like 6 times today. Definitely looking for a new pedi for my girl . 0 stars!!!

Been taking my daughter here for two years, ever since she was a week old. Dr Salerno is really awesome he definitely knows his stuff yet never talks down on us or judges us. On our last visit the receptionist/ were very welcoming. My daughter walked in the office smiling and was welcomed by the receptionist who remembered her name without looking at her chart. I love that theyre opened late as well. 😊

Never taking my kids here again. Dont even know where to start...I didnt like one of the doctors comming in and out of the room without washing her hands or using gloves; one time they didnt have the shots my baby needed, and now, after being on the phone with them at least 5 times since yesterday trying to fill out a prescription order to my daughter, they still havent send it to the pharmacy!Already went twice to the pharmacy and was told the same thing, nothing has been send to them. What a waist of time! Any child deserves a better care ! Not the care youre expecting when you have a sick child.

The wait time is horrible! I had an appointment for my daughter and didnt get seen till TWO HOURS LATER!Then the dr came in and had the nerve to tell me how to do my daughter hair. Talking about you shouldnt braid her hair because it pulls their edges out. How unprofessional can you be?!First of all shes MY child and my daughter is not bald headed nor missing her edges. Just because you seen other kids without hair does not give you no right to tell a mother on how to do a childs hair.I do not recommend this place!! Do not bring your children here!

Staff is incompetent. The doctors are fine but I won’t be returning due to the staffs incompetence. My messages are never relayed correctly to the providers. When I make an appointment for a specific reason it takes 2 hours because the MA’s decide to turn it into a wellness visit as well. That’s not what I came here for or asked for.

Took my daughter here when she was first born last June and Im upset with myself that I kept going up until she was a year old. The Doctors were great but everything else about the place was just a nightmare. The staff all seem under 20 and as that is not the bad thing, they all acted like they were in high school. Constantly gossiping and just unprofessional. Then there was my biggest issue. Vaccinations. All but ONE of my shots were administered ON TIME! Not because of scheduling, not because I missed appointments, not because anything on my part. But because they were constantly out. Always making an excuse saying there was a shortage on vaccines all over. I called other offices and asked a moms group I am apart of online and people were SHOCKED that it was even a thing. The other Drs I called stated they have never had an issue like that and its all based on ordering. And EVERY time I called I was always told something else when it came to when they would be in. And I spoke to the manager (because I work 8-6 M-F so when I schedule appointments they have to be two weeks in advance so I could take the time off or have my husband rearrange his schedule to take her in) to help me with scheduling because by the time I could get in again they were always out. Manager stated she would call when the shots my daughter needed were in and she would hold them for me so we can get in as soon as we could. NEVER got a call from her and when I called back a week later they stated that conversation never happened and they couldnt do that for me. Then I called them EVERY SINGLE DAY until they told me the shots were in so I called out of work because apparently that was the only way for me to get her the shots. After she got all her shots caught up I stopped taking her there. Which was sad because the Doctors there are really nice and awesome but the staff and the way things were ran was awful. I will never recommend someone here and I will never bring my daughter back here

I have never experienced a worse off business than before visiting this place. Ive seen fast food restaurants ran more smoothly. First off, my daughter has yet to receive all her 6 month shots. When I told the Dr. this, her response was because shes on Medicaid. I responded with Okay? Ill pay for it then, she proceeded to tell me they still didnt have it. I dont understand the purpose of pointing out her insurance when it obviously has nothing to do with her not receiving her shots. Secondly, I waited 45 minutes to get called back, then 30 to actually see the doctor which only took 10. How am I supposed to trust the medication prescribed to my child if the alleged doctor was pretty much fighting the computer because she didnt know how to work it. Do not waste your time here, your better off winging it and using home remedies.

Spoke with the owner Betsy, rude and does not care to hold her staff to good standards. Spoke with many staff members, as they have all left within 3 month time frame stating they are treated awful, and this place is awful to work for. When I questioned them why everyone as left they simply made excuses that it was there time to move on, when I have in fact already spoke with the employees on why they chose to leave. Trusting this place is your first mistake... They are hiring people that dont have the passion this office use to have. Besty also told me that she is refusing to see my child because she cant take the liability/chance of being sued... because they do not verify who is taking the child in and out of office and was questioned on protocol that they were not following legally and instead of apologizing, they told me they refuse to see my son, because I told them kindly, you know if you guys were to mess up, you guys could be sued There response was we will no longer see your child. Thats to protect them because they know I have info on them breaking rules and regulation, I have personally witness with my own eyes! In 3 months 6 people have left and sadly the only thing good they have going for them is Dr. Salerno, which you can see all the reviews are about 1 Doctor!!!!!! He is incredible I hope he leaves soon so we can follow! He is incredible doctor and I hope to see this business go out of service and Dr. Salerno if you are reading this open your own practice, you will have many that will follow. you are a good person and deserve the recognition cause without you wee care wouldnt exist.

All of the doctors are very nice. As they say, they provide excellent service. The wait time is very long but it is worth the wait. The doctors really care for you as well as the nursing staff.

I BROUGHT MY DAUGHTER 2 WEEKS ago for a fracture THAT THIS SHORT CHINESE doctor didnt even look all she said was follow up with me in 3 weeks no xrays or anything. I end up having to take her to emergency room where they find out her finger is fractured and dislocated, needs surgery so I called this Wee usless clinic and they said I need an appointment so here I go with the regular 2hours WAIT IN THE LOBBY COMPLAINING WITH THE OTHER MOTHERS HOW LONG THEY ARE TAKING! DO NOT SCHEDULE HERE EVER!

The staff has always been nice and helpful but the thing one thing I hate is having to wait so many hours to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy. First time I had to get a prescription for my daughter it literally took them 6 hours to send it to my pharmacy because the doctor forgot to send it. Now I’m going through the same thing again, it’s been 3 hours and I still can’t get my baby’s medicine. Shes been crying nonstop and I had to settle with Tylenol in the meantime But this should seriously not take more than an hour.

Absolutely ridiculous! Went in for an appointment regarding my childs blood work. I asked if I could have more information on what she told me about a certain result. Wanting Dr. Halpe to explain more, she just looked at me and said rudely You have internet? Do you?. That type of answer back is absolutely not professional. You are the doctor. I am looking to you to give me more info on things I dont fully understand about my childs blood work results.

Dr.Salerno by far is the best pediatrician I had so far since I brought my son here. My son has been a patient there for 2 years going on 3. Years now and the last Doctor my son has seen was the beginning of the year and the lady kept shaking her head at everything I was telling and saying no no you cant do this or that and she was just rude so I was skeptic to being my son back but Im glad I did because now I finally found the best pediatrician for my son who finally can get him the help he needs and who can understand him.

12 years ago Dr. Halpe saved my then 6 year old daughter’s life. I had a 3 day old son and my daughter had started experiencing symptoms while I was in labor. It was the weekend so I took my daughter to urgent care and they told us not to worry, common symptoms for a common “issue”. The following Monday my daughter collapsed. I rushed her in to Dr. Halpe who immediately knew that my daughter had an auto immune and sent us to the Children’s Hospital. She was always amazing to both of my kids and we’ve since moved out of town and have never been able to replace her. She is one of a kind and I’m forever grateful to her.

Ask for Dr. Salerno, weve seen a few different pediatricians, and he is our favorite! You can tell how much he enjoys working with the kids that come in, and is very talented at what he does. And he takes time to explain things without talking down to you or making you feel dumb.

We have been taking our children here for years. The only complaint I have is the wait time to be seen by the doctor. They seem to be always very busy, but besides that great place.

Omg!!! Appointment was at 3.30pm.. 1 hr and 45 minutes later we still have not seen the Dr!!! Literally waited one hr and five minutes just to get screen and now waiting another 30 minutes for the Dr.. this is a crazy long wait time. The office is unorganized, they dont have things in order. The wait should not be this long. First time I came I waited nearly the same amount of time and both times I was told there was only one person ahead of us.. this is ridiculous they needa fix the wait times and be more organized..

If I can give a negative rating I certainly would. This office is the most unorganized unprofessional medical office I have ever set foot in. I have been in the medical field for 6+ years and have never seen anything like them. They constantly have different Drs in there, the Medical Assistants literally stick needles into the beds as soon as they are done giving immunizations and half of them dont even speak proper English. This is Not even close to all thr problems we had with them.

Always an extremely long wait in the office and they dont even carry immunizations. I just spoke with someone in the front office with a few simple questions and the lady I was speaking to laughed at me more than once while answering my questions, terrible service all together!

Im so lucky to have found this office! The MAs are fantastic with all 3 of my children ages 8, 2, and 10 months. They always seem to see my children same day if they are sick or need immediate care! All drs here are great with children also. I am highly impressed with the attention and care i have recived here... And yes there is sometimes a wait but that is expected at most offices.. They provide excellent one on one care. Elena is a MA i deal with alot and i just love her detication and love for kids it shows through her work ethics! Thank you wee care ped!

Brought our daughter in for a check up and to make sure she is caught up on all shots and vaccinations. They let us know she is all caught up and and sent us on our way. 4 months later our daughter got chicken pox, which would of been impossible if she got her vaccination shot that was due at that time (between 4-6) and our daughter is turning 7. Very frustrating and disappointing. Complete and total incompetence!

Dr. Salerno has really great bed side manner. He really cares and everytime I go there I learn something new.

Had appointment at 820 a.m made appointment early so we wouldnt be long because of my work schedule. Office opens at 8 a.m so i arrived at that time and have waited in lobby over 45 minutes asked receptionist how much longer and all i was told was we were waiting for nurses and doctors..so my thinking is okay if my office opens at 8am i should be ready and staffed to see patients at that time. If my son wasnt sick i would have just left but just know this will be our last time at this location. Very poor customer service..not at all excellent.

Im looking into taking my kids to the closer location on mckellips because the doctors at the country club location seem like the just want us in and out.

Dr. Selerno is the best pediatritian. I have three children and He always takes time to listen, and believes you know your child best. Would recomend everyone bring there children to him.

Betsie the worst owner! Withholding a medication from my son because I cant go get it And wont allow someone on My hippa paperwork to pick it up. Yet the last time I sent someone in to get it they didnt even ask the name of the person picking up ... Hmm hippa violation! Very contrudictory.

Cant get them to refill asthma meds.

Horrible customer service . Very rude front desk as well as the women in back . Dr. walk around patiently around facility while theres a lobby full of patients . We came to a 3:30 appointment just to check our babys weight & were still here at 5 . I will deffinetly be looking for a new pediatric facility .

I have never had an issue and they have helped me so much with my daughter between dr. Jacobo and Dr. Salerno my daughter hasnt gone without the medication she needs. I will take my kids here as long as these doctors are still there.

THIS PLACE IS AWFULThey are so full of AHCCCS patients, once they finally get you in they bill your NON-AHCCCS insurance for a bunch of extra stuff.I was billed for 2 visits and we only went once!They even tried to collect 2 copays!

Dr. Salerno is great with the kids and also with me. He cares about us & getting things done.

Sameday appointment is a good thing for me when the kids are sick and need a doctors note for school.

Horrible, The waiting time is mostly about an hour long.

It is no use to go by appointment because they take a long time to assist you they take hours, but if you arrive 15 minutes late they tire you they have no tolerance for punctuality but one can wait hours inside. Too bad, the one I go to is Dr. Lyn, she is very pretty
