The employees go out of their way to make a personal connection, their customer service is superb, the friendliness is welcoming. I don’t see any other dispensary with my business besides Territory. This dispensary is well-priced and friendly with great products! I can’t remember the guy’s name who helped me (he was vegan and had gauges, that’s all I can remember!) but he was personable and knowledgeable about all of the products he suggested. I’ll definitely be coming back. :)

I purchased a defective Pura Earth cartridge. I had an issue before, so this time I kept the box and receipt. The manager had no problem exchanging the defective one for a new one. The only issue I have is the replacement cartridge is doing the same thing. It’s leaking out of bottom, and the distillate is coming out of the top of the cartridge, unburned when you hit it. This is the 3rd or 4th Pura Earth cartridge that I’ve had issues with! Regardless of the deal on them, I’d recommend buying ANY other brand instead!

Love this location, online orders are the way to go! Best service, less hassle at the door. Most clerks are cool, couple dudes give off putting vibes over tips. Still 5 stars!

As a medical patient, I was searching for a place that had the same kind of large purchase deals that i had become accustom too. This site has recreational as well, but, is one of the only places I could find that still has the same ole prices that us medical card holders have had in the past. Service is excellent and straight forward. First patient deals as well. Very nice to find a place that is embracing the new customer base, and not using it to make extra profits, pushing out us old timers.-Steve

I like this place. Since I’m a regular I know the staff well and they always are friendly and treat me kindly and always are helpful. The only downside about this place is sometimes with the recreational people they sell out of items which can be very tough on someone on a little budget who needs it for medical reasons. Other than that I recommend this place to anyone

Do an online “EXPRESS” order and skip the line?? really that’s what your advertise on your website? i waited in there for 20 minutes before my name was called for an EXPRESS online order…. while a dozen walk ins after me came in and left. no priority for express orders here and definitely no priority for medical patients. this is why i go to sticky saguaro - they know how to prioritize patients and online orders.

The newest location is this Territory, which is about equal distance from my apartment to the one in Gilbert. The staff is always greeting you with upbeat vibes and I love the selection. Grow Sciences, Good Things Coming, Drip, Mohave and Cresco. I love the options.Right off the 202 and McKellips on your left if you’re heading south. It comes up quick so don’t speed passed it!

Have not met a staff member that was extremely respectful and kind. Very organized and helpful. Also the grow house is in the back so the smell of the whole building is amazing!

Went here for the first time, FTP deal. Online it says BOGO free up to a quad. Great idea cause I am looking for a half so this is perfect. Thinking this may be a new spot for variety. Typically I visit Canabias of Tempe and Sol of Tempe both stellar service and products, but after I go thru the process of new patient the front desk tells me its only 25% off my order. Suggestion, update your website and maybe tell your customers up front if you know about this ahead so I can make an informed decision to give you my information. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Been to dispensaries in almost every state recently. I like to learn what theyre like in each state. Went to 3 different dispensaries before this one looking for live rosin. Was beginning to think AZ wasn’t at that level yet but I’m glad I checked here. They had 2 brands, Drip and another cheaper one, I forget the name. Solventless, cold cured, and kept chilled… as they should be. Parking was easy. Nathan helped me and he was professional and quick. Was knowledgeable about their products and answered my questions instantly.(Usually dispensary employees don’t know much about the products they carry and always need to “double check” everything or ask the one employee who is knowledgeable. Imagine if you went to a restaurant and the waiter didn’t know the menu in detail)Impressed with Territory and hope they carry more premium brands in the future.

I was just in and was helped by Nathan. I’m new to extracts and how to use them and had a few questions. Nathan was so helpful, answered all our questions, and at one point, he wasn’t sure of the answer. Rather than just give me the wrong info, he took the time to go to the back and get the right info. Really enjoyed this experience. Great customer service.

I have never been to a dispensary that I feel comfortable in. Territory is the first. The associates are easy to talk to, they offer you deals, and theyre not afraid to just talk with you. The bud is actual weed ( not 100% about the others ). So every strain Ive had is really stoney stuff. Thank you Territory.

This place has really gone down hill since it became legal. They always post about deals that they will not honor by stating the deals are specific products but fail to say that in the ad stating the deal so when you get there expecting a deal they will not honor even tho it says otherwise in the ad. I do not recommend this place. There are way better places near by like kind meds or the mint

Ive always had positive experiences at Territory Mesa from the online ordering to the experienced staff in store. Its always great when I get help from Mike M at Territory Mesa. He always has a great attitude and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products Territory carries. He always answers any questions I have and makes sure Im completely satisfied before leaving. If you havent been to this location you need to stop by and check it out.

This was my first time going in to a dispensary and I was blown away with how helpful the guy was behind the counter. I just decided to try medical marijuana for my headaches and he answered all the question I had and even recommended something that wouldn’t make me unable to function whilst helping with localized pain. I highly recommend this place especially if you’re not as knowledgeable as you’d like to be when it comes to marijuana, like me.

My first time purchasing from a dispensary. The staff was very friendly. The make security guard outside was very kind, helpful and friendly. The greeter inside was also very friendly and welcoming. My biggest compliment goes to my Budtender, Maya. I thought I placed an order online but somehow it didn’t go through. I was able to to tell Maya what I was looking for and she knew exactly what I needed. She could tell I brought a certain amount of cash with me and really worked with my budget. I’m happy I found this place an look forward to many more trips here.

On my visit to Arizona, I tried out several other dispensaries in the area, and by far this one is the best. Prices were the best, and I found the best quality of flower here. I also found the highest percentage of THC ive ever had the privilege of buying at a whopping 39%, very pleased I highly recommend!! And thanks to the amazing budtender that helped me she was fabtastic! Black and pink hair!!
