Owners are only wanting money. They allow certain staff to bully other staff members and play favorites among the team. They allow their Director of Nursing to run good staff off if she doesn’t like them personally. Toxic environment! Would not trust them with my loved ones.

I just want to take a moment and thank the staff for helping my father. The nurses were absolutely wonderful! They not only provided care to my dad, but they helped my mother with planning his on going care and assisting her with his medication refills. Their communication with our family and physician was outstanding. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone that needs care for their loved ones.

When my mothers PCP recommended home health I was hesitant but I knew we needed the extra care. Not knowing exactly what home health care offered, I was extremely satisfied with the walk through explanation of services I received from Rosie. She was most importantly informative and charismatic! Another big factor is I call their office frequently, maybe more than I should, but I always get Rosie who answers the phone and promtly answer questions I have. I appreciate that I never feel like I am bothering! Rhonda is one of nurses that comes out to see my father, she was so patient, caring and mostly gentle! I cant say how many times I have seen medical field workers be rough with my father (which is what I was afraid of happening - thank god it was the opposite!) She truly is a great nurse! Megan is the other nurse who comes out and she is such a sweet girl, her bedside manner is outstanding! My family could not be happier with their services! I strongly recommend this agency if you are looking.

I was getting on here specifically to write a review on how wonderful the staff at Solutions are and happened to see the negative reviews and I have to say those are so not accurate! I recently had my father on service with them and can without a doubt tell you they are like no other, from Rosy, who is always so friendly and has gone above and beyond to help get my father get the insurance to cover his services, Rhonda, who is the most down to earth, knows what shes doing and gets things done nurse, Megan who always shows up on time and never misses a visit or a beat (my dad can be a real pain) and last but not least Bob, the therapist who is patient and understanding. Now I dont know what the issue behind those other reviews are but from personal experience I wouldnt choose any other company!

OMG...Rosie, you should not be a representative of this company and answer the phone .Your attitude and demeanor on the phone absolutely careless, that why you have just one review on Google with one STAR. I would never want any of my senior parents deal with person like you .

Great staff, well most of them, but poor leadership. The owners only care about making money, and have no clue what they are doing. The office staff and most clinicians are amazing people, but owner is very narcissistic and blind. There is no communication and minimal awareness of their surroundings.
